In this paper, I examine how the voice of Simcheong is reproduced and the meaning of it by examining the reconstruction method and characteristics of . And I tried to explore the possibilities and directions of contents based on classical literature by exploring the way in which this text reintermediation, and recreates the narrative of . This work deals with the story of ShimChung, and sees the problematic aspects of ShimChung's sacrifice and death through the gaze of the surrounding people such as the Namkyeong merchant and Guideok's mother while excluding the central characters Shimcheong and Shimbongsa. In the process, the voice of Simcheong was discovered as a victim and social hit. And It connects this with the discourse of filial duty and virtuous woman which regulates the life of women in the patriarchal society and establishes the place of social public opinion about the life of the women of the Joseon era. In this way, is presented the possibility of a new interpretation of . Also readers and audiences of present-day have an opportunity to reconsider the 'sacrifice' of social subordinate based on deep understanding of .

GL(Girls' Love), which deals with romance between women, is considered a small, minor culture in the sub-culture market. Nevertheless, recent 'reboot feminism' in the voice of women in the epic that appears to be the central protagonist is increased, and interest in naturally glIncreasing. It encourages those who declare "post BL" to consume GLs featuring female characters instead of male characters. In an atmosphere where female creators consume female dictionaries who write women's stories and argue that they should expand the scope of their female counterparts, "Her Simcheong," a webtoon that won the 2018 Our Comics Award, explores the possibility of female epic through rewriting myths. Gender norms given to women, such as filial piety and nirvana, all get new names in . A good daughter is a liar, and a good wife has a woman she loves. Besides Simcheong, hit-and-run mothers, Jang Seung-sang's wife and Jang Seung-sang's daughter-in-law also focus on female characters' stories, highlighting solidarity among women to survive in a male-dominated society. In this process, solidarity among women naturally leads to GL imagination. Her Simcheong describes direct sexual contact, such as kissing and hugging among women, as beautiful illustrations, and shows romance between women in a manless world. While solidarity among women is always regarded as 'undangerous' friendship or girlish sensibility, the romance between women in breaks the cultural rules of women's growth novel and women's trade. This reveals the inconsistency of the conspiratorial male solidarity, which has been trading women around hegemony.

The purpose of this article is figuring out the modern understanding of SimChong Jeon's narrative and its storytelling strategy in the movie (2014). In the movie, there are three steps which are based on the temporal flow of narrative. shows the web-like structure of desire especially by focusing on the male character Sim Hakkyu. The relationship among characters in is gradually broken because of the desire. Moreover, the desire pushes Sim Chong who is Sim Hakkyu's daughter into the sacrifice. This part seems similar with the narrative of SimChong-Jeon which has been transmitted since 18~19 century in Choson dynasty. However, also tells a different story which describes the progress of Sim Hakkyu's seeking the real relationship filled with love. This difference is able to make people read with the 'stroytelling' point of view. All the lack or problem in is closely related to the desire of Sim Hakkyu. His narrative is something different from the typical story of SimChong-Jeon. A new narrative of Sim Hakkyu is not Sim Chong centered story but rather the anti of it. 'The other narrative' in seems social practice of storytelling in order to break down the preconception of SimChong-jeon called 'cannon'. This is the storytelling strategy of and it suggests the another way of creating new narrative which is based on the classical cannon.

The purpose of this study is to measure the factor of determination on satisfaction level of the Goksung Simchung Festival. Goksung Simchung Festival has been held since 2000, and Goksung Simchung Festival 2004, which is the fifth, is holding soon. Simchung Festival has unique aspect that it is organised various experience programs and items which stress the importance of "environment" in Seomjin river and Simchung's "Hyo (filial piety)". A study is analysed through research that is consisted of satisfaction factors' items of 17 local festival visitor to study factors of determination of local festival visitor's satisfaction level. This research data is analysed statistical techniques, which are multivariate regression analysis, factor analysis, and reliability analysis, and extracted 4 factors, which are souvenir and food, content of the festival, convenient facilities, and publicity work. In conclusion, the festival is likely to attract more tourists and make them satisfied if better content of the festival is provided. Therefore, most of the tourists need to becoming cleared lo be satisfied due to its values of culture recognition through various contents of the festival. fun factors, and experience programs, So the manager and the director should have continual attention to satisfaction factors of local festival.

This thesis explores how JobGeuk ShimChungWangWhoJeon and the Devoted daughter ShimChungJeon scenario have transformed ShimChungJeon, a notable work of Pansori literature, dramatically for modern times. By analyzing the adapter's consciousness and changing direction in these two works, it was found that ShimChungJeon was tailored to audiences in the 1900s. JobGeuk and the scenario are attempts to transform ShimChungJeon to meet cultural needs in the 21st century and to make the works appealing to the public. The aspects of the transformation of JobGeuk ShimChungWangWhoJeon are 1) reinforcement of logical causality, 2) weakening the humor and simultaneously emphasizing the work's surreal nature, and 3) dramatic expression by song. The aspects of the change in direction of the Devoted daughter ShimChungJeon scenario are 1)the insertion of a new narrative, 2)trying to evoke both humor and tragic sadness, 3)seeking newness with the reassignment of time and events. JobGeuk ShimChungWangWhoJeon is the first example of the transformation of ShimChungJeon's dramatic style and Devoted daughter ShimChungJeon is the first transformation of its scenario. These two works show how ShimChungJeon can be adapted to modern times and new cultures, and how ShimChungJeon can be made relevant and be enjoyed by the public regardless of the era.

This study was conducted to review strategic and effective utilization plans and suggest desirable development plans, taking into account the cultural and social values and ideologies of the local government's OSMU strategy and regional economic goals. To this end, the concept and characteristics of OSMU, domestic and international success cases were reviewed, and analyzed the detailed strategies, development results and achievements of Hong Gil-dong theme park in Jangseong-gun, and Simcheong theme park in Gokseong-gun. As a result of these analyses, first, it was confirmed that the Hong Gil-dong theme park and the Simcheong theme park were rational and justifiable choices that emphasized locality and publicity, the core of the local government's OSMU strategy. Second, it was confirmed that while Hong Gil-dong theme park achieved more stable and successful results, Simcheong theme park had poor achievement without utilizing the excellence and valuable goals of the original contents. Therefore, in order to achieve sustainable development while harmoniously satisfying the publicity and profitability, ideology and effectiveness, justification and economics of OSMU strategies of local governments, various research, reflection and work must be continuously carried out.

The purpose of this study is to find the characteristics of the blindness of Sim Bongsa, Sim Cheong's father, in Sim Cheong Jeon (the story of Sim Cheong). This is one of the representative works about the filial piety in Korea. This article regards the story as the process of restoring the sight of the father and tries to examine the cause and the timing of his blindness to make its diagnosis in the psychoanalytic perspective. The predominant characteristics of Sim Bongsa were very dependent and irresponsible. He was so unqualified to be a head of a family. He sought to close his eyes toward reality in his unconsciousness. His blindness can be diagnosed as a case of psychogenic hysteria, conversion disorder. The fact that he suddenly could see when the empress turned out to be his own daughter, Cheong, can be a meaningful proof for this diagnosis. It means that his symptom of blindness disappeared when he realized a new reality which ensures a comfortable and easy-going life for himself.

This study aimed to develop and propose a Korean character group with the story of Shim Cheong applied as a motif. By borrowing the four stories (a dream of the birth of a child, filial behavior, regeneration and eyesight-gaining) presented in the story of Shim Cheong which has been passed on orally, the study designed the Korean character group and set up types of characters' roles to visualize these other characters seen in the content such as Shim Cheong the heroine, goblins, a baby dragon, Mr. Shim the blind and others. As a next step, the study applied the types to the seven essential types of Vogler's original characters. A process of how to visualize the group of those characters appearing in the story including Shim Cheong the heroine was offered. In particular, the study concentrates on figuring out how to expand and develop the Shim Cheong character to be this image of one of the most popular Korean princess characters. What this study had discussed will contribute to the field of character production when they try to commercialize characters and develop Korean characters with unique Korean features included.
