In this paper we apply VSS X chart to the case when two assignable causes effect the process mean shift. We compare the case when two compound assignable causes effect the process mean with another one which effects individually. For the practical use of VSS $\bar{X}$ chart we propose the sample size which minimizes the average number of samples until the signal is given in out-of-control state.

Crytococcosis is a subacute or chronic, very rare in incidence and very often fatal infection caused by Cryptococcus Neoformans. The organism is of world-wide distribution, affecting both sexes and all ages. The most common portals of entry appear to be respiratory tract. Recently we experienced one case of isolated Cryptococcal Granuloma on the right lower lobe. The patient was 63 year old housewife, who complained only of epigastric pain. On baseline studies of chest X-ray, we incidentally found the abnormal finding of mass density on right lower lobe.

A fistulous communication between an esophageal traction diverticulum and the tracheo-bronchial tree appears to be of rare occurrence. This report reviews the feature of congenital esophagobronchial fistula associated with esophageal traction diverticulum. This 38-year-old male patient suffered from coughing, hemoptysis, fever and chest pain. This patient was taken a diverticulectomy and lobectomy of right lower lobe. Post-operation course was uneventful.

Breakdown of the normal protective function of the larynx, either through primary or neurologic cause, leads to chronic aspiration, recurrent pneumonitis and possibly death. Lindemann`s tracheoesophageal diversion has three main advantages; first, it eliminates intractable aspiration in all patients who underwent the procedure, second, it preserves larynx, and third, if the underlying neurologic condition is recorved, the procedure can be reversed. We had performed tracheoesophageal diversion in two cases of intractable aspiration pneumonia patients. The postoperative courses were uneventful and they were receiving oral alimentation on the 22th and 9th postoperative days respectively, and could be discharged on 43th and 20th postoperative days respectively.

Endonuclease inhibitor was isolated from the chloroplast of the leaves of tobacco, Burley 21 and NC 83, The inhibitory effect on the activities of endonucleases including BamH1 was lost by the addition of trypsin or heat treatment However, the treatment of $\alpha$-amylase was unconcerned in the inhibitory effect The endonuclease inhibitor was found to be a monomeric protein that plays a vital role for protection of tobacco chloroplast DNA from endonuclease action.

This paper presents a development of the control algorithm and Pick & Placer. The Pick & Placer provides a powerful multi-task system that includes both graphical and remote interface. Users can easily set up sorting parameters and record important data including wafer number, data, and operator information. This System sets up a dustproof device and massively machined components to provide an extremely stable sorting environment. Precise resolution and accuracy result from using machine vision, a pneumatic slide drive and close -looped positioning.

Until now, various period formulas Pre proposed, but those of have a little difficult procedure and variation according to structural system. This paper presents an analysis of the uncoupled vibration of symmetric in RC structures. A generalized approximate method is developed using the Southwell-Dunkerley approximation and characteristics of structural deformation. The results of the proposed method for the example structure show good agreement with those of the Midas Genw4.2.2.

External Confinement of concrete in CFS enhances strength and ductility of concrete columns. This paper presents the test results on the study of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with carbon fiber sheets. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the CFS confinement characteristics of square reinforced concrete columns and the CFS efficiency. The tests were performed with different lateral reinforcement ratios, CFS reinforcement ratios and concrete strength. Test results were characterized according to maximum loads and lateral strain of CFS.
