This clinical case report describes the digital workflow that combines a face scan, cone beam computed tomography and an intraoral scan to visualize the outcome of prosthodontic treatment in the anterior region. This approach improves communication between clinic, laboratory and patients. A patient with healthy general condition came for a restorative treatment to treat post-traumatic central incisors of maxilla. A virtual patient replica was made by incorporating a face scan, cone beam computed tomography and an intraoral scan. Design mockup of definitive restorations was shown to the patient and modified according to the patient's desire. This digital workflow facilitates the fabrication of optimal esthetic restorations, and enhances the predictability of outcome of restorations.

Diglycidyll ether of bisphenol A(DGEBA)/4, 4'-methylene dianiline(MDA)계에 반응성 첨가제 malononitrile(MN)을 첨가하면 내충격성은 크게 향상되나 반응속도는 감소하게 된다. 에폭시 수지의 경화반응은 에폭시기가 개환되어 생성되는 히드록시기가 촉매로 작용하는 자촉매 반응이며, 외부에서도입된 히드록시기도 같은 효과를 나타낸다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 DGEBA/MDA/MN 계의경화 반응속도를 증가시키기 위해 히드록시기를 가진 촉매로서 hydroquinone(HQ)을 도입하였고 이들 계의경화특성 및 열적성질을 고찰하였다. HQ가 첨가됨으로 인해 활성화 에너지는 감속하고 속도상수는 증가하였으며, 발열곡선에서 반응 시작온도가 낮아졌다. 이 결과로부터 HQ가 반응 가속제로 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

치아 미백술은 치아의 심미성을 향상시키는 가장 보존적인 방법의 하나로 인식되어져 왔으며 최근의 심미치과에 대한 관심의 증가와 함께 그 빈도가 급격히 증가하고 있는 술식의 하나이다. 일반적으로 치아 미백술 후 바로 접착수복을 할 경우 결합력이 감소하는 것으로 알려져 있으며 이를 해소하기 위해 일정시간 경과 후 접착수복 술식을 시행할 것을 권장 하고 있다. 자가산부식형 (self-etching primer system) 접착제는 기존의 접착제와 다른 성분으로 인해 치아미백제에 의한 영향에 대해 잘 알려져 있지 않은 상태이다. 이에 본 실험에서는 미백술을 시행한 법랑질 상에서 서로 다른 세 가지의 접착 시스템을 이용하여 미백술 후의 지연 시간이 결합력에 미치는 영향을 비교하고자 하였다. 발거한 대구치 68개를 물기가 있는 상태에서 근원심으로 절단하고 치관부를 자가중합 레진에 식립하여 시편을 제작하였다. 세 가지 접착제로 $One-step^{\circledR}$, Clearfil SE Bond $primer^{\circledR}$, One-up Bond $F^{\circledR}$를 이용하였다. 각 접착제를 미백을 시행하지 않는 대조군과 미백 시행 후 바로 접착한 즉시 접착군, 그리고 2주간 생리식염수에 보관한 후에 접착한 지연군으로 나누어 총 9개의 실험군으로 나누었다. 접착제를 처리한 면에 Clearfil $AP-X^{\circledR}$ 복합레진을 2mm충전하고, 40초간 광중합을 시행하였다. 24시간 후 전단접착강도를 측정하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. $One-step^{\circledR}$의 경우, 즉시 접착군에서 지연 접착군보다 유의성 있게 낮은 접착강도를 나타내었다. Clearfil SE $Bond^{\circledR}$의 경우, 즉시 접착군과 미백을 시행하지 않은 군간에는 접착 강도에 유의한 차가 없었으나,지연접착군에서는 낮은 강도를 나타내었다. One-Up Bond F$^{\circledR}$의 경우, 즉시 접착군에서 유의성 있게 낮은 전단접착강도를 나타내었고, 전반적인 접착 강도가 다른 두 접착제에 비해서 유의성 있게 낮은 값을 보였다. $One-step^{\circledR}$을 사용할 경우 지연접착을 하는 것이 추천되며, Clearfil SE Bond$^{\circledR}$의 경우에는 즉시 접착을 시행하더라도 영향을 적게 받는 것으로 나타났으며, One-Up Bond $F^{\circledR}$의 경우 미백술 후 접착수복 과정에 사용에 제한이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was aimed to provide basic data which are fairly useful to improve satisfaction level of patients by analyzing factors related to each functional satisfactions of dental implant treatment. The subjects of this study were 120 patients who received implant treatment and analyzed with t-test, one-way ANOVA and pearson's correlation. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Differences of each functional satisfaction according to general characteristics was not reveal statistically significant. 2. A group to got periodic scaling and tooth brushed four or more times a day showed the highest satisfaction of social and esthetic function(p < .05). 3. A group to implantation in premolar area showed the highest satisfaction of masticatory function and a group to implantation in incisor to be high in satisfaction of social and esthetic function, but the differences were not statistically significant 4. A group to got implant treatment at a dental hospital showed the highest satisfaction of both social and esthetic function, and at a general hospital were found lowest(p < .05). 5. Masticatory function, social function, esthetic function, and overall satisfaction were found to be in a positive correlations, and especially, the correlation coefficient between the overall satisfaction and social function was found to be highest(p < .01).

최근 IT(Information Technology)가 결합된 스마트 섬유의 수요가 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 생활수준 향상에 따른 유저들의 청결, 쾌적에 대한 높은 관심속에서 생활 및 의료용 섬유에도 다양한 기능성이 요구되어지고 있다. 초경량, 흡한속건, 투습방수 등 레저 스포츠, 아웃도어 활동에 필요한 고기능성 소재는 제품의 고부가가치를 더하는 가치 상승 요인이긴 하지만 그 기술과 적용성이 이미 포화 상태에 도달했다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 국내 외 섬유 업체들은 스마트 섬유 열풍을 큰 기회로 삼아 헬스케어 기능, 엔터테인먼트 기능 등의 최첨단 기술과 결합되어진 특화된 섬유시장을 통해 더 높은 부가가치를 창출하고 새로운 섬유시장의 도약을 노리고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 위치추적이나 동선, 생체적 리듬 등을 파악할 수 있는 스마트 섬유용 전도성 섬유센서의 초기특성(전기적, 물리적 물성)을 유지함과 동시에 심미적인 효과와 새로운 기능성을 부여하기 위하여 전도성 센서소재의 최적 선염공정을 조사하고 외부적인 환경변화를 염두에 두어 그 물성 변화를 측정하였다.

This study performed research for improvement on basic concept of PBD applying suitable design method before and after LB-DECK composition. According to study, in this case, before composition, it can reduce minuteness cracks by increasing bending tensile strength utilizing polymer concrete, can expect sensuous effect, improve durability as to low permeability, and was evaluated that can reduce covering depth according as it. Also, because LB-DECK baseplate that apply the empirical design method composite is superior load resistance ability than general baseplate, safety is increased, it is expected to secure constructibility and economic performance at the same time because reinforcement arrangement method and reinforcement amount are fixed even if span effective span is increased at ultimate strength design method application.

Web pages with complex layout and small font size do not display well on large screen display such as TV because it has limited capabilities: long distance view, passive user attitude, limited input device like a legacy remote controller. We have designed and implemented new semantic zoom browsing facilities to support effective navigation on Internet-connected digital television with limited capabilities. Our browser performs partitioning of an HTML document content into semantic blocks. Semantic blocks present summarized information with more readable style and modified layout for optimal reading and browsing. Individual blocks can be selected by the user and zoomed in more detail information by the user. The scrolling on large display device needs more user interaction. Our browser modifies the layout of an HTML document with removing horizontal scrolling and minimizing vertical scrolling. This method allows users to easily view the web page by converting into optimal reading style and layout and to easily seek the information just with zooming.

Based on the relationship between urban public space, urban lighting and the sense of place, this paper aims to analyze the lighting environment types with the sense of place and their characteristics. First, with the theory study as the research foundation, it extracts six spatial factors of public space lighting design and then analyzes 12 relevant cases on the basis. Finally, it divides the 12 cases into four types, Basic types, Storytelling, Interactive and Multi-Media and analyzes the core design factor and characteristics of various types. The results show that: first, functionality, sustainability and aesthetics are the basic factors to realize the urban public space lighting places. Second, the six cases of "Storytelling" show that the theme of specific areas, namely the exploration of "story" is conducive for lighting design to form clear and definite environment recognition. Third, for "Interactive" and "Multi-Media", the intervention of new media technology and new lighting way has made the wide expansion of urban lighting design connotation and extension. The research results show that strengthening the urban location performance by the lighting design could improve the city image, which provides the basis for the development of urban public space lighting design.

Recently, mobile games are developed as the various genre and form with the hardware performance improvement and communication network speed increase of the mobile phone. But it shows the limit of the game material to be developed, because the mobile game has to play by using only the keypad handing of the mobile phone. In this research, 'Flip On / Off interface' and 'Microphone interface' were developed in order to utilize the physical device of the mobile phone as the game interface. 'Flip On / Off interface' and 'Microphone interface' have the advantage that there is no need to purchase a device as an additional interface with utilizing the hardware of the mobile phone itself and the progressing of a game is smooth in comparison with the keypad method of the pre-existence mobile game because the interface waiting time for a call response is short. Moreover, by applying to a commercializing game, the developed interface tests, we confirmed an availability at the commercialization inspection standards on mobile phone without the heap memory deficiency phenomenon to be smooth of an operation. Furthermore, in the result of usability evaluation accessability, reliability, and aesthetics were rated as 'high'. The results of this research reveal that the interface environment of the mobile game limited to a keypad will be able to be made with diversification.

In edentulous patients, the advantages of prosthodontic therapy using oral implants include both stability and comfort. Advantages suggested for this approach include the prevention of mandibular bone resorption and increased masticatory function. Implant hybrid prostheses place 4 to 6 implants between the mental foramens, and cantilevers are used to replace the posterior teeth at both ends. The 85 - year - old female patient visited our clinic with complete edentulism in the maxilla and mandible. This article reports a satisfactory clinical and esthetic outcome of full mouth rehabilitation using removable complete denture in the maxilla and implant hybrid prosthesis in the mandible.
