This study proposes a deep reinforcement learning-based algorithm to automatically generate a ship's passage plan. First, Busan Port and Gwangyang Port were selected as target areas, and a container ship with a draft of 16m was designated as the target vessel. The experimental results showed that the ship's passage plan generated using deep reinforcement learning was more efficient than the Q-learning-based algorithm used in previous research. This algorithm presents a method to generate a ship's passage plan automatically and can contribute to improving maritime safety and efficiency.

In recent years, research and development on image object recognition using artificial intelligence have been actively carried out, and it is expected to be used for road maintenance. Among them, artificial intelligence models for object detection of road surface are continuously introduced. In order to develop such object recognition algorithms, a backbone network that extracts feature maps is essential. In this paper, we will discuss how to select the appropriate neural network. To accomplish it, we compared with 4 different deep neural networks using 6,000 road surface damage images. Based on three evaluation methods for analyzing characteristics of neural networks, we propose a method to determine optimal neural networks. In addition, we improved the performance through optimal tuning of hyper-parameters, and finally developed a light backbone network that can achieve 85.9% accuracy of road surface damage classification.

In this study, the concept of emotional labor and AI(appreciative inquiry) are connected to examine how acceptance of AI, which is related to changes in hospital organizational culture, affects nurses' emotional labor, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. For this purpose, the data collected from 156 nurses working at a major hospital were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings of this study are as follows: First, nurses' acceptance of AI had a significant positive effect on deep acting but not on surface acting. Second, deep acting had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, but surface acting did not. Third, nurses' organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Fourth, deep acting significantly mediated the relationship between nurses' acceptance of AI and organizational commitment, but surface acting did not. Fifth, deep acting and organizational commitment significantly mediated the relationship between nurses' acceptance of AI and job satisfaction, but surface acting and organizational commitment did not. Theoretical and practical implications are provided based on the relationships between the variables found in this study.

This study is to compare and analyze three leading delivery applications in Korea. As using of mobile Phone increases, the frequency of delivery applications is increasing. Nevertheless, there are still problems in usabilities. So the usability of three Applications were analyzed through an in-depth interview. Factors affecting user experience's satisfaction were identified through a 7-point scale based on Honeycomb, and the results were similar with in-depth interview, indicating what and why users overwhelmingly preferred delivery applications. This study is intended to enhance usability of all applications by analyzing the user experience of delivery applications, deriving the strengths of each vendor, applying them to all applications, and further applying the new technological ideas gained from interviews.

This study analyzed the influence of the format import of Korean entertainment programs on the Chinese broadcasting industry. To this end, an in-depth interview was conducted with the production staff of Chinese broadcasting stations. As a result of the analysis of this study, it was found that the format and production method of Chinese entertainment programs began to change from the time the format of Korean entertainment programs was imported.

This paper tried to identify the impacts of emotional labor on burnout and job satisfaction in the casino industry. Prepared questionnaires were distributed to 300 sample employees working in domestic casino, then used for data analysis 300. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, surface acting have a positive effect on emotional exhaustion, lack of accomplishment and depersonalization. But deep acting have a negative effect on emotional exhaustion. And deep acting, emotion control have a negative effect on lack of accomplishment and depersonalization. Secondly, surface acting have a positive effect on job environment. Also deep acting, emotion control have a positive effect on rewards and value sharing. And emotion control have a positive effect on work environment. Thirdly, deep acting have a negative effect on job environment. Also, surface acting have a negative effect on rewards and value sharing.

The purpose of this study is to prepare primary data for providing smooth and systematic rehabilitation sports services by confirming the opinions of instructors experienced in the field of disability sports before the implementation of Article 15 'Rehabilitation sports' of the 'Act on Guarantee of Right to Health and Access to Health Services for Persons with Disabilities. In-depth interviews were conducted as a research method, and qualitative analysis was conducted on the contents of the interview. The in-depth interview is unstructured, allowing disability sports instructor to freely present their opinions on difficulties experienced while operating the program, necessary matters for rehabilitation sports implementation. We transcribed the recording data of the in-depth interview and coded the opinions through the thematic analysis method among qualitative research methods. As a result, the final 104 opinions were used and classified into 9 categories; rehabilitation sports goal, training rehabilitation sports instructor, evaluation items and educational guidelines, relationships with program participants, facilities utilization, effects, the timing of provision, and doctor roles.

본 연구의 목적은 후기 고령노인의 자살시도 경험의 의미와 본질을 탐구하여 이들의 경험에 대해 보다 심층적으로 이해하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 서울지역 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$구에 거주하는 자살시도를 경험한 75세 이상 노인 6명을 연구참여자로 의도표집하여 심층면접을 실시하였다. 수집한 자료를 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. Giorgi가 제시한 4단계 분석 절차에 따라 자료를 분석한 결과 6개의 구성요소와 20개의 하위 구성요소가 도출되었다. 연구를 통해 후기 고령노인의 자살시도 경험의 4가지 구성요소는 <모진 세월의 회한; 죽도록 고생한 모진 인생, 조실부모와 가난의 대물림, 도무지 잊을 수 없는 자식들의 외면, 가족갈등에서 온 깊은 원망>, <절망적이며 처량한 신세; 경제력을 상실과 절망, 마음대로 죽을 수 없는 처절함, 차라리 죽고 싶은 죄책감>, <쓸모없는 무가치한 삶; 아무 쓸모없는 사람, 자녀들 및 신세지기 싫은 강박관념에 괴로움, 자살충동이 일어남>, <참을 수 없는 신체의 고통과 무기력: 죽음과 삶의 두려움, 우울증, 정신병, 치매, 무기력>, <의지할 곳 없는 외로움; 하루 종일 고립됨, 숨쉬고 있지만 마지 못해 살아감, 죽은 것처럼 살고 있는 나, 하루가 지루함>,<마지막 선택; 세상이 싫어 떠날 것임, 먼저 간 배우자 따라.., 아무것도 바라지 않음>으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 후기 고령노인의 자살시도 경험에 대한 의미와 본질을 논의하고 노인자살예방을 위한 실천 현장의 구체적 개입전략, 생명존중문화의 실질적인 대처 방안에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.
