  • Interpersonal trust is the mutual "faithfulness" on which all social relationship ultimately depend and applicable to the relations among people rather than to their psychological states taken individually. Recent development in the organizational sciences reflect the importance of interpersonal trust relationships for sustaining individual and organizational effectiveness, researchers have recongnized trust's influence on coordination and control at both institutional and interpersonal levels of organization. Because economic action is embeded within networks of social relationships. researchers have argued that efficiency within complex systems of coordinated action is only possible when interdependent actors work together effectively. Thus, for managers and professionals in organizations, developing and maintaining trust relationship is especially import. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the mechanism of interpersonal trust in the organization. Especially, the major concern of this study is to verify role of interpersonal trust in the member's task behaviork behavior

  • Korean clients show a tendency to hide the real causes of problem. Therefore the 'grasping the real cause of a problem' is regarded as the first characteristic in Reality Dynamic Counseling. Many counselors stress over how express empathy with a client rather than understanding a problem. However the attitude change wouldn't be attained without grasping the real cause of a problem. The researcher tries to demonstrate how this characteristic is at play in counseling process. The researcher illustrates this process by 'narrative method' as one of qualitative research methods. The client who had received counseling for stress disorder and insomnia took a turn for the better as soon as getting at the truth of his problem.

  • Material substance may exist in two different modes of reality:real as physcal objects that comprise material cause and formal cause, and real as function networks that comprise efficient cause and functional cause.Functional networks are real as a mode of material substance because their efficient cause is energy consuming.Neural functional network, in this sense, are different from neural networks.In the same way, mental functional networks are real, for they are energy consuming and they function as a network.Mental functional networks, in turn, may divide into non-lingustic functional networks and linguistic functional networks.And further distinctions among the different levels of mental functional networks will be specified, and hence their reality confirmed more specifically as the research in cognitive science advances.

  • 주식과 암호화폐 거래는 매매방식에 있어서 유사한 점이 있지만 기업의 사업분야, 자본금, 순이익 등의 경영현황과 미래가치에 영향을 많이 받는 주식과는 다르게 암호화폐는 실물 실체가 없으며 탈중앙화, 전산화된 데이터를 기반으로 하며 심리적인 요소가 크게 작용하여 단기적인 변동이 클 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 암호화폐 거래의 특성을 활용하여 특정 암호화폐에 관련된 뉴스기사들을 수집하고 그 암호화폐의 가격 변화 데이터와 연관되어 가격예측 딥러닝 모델을 생성하고 해당 암호화폐에 대한 신규 뉴스기사가 발생되었을 때 이를 이용하여 매수, 매도, 관망 등과 같은 매매 정보를 예측 적용할 수 있게 하였다. 첫째, 뉴스 기사에서 언급한 암호화폐를 매수, 매도, 관망 중 어느 편이 좋을 것인지 추천하는 알고리즘을 구현하였고, 둘째, 매수 이후 매매 차익을 위한 매도 시점이나 매도 이후 저가매수에 유리한 시점을 제안하는 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 또한, 실시간 뉴스기사 수집 및 예측한 매매 판단에 따라 매매 자동화 시스템을 구현하여 수익률을 직접 확인함으로써 그 유효성을 검증하였다.

The Grounded Theoretical Study on Negative Emotion Recovery Process of Female College Students Through Bibliotherapy (독서치료를 통한 여대생의 부정적 정서 회복과정에 대한 근거이론적 연구)

  • Today. the mental health has a great deal of impact on individuals and the society surrounding. Therefore. this research is to propose a way of bibliotherapical intercession by stages and patterns as to examine the recovery process of students with negative emotion by using the grounded theoretical method. This research collected materials through focus-interview, participant observation and book reports of 4 experiments involving female college students aged from 21 to 23, all having emotional and psychological difficulties. The recovery process of female students with negative emotion involved causal factors such as "recognition of hidden wound" "Sense of inferiority", and "difficulty in forming relationships", as well as contextual factors like "sympathetic attitude". which altogether brought about the core phenomenon. "pursuit for healthy ego". This core phenomenon induced to recovering the bright and positive attitude through using the strategies of 'self insight' and application of 'management plan', influence by such incoherent conditions as 'intimate surroundings' and $\setminus$ 'support system patterns'. And as time passed. the recovery process appeared tin four stages: 'issues recognition'. 'emotional responses', 'issue solution' and 'self application'.

A Psychological Approach to Mass Culture for Investigation (대중문화의 심리학적 접근과 탐색 )

  • This overview study of mass culture is based on an academic point of view and based thereon an investigation of mass culture from a psychological standpoint follows. This study reviewed previous studies of mass culture that have been done so far divided into Producer-oriented, Text Decoding-oriented, and Recipient Theory, according to subjects of the study. The studies were also reviewed from the viewpoints of industry, consumer science, education, and developmental psychology. Further, it was discussed how trends and limitations in research were covered according to each viewpoint on mass culture. Based on the analysis, this study aims to promote overall psychological interest in studies of mass culture; to present the necessity of analysis and measurement of emotional experience on mass culture; to increase the roles of industrial and consumer science approaches in terms of planning and culture; to change the viewpoint of developmental psychology that accepts youth culture positively; and, to present interdisciplinary studies related to mass culture. Mass culture has already penetrated deeply into real life but there are few analyses and interpretations of mass culture in terms of psychology. This study is meaningful from the aspect that discussion of mass culture has been placed in a position that recognizes the entity of and interest in mass culture. Through this study, I hope that the scope of interest in psychology will expand and that approaches to mass culture will become more diversified.

The Psychological Reality of Intensification (경음화의 심리적 실체)

  • This paper deals with the nature and function of intensification in Korean in a wider scope of intensification which was not paid proper attention including intensification in the initial position as well as middle position. Unobserved new areas of intensification in the initial position are paid more attention like sound split of polysemy e.g. (s'eda), (kyongk'i) by means of intensification and north Korean application of intensification on (wonsu) and intensification of borrowed English. The recent phenomenon of ‘gwua’ intensification is experimented on two groups of people, young students and old people beyond 65 years old by means of sociolinguistic analysis. The result shows that its intensification is a form of student violent power and a mark of extreme solidarity among activist students. Thirty three university students(male 16, female 17) are asked to explained to write the meanings(feelings or when to use, etc.) of the words which have normal form and intensified forms. The results show intensification attaches the meaning of ‘emphasis,’ to bring the extremely polarized emotion: samll to the smallest, exact to the perfect exactness, bad to the worst feeling. Four words are being split to express different meaning with the word intensified. In conclusion, the nature of so called saisiot(t) e.g. intensification is voiceless tensed pause and its functions are the polarization of the original meaning of the word, sound split of polysemy and attachment of social values by intensification.

A Study on Strategies for Corporate Advertisements in Concept Cases (기업광고 전략에 관한 연구 -컨셉사례를 중심으로-)

  • In the face of rapidly changing society and consumer cognition, eyer-increasing importance of strategies for creating good images for a company among critical factors inf1uencing management in terms of its survive is prevalent. Today, many companies strive for getting or improving their images with advertisements for corporate identity as well as public advertisements, which is considered as a requirement of this society and age for good images of companies rather for only good products and services. In this study, we analyzed and compared the largest companies in Korea, mainly in their printed materials for advertisements over the last 10 years from 1990. Corporate advertisements performed by domestic companies could be classified into several types based on their theoretical backgrounds and creative concepts. Basic theoretical backgrounds of corporate advertisements induced in the study are recognitive-psychological model and associative learning model. And, six areas of cases were classified and analysed in terms of their such creative concepts as random difference, competitive advantage and specific creativity. We analyzed and compared cases of strategies for domestic corporate advertisements with reference to these six each area in their effects and problems in terms of theoretical and practical aspects and thereby purpose to provide companies with reference in developing strategies for corporate advertisements of companies.

The Scale Development of Consumer's Charity Impulse : Focusing on Donation Behavior toward Non-profit Organization (소비자의 자선적 충동에 관한 측정도구의 개발 - 비영리단체에 대한 기부행위를 중심으로 -)

  • Main research question of this study is based on situational gap between donation motivation and behaviour in non-profit organization. However, researches investigating the gap were limited. Therefore, this study examined components of psychological variables. Specially, we proposed the variables about consumer's impulsive motivation or behavior on impulse literature in donation toward non-profit organization. This study conducted a scale development to measure consumer's charity donation impulse based on non-conscious viewpoint. For the development of measurement tool for charity donation impulse, we conducted two stages of research process. First, the measurement items of charity donation impulse were developed through FGI and in-depth interview on experts. Secondly, the factor analysis was performed, and then some items were eliminated through this analysis. As a result, we found the final scale with 26 items, which were named as evaluation sensitivity charity impulse, reward sensitivity charity impulse, functional impulse, non-planning charity impulse. These results showed that the measurement items developed in this study were confirmed to be useful tools for measuring charity donation impulse.
