To measure the degree of work stress and identify factors influencing the stress among OR nurses, a study was implemented for 131 OR nurses working at four university hospitals in Taegu city through self administered questionnaires. Mean score of total work stress of nurses was 3.71, when maximum score was 5. Relatively high degrees of work stress was evident among OR nurses. When the related factors of the stress specified in the questionnaire were grouped into 11 categories, the respondents turned out to feel the highest stress when they were faced with the categories of non-peculiar duty and personal conflict with doctors. The most stressful events were nursing malpractice during surgical operations and damage to OR equipments. The nurses more susceptible to workstress were married with one child, less educated and worked at OR for 3 to 6 years.

This study aims to provide policy suggestions on how to implement the process of empowerment, by investigating the conditions that hinder the process and the attitude of the KBS employees. For the cross-sectional study, this thesis examined the domestic and international references, conducted a survey of KBS employees, personal interviews and made direct observations. Approximately 1,200 copies of the questionnaire were distributed and 474 were completed and returned. The analysis used SPSS 12.0 software to process the data collected from 460 respondents. The survey findings showed a decrease of 24.2%p in the number of responses expressing negative views of the team structure and a decrease of 1.29%p in the number of positive responses. The findings indicated a positive transformation illustrating employees' improved understanding and approval of the team structure. However, KBS must address the issue on an ongoing basis. It has been proven that the employee empowerment increases the productivity of the individual and the group. In order to boost the level of empowerment, the management must exercise new, innovative leadership and build trust between the managers and the employees first. Additional workload as a result of shirking at work places was prevalent throughout all divisions and ranks, according to the survey data. This outcome leads to the conclusion that the workload is not evenly distributed or shared. And the data also showed the employees do not trust the assessment and rewards system. More attention and consideration must be paid to the team size and job allocation in order to address this matter; the present assessment and rewards system need to be complemented. The type of leadership varies depending on the characteristics of the organization's structure and employees' disposition. KBS must develop and reform its own management, leadership style to suit the characteristics of individual teams. Finally, for a soft-landing of KBS team structure, in-house training and education are necessary.
This study presents two dimensional views of IT-use behaviors. It examines public employee's IT-use behavior as manifested in two ways: acceptance on IT, utilization on IT. This study investigates levels of employee's the acceptance and utilization on IT in the Korean Central Government(ministry and agency) and analyses factors affecting public employee's the acceptance and utilization on task-related IT in the public sector. This study tries to examine the variables affecting the acceptance and utilization on IT; especially, the influences of such variables as leadership, task-related communication with people, task motivation, IT usability and ease of uses, task understanding in the context of Korean Central Government. Based on a questionnaire survey in Korean Central Government(8 ministries, 5 agencies) that have implemented Government Knowledge Management System(GKMS), 311 valid instruments were received and analyzed using various statistics and structural equation model(SEM). And this study will adopt try to delineate pre and intervening conditions for public employee's the acceptance and utilization. According to the results of interviews and SEM analysis suggests that the influence of task-understanding, organizational communication, IS usability were statistically significant in the acceptance and utilization on IT. And it is also hoped that the path-analytic model suggested in this study helps reveal the causal chains between the acceptance and the utilization. Especially, task-understanding proves to be important in encouraging public employee's the acceptance and utilization. This result illustrates why task-understanding people are the key to utilize the task-related IT in public organization.
This research was trying to examine through the technology acceptance model that is expanded in order to make an inquiry the factors having an effect on the acceptance intention of the technology fusion type webtoon user. The survey was carried out for the research for 114 questionnaire respondents where there is the technology fusion type webtoon utilization experience. After and hierarchical regression analysis was performed and the relationship was analyze between the factor. The total 13 hypotheses and one research problems were set and the study with was proceeded. Next, it is same if the results of study is summarized. Firstly, the interactivity and immersion, that is the subordinate factor of the Siljaegam, affected the static influence to the perceived usability. Secondly, with having the static influence an effect on the technology fusion type webtoon use intention the perceived usability was confirmed. Thirdly, the effeciency, Tendency of Conciseness, and consistency were the technology fusion type GUI standard extracted with the Ttamsaekjeok the result subfactor that it analize factor. Finally, with giving the meaningful influence to the perceived easiness the visual unrefined copper steam, that is the subordinate factor of the Siljaegam, was confirmed.

This study was conducted to identify factors influencing depression symptoms among college students. To accomplish this, a self-administered questionnaire was distributed to 546 college students from October 1st to November 30th, 2015. Univariate analysis, logistic regression, and multivariate regression analysis between variables were then conducted using depression symptoms as the dependent variable and other relevant factors as independent variables. The level of depression among the subjects differed significantly according to personal attributes, family life and school life characteristics, as well as health related behavioral characteristics. The risk of depression was significantly higher in the lower group than the higher group of family and friends social support, the lower group than the higher group of self-esteem, the lower group than the higher group of locus of control, and in the high risk stress group than the normal stress group. Factors influencing depression symptoms included religion, social support from family, social support from friends, interpersonal dependency, locus of control, and stress were identified as significant variables, indicating that depression among college students is related to diverse elements including sociodemographic characteristics, social support from family/friends, interpersonal dependency, locus of control, and stress. Depression symptoms significantly increased when social support from family or friends, low psychological behavior characteristics are low, and when stress is high. Thus, it is necessary to understand factors related to depression and reduce them to decrease depression levels of college students.

This study developed an instrument to assess the effects of the bullying of nurses in the workplace and evaluated the developed instrument. A literature review and a field study were conducted to identify the concepts related to the bullying of nurses in the workplace. These attributes served as building blocks to produce a 28-item WPBN-CI. The content validity was used to determine the content and face validities, and the number of instrument items was reduced to 14. The final WPBN-CI instrument was evaluated using the SPSS 18.0 program with the data collected from October 21-28, 2013 from 458 nurses from general hospitals in the metropolitan area. The WPBN-CI consisted of 13 items covering three distinct factors (physical and psychological withdrawal, poor quality of patient care, and increasing distrust), with a total variance of 62.9%. The convergent and determinant validities for the WPBN-CI were 100% and 89.7%, respectively. The known-groups validity was proven through the mean difference in the level of depression. The satisfied criterion validity for the WPBN-CI was more than 0.70. The reliability of the WPBN-CI was demonstrated by its Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of 0.90. The WPBN-CI will identify in advance the results due to the bullying of nurses in the workplace and will help to find solutions to the problem and ensure program effectiveness.

The purpose of this study is to investigate relationships among career identity, satisfaction in major, and adjustment to college life for students who major in food and nutrition that is complex and has diversity of carrier and to serve as a guideline for career counselling and college life. After reliability and validity of the data collected were verified using IBM SPSS Statistics 22, difference in variables according to characteristics of students was examined using independent t-test, ANOVA, and chi-square test. The results showed that there was a positive correlation among career identity, satisfaction in major, and adjustment to college life and students who had prior knowledge of their major showed a higher level of career identity, satisfaction in major and adjustment to college life compared to those who did not. Therefore, it is suggested that guidance on Department of Food and Nutrition should be provided to students before they decide on their major for their increased satisfaction in major, smooth adjustment to college life, and career decision. With this data, we recognize the gravity of psychological factor and carrer consciousness may provide base data to practical use of student life and carrer guidance.
This study was conducted to determine the degree of satisfaction and the demand for the current education service of language therapy. We surveyed a total of fifty two nurturers of children who had been diagnosed as autistic. A three-part questionnaire that covered the environment of the therapy institution (7 questions), the programs provided by the Speech-Language Pathologist (7 questions) and the degree of satisfaction and the demand for therapy education (7 questions) was used. The study results showed, in the area of the institution environment for therapy education, that the degree of satisfaction was highest for Social Welfare Center users due to the therapy costs. The level of satisfaction then decreased in the order of private clinic users and general hospital users. However, in the area of education programs provided by Speech-Language Pathologists, it was highest for the users of general hospitals due to the proper contents of the programs and consulting service. The satisfaction level then decreased in the order of private clinic users and Social Welfare Center users. Regarding the level of satisfaction with therapy education and related demand, the degree of satisfaction with language therapy and all therapy education services was generally satisfactory. After the language therapy, the children showed considerable improvement in their living skills (60% of survey respondents) and psychological stability (stress reduction, 30% of the total survey respondents). Regarding the future demand for therapy education, the degree of demand was high for the individual and group language therapy education service. In summary, the results of this study uncovered a number of problems related to services provided by language therapy education institutions and suggested various implications that Speech-Language Pathologists and relevant professionals should endeavor to use so as to enhance the satisfaction level of therapy education for autistic children.
The number of theoretical orientations and approaches in music therapy has risen sharply. This development of new theories may contribute to the advancement of specific therapeutic techniques; however, it can also lead to increased confusion for consumers and professionals for clinical and practical reasons. Due to these concerns, therapists often debate questions such as the following: what is the most effective therapeutic approach, what is the most ethical and professional course of action when clients do not appear to benefit from therapy, and is it possible to integrate ideas and techniques from multiple frameworks and theories in order to better serve the client? This paper describes a new way of thinking for music therapists called Integral Thinking in Music Therapy (ITMT), proposed by Kenneth Bruscia as a comprehensive approach to addressing the clinical needs of the client. ITMT is a way of thinking that embraces existing models and theories, suggests when a particular approach is indicated with its own value, and helps us to move away from one-way thinking to a more comprehensive approach in order to better serve our clients. This article illustrates the basic premise and clinical application as well as a hypothetical application of ITMT based on an actual case study.
The purpose of this study was to investigate factors of perception by inpatients of the Dental Hospital institutions about exposure to radioactivity at the time of radioactive examination, providing basic information for making educational materials aimed to change their perception. Most of those patients, 65.5.0% responded that CT was a type of radioactive examination bringing highest exposure to radiosensitivity. Most of the subjects, 56.1% said that a body part most vulnerable to exposure to radiosensitivity was the genital gland at the time of radiosensitivity examination. And most of the participants, or 26.3% responded that they obtained information about radiation from TVs or newspapers. Among the surveyed patients, men were higher in scores for factors of the perception of radiation such as recognition of radiation, harmfulness of radiation, psychological state at the time of radioactive examination, prevention of exposure to radioactivity and necessity of radiation that women were, with statistically significant differences between the two groups. These findings suggest that it is urgently needed to develop an education program which helps patients better perceive exposure to radioactivity and that radiologists should be very careful to reduce the does of that exposure. If patients better perceive radiation, they would be less anxious and less exposed to radioactivity when receiving the radioactive examination.
