  • The conclusions shown by this study are as follows: Firstly, Despite the similarity of the objective distance caused by the geographic distance and cultural similarities. it is found that the psychic distance factor still exists. Secondly, a new affective factor of psychic distance has been noted. As to the shaping method, even though culture and psychic distance involve homeogenic factors, psychic distance is more complex in that it is affected not only by cultural changes but also by other affective factors. Culture is a very significant factor, which can have an effect on forming psychic distance, but it is short of being a measurement variable for measuring psychic distance. Thirdly, psychic distance can have a direct effect on customers' buying response. If it is just a belief shared among the people of a nation, it can't become an important notion.

  • 본 연구는 의료기관에서 근무하는 방사선사를 고용형태를 중심으로 구분하여, 정규직과 비정규직 간의 인식차이, 이직의도, 직무스트레스, 심리적 상태의 관계를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구 대상은 수도권역과 지방권역으로 9개 의료기관에서 종사하는 방사선사 308명으로 하였다. 2012년 7월 18일에서 9월 15일까지 수집된 설문지를 통계적으로 분석하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 얻었다. 정규직과 비정규직 방사선사의 인식차이에서 정규직은 성별, 월 급여, 지역권에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이직의도는 정규직에서 학력, 월 급여, 지역권에서 그리고 비정규직은 성별에서만 유의한 차이가 있었다. 직무스트레스는 정규직에서 학력, 월 급여, 지역권에서와 비정규직은 성별, 나이, 결혼, 총 직장 근무연수에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 심리적 상태에서 정규직은 성별에서와 비정규직은 성별, 결혼에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 정규직, 비정규직 간의 직무적 요인에 대한 상관관계에서 인식차이는 이직의도와 심리적 상태에서, 이직의도는 인식차이와 직무스트레스 및 심리적 상태에서, 직무스트레스는 이직의도와 심리적 상태에서, 심리적 상태는 인식차이, 이직의도 및 직무스트레스에서 유의하였다. 고용형태에 따른 요인별 직무스트레스에서는 직무요구 요인, 직무자율성 요인, 관계갈등 요인, 직무불안정 요인에서 유의한 차이가 있었다.

Mediating Effects of Social Support on the Influential Relationship between Social Exclusion and Psychological Wellbeing in Elderly People (노인의 사회적 배제가 심리적복지감에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the social exclusion factor of elderly people in a local community on their psychological wellbeing and whether or not social support would perform a mediating role in the relationship between social exclusion factor and psychological wellbeing. The subjects in this study were the elderly people who registered with a senior welfare center located in North Jeolla Province. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the social exclusion factor and social support factor of the elderly people were found to have exerted a statistically significant influence on psychological wellbeing. Second, the social support factor was found to have had partial mediating effects on the relationship between the social exclusion factor and psychological wellbeing. The findings of the study illustrated that the social support factor played a buffering role in the social exclusion factor that affected the psychological wellbeing of the elderly people.

The Influence of Learning Organization Building Factors on Psychological Capital and Innovative Behavior in Firms (기업의 학습조직 구축요인이 심리적 자본과 혁신행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper aims to examine the mediating effects of psychological capital on the relationships between learning organization and innovative behavior. 310 sheets of questionnaires were gathered from the organizational members of the companies in 5 cities, including Seoul and Pohang and analysed using structural equation modelling technique. The results show followings: First, the human factor of learning organization has a significant influence to the innovative behavior and the psychological capital. Second, structural factor of learning organization has a significant influence to the psychological capital but does not have a significant influence to the innovative behavior. Third, the mediating effect of psychological capital has a significant partial effect between human factor of learning organization and innovative behavior, and full effect between structural factor of learning organization and innovative behavior. The results of this study implies that some guideline could be used in promoting learning organization and making implementing strategy.

The Effect of Psychological Factors on Caregiver Burden and Depression of Spousal Caregivers (배우자 부양자의 심리적 요인이 부양부담과 우울에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of the current study was to examine the effect of psychological factors on caregiver burden and depression among Korean spousal caregivers. 142 spousal caregivers (89 wives, 52 husbands) in Seoul and Incheon City were surveyed to determine the influence of objective factors of the care recipient, demographic of the caregiver, personality dimensions of extroversion and neuroticism of caregiver, social support, and pre-caregiving marital satisfaction on caregiver burden and depression of spousal caregivers. Hierarchical regression was used to determine the influence of the various factors on caregiver burden and depression. Finding suggest that care recipient's activities of daily living(ADL) and caregiver neuroticism predicted caregiver burden, whereas pre-caregiving martial satisfaction and caregiver neuroticism predicted depression. In particular, psychological factors were better predictors of caregiver burden and depression compared with objective factors. Based on the results, the implications, interventions, limitations and future directions for research were discussed about the psychological factors on spousal caregiving.

  • This study examined the psychological characteristics of the Koreans Uzzul(Boasting) about the impact on consumer attitudes about the brand. Elated about the psychological characteristics of Korean literature on the basis of an analysis of these Koreans Uzzul(Boasting) psychological characteristics were examined for luxury consumer attitudes and whether any relationship was confirmed. Firstly, the psychological characteristics of Koreans Uzzul(Boasting) were six sub-factors. Second, consumer attitudes about the luxury factor analysis was the result of two factors. Third, the psychological characteristics of Koreans Uzzul(Boasting) impact on consumer attitudes about the brand. Arrogant sense and self-esteem factors had a significant impact on hedonic attitudes. In addition, the relative recognition factors had an impact on the quality trust attitude. The results of this study did not cover the face of conspicuous luxury-related studies have mainly dealt with the psychological variables. Whereas Koreans Uzzul(Boasting) psychological characteristics based on research in progress by virtue of the fact that it is worth. Offered practitioners to consider the characteristics of the target group of Uzzul(Boasting) psychological implications for the future designer to create ads.

Effects of the Big Five Aspects on Psychological Adjustment (성격10요인이 심리적 적응에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to investigate the effects of the Big Five Aspects on psychological adjustment and the practical use of the Big Five Aspects in personality studies. Correlations between psychological adjustment(subjective well-being, life satisfaction, anxiety, depression) and the Big Five Aspects were compared to correlations between the Big Five and psychological adjustment. The results showed distinction between two aspects within each of the Big Five that major personality traits that are actually related to psychological adjustment were found. Multiple regressions were used with subjective well-being, life satisfaction, anxiety, and depression as criterion variables to investigate the effect of the Big Five Aspect on psychological adjustment and the results are as followed. Big Five Aspects accounted for 66.2% of the variance in subjective well-being and withdrawal, compassion, industriousness, enthusiasm, assertiveness, openness significantly predicted subjective well-being. Life satisfaction and depression were significantly predicted by withdrawal and enthusiasm. Withdrawal was the only variable that significantly predicted anxiety. Multiple regression also showed that withdrawal and enthusiasm were the most consistent, accountable variables in predicting overall psychological adjustment. This findings indicate that individual's personality traits played a significant role in predicting subjective well-being and mental health as consistent with past findings, and that the Big Five Aspects can offer more detailed and specific description than the Big Five can. Finally, the research discusses implications, limitations and suggestions for further studies.

Examining Psychological Factors Influencing Purchase Intention of Smart Phone in Korean and Chinese Adolescents (한·중 청소년의 스마트폰 구매의도에 미치는 심리적 요인에 관한 연구)

  • Recently the use of smart phone is getting popular not only for adult but also for adolescents. The purpose of this study is to examine how psychological independent variables affect purchase intention of Korean and Chinese adolescents. The psychological variables in the study include showoff, face sensitivity, and a sense of alienation. The findings showed that psychological variables were significant to explain purchase intention both in Korean and Chinese adolescents. Such results can provide a practical contribution of planning marketing strategy both in Korea and China markets.

A Phenomenological Study on Psychosocial Nursing Care in Korea (한국에서의 사회심리적 간호에 관한 현상학적 연구)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한국의 사회심리적 간호현상을 밝힘에 있다. 이를 위한 자료는9명의 임상경험이 많은 병원 간호사들을 심층면담하여 수집하였으며, 분석은 해석학적 현상학과 근거 이론 방법에서 사용하는 계속비교 분석 방법을 이용하였다. 사회심리적 간호는 ‘정보제공’, ‘위로’, ‘상담’, ‘지도’의 네가지 범주로 구분되었다. 이 중에서 정보제공이 가장 많이 사용되었고 중요하게 여겨 진 반면, 상담과 지도는 흔히 사용되지 않았다. 이는 상담과 지도는 고도의 의사소통 기술, 인간관계에 대한 이해, 그리고 타인에 대한 감성등이 요구되었기 때문이다. 사회심리적 간호제공에 방해를 주는 요인도 밝혀졌다. 첫째, 가족이나 보호자들의 상주로 인해 간호사들이 사회심리적 간호의 임을 이들에게 떠넘기는 경향이 있었다. 둘째, 간호사의 특성, 즉 치료적 인간관계를 확립할 수 있는 간호사의 능력부족이 방해요인이었다. 셋째, 신체적 간호만을 중시하고 높은 간호사대 환자 비율을 가진 병원 시스템이 방해요인이었다. 넷째, 조밀한 병상등의 병원환경도 해요인으로 나타났다. 사회심리적 간호는 간호사-환자-보호자 관계를 치료적으로 형성 유지할 수 있는 간호사의 능력에 따라 결정되었기 때문에 이에 대한 분석을 계속하였으며, 치료적 관계형성과 유지에 영향을 주는 요인은 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 간호사의 기술적, 신체적 간호의 유능성이 치료적 관계형성에 필요하였다. 둘째, 환자 및 보호자와 신뢰관계를 구축할 수 있는 능력이 필요하였다. 셋째, 환자의 요구에 따르는 역할을 제대로 수행할 수는 능력이 필요하였다. 즉, 치료적 관계형성은 환자와의 신뢰형성만으로는 부족하며, 환자와 보호자의 요구에 따르는 역할, 즉 정보제공자, 위로자, 상담자, 지도자의 역할까지도 수행할 수 있어야 함을 의미한다. 이 외에도, 간호사들이 치료적 관계를 형성하고 유지하기 위하여 사용한 대책들을 제시하고 논의하였다. 본 연구는 한국의 사회심리적 간호의 범주, 방해요인, 촉진요인 등을 설명하고 기술하였기에, 우리나라의 간호사들이 사회심리적 간호를 위해 어떠한 일들을 주로 수행하며, 어떻게 환자 및 보호자들과 상호작용하면서 간호중재를 펴나가는가를 이해하는데 도움을 주리라 여겨진다.
