The 'education panic' is one of the most phenomenal social issue in the current Korean society. The explanations of it until now, however, are rather superficial in a way that they only describe apparent facts and its seriousness, rendering further examination of the psychological motivation of parents who are the protagonist of education panic necessary. With 548 elementary, middle, and highschool students and their parents, the present study has investigated the impact of parents' past experience of 'han', regret, and learning effect regarding education on their parenting style as well as on their children's academic experience. The result revealed that parents' learning effect was related with more affective/autonomous parenting style and reasonable expectation for their children's educational career. On the contrary, parents' 'han' and regret indicated relationship with hostile and controlling parenting style and also with blind intention toward their children's educational career. The negative emotions also seemed to increase their children's academic stress, and lower academic self-efficacy. Such results suggest that the extraordinary education panic in Korea is more than a simple quantitative matter of intensity. The psychological basis and motivation of the people included, a much more quantitative information, should be taken into account.

The purpose of this study is to identify gifted adolescents' self-concept, core competencies and positive psychological capital correlations, and to investigate the mediating effect of positive psychological capital on the relationship between self-concept and core competencies of gifted youths. Therefore we surveyed gifted youths in Jeonbuk regions concerning self-concept, core competencies, and positive psychological capital. 221 samples were statistically analyzed. To understand a mediating effect of positive psychological capital in the relationship between self-concept and core competencies, the hierarchical regression analysis was conducted with SPSS 21.0. The findings of the study indicated as follows. First, when a correlation analysis was carried out to explore the relationship of gifted youth's self-concept, core competencies, and positive psychological capital. Second. the results revealed that positive psychological capital of gifted youths had a significant mediation effect on the relationship between their self-concept and core competencies Finally, based on the study findings, suggestions of desirable education and counseling for gifted adolescents.

최근 SNS사용범위 및 활용 목적이 다양해지고 있으며 급격하게 발전하는 환경에서 마케팅은 개인 또는 소상공인, 기업에서 중요한 경영전략이 되고 있다. 그중 모바일 온리시대에 들어와 소상공인의 홍보 및 마케팅에서 온라인마케팅의 모바일이 차지하는 비중은 계속 증가하고 있다. 정부에서는 소상공인의 마케팅을 돕기 위한 방안으로 다양한 방법으로 마케팅교육을 준비하고 교육을 진행하고 있다. 하지만 소상공인을 대상으로 모바일에 집중된 다양한 SNS온라인 마케팅 교육이 계속적으로 진행되고 있음에도, 실제 SNS온라인마케팅을 교육을 통해 모두가 성공적인 경영성과를 올리고 있지는 않다. 이에 소상공인의 경영성과에 미치는 다양한 요인이 있지만, 본 연구는 SNS를 활용하고 있는 소상공인들을 대상으로, 소상공인의 긍정심리자본이 SNS활용에 유의한 영향을 미치는지와 이러한 SNS활용이 경영성과인 재무적 성과와 비재무적성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 알아보고 그에 따라 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

This article examines the educational background of the knowledge system in mathematics education from three perspectives-behaviorism, cognitivism, and constructivism-centered on psychology in mathematics education. First, the relationship between mathematical education and learning psychology is reviewed according to the flow of time. Second, we examine the viewpoints of objectivism and constructivism for school mathematics. Third, we look at the psychology in mathematics education and constructivism from the perspective of learning theory. Lastly, we discuss the implications of mathematics education.

The present study is designed to explore psychological correlates of career barrier of female college students in engineering fields by investigating psychological characteristics of female students and by comparing them with those of male students. For these ends 1,968 female and male students in 8 universities nation-wide completed the questionnaire which includes the measures for self career aspiration, self-efficacy, satisfaction and expectation in engineering career. The results of our study revealed female students scored significantly lower than male students in all of these variables. In addition, the developmental patterns of female and male students differ significantly; Male students aspiration, self-efficacy, expectation and satisfaction increased with the school experience whereas those of female students did not show any change or decrease. The results call for the intervention to improve the psychological vulnerability of female students in engineering field.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the psychological well-being of married female teachers working in public elementary schools in Gyeonggi Province and Seoul. Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS 12.0 including frequencies, one-way ANOVA, Duncan-test. The findings were summarized as follows: First, they scored average 3.23 on a five-point scale of psychological well-being, which meant they were positive about psychological well-being. Second, with the background variables considered, marital status and subjective standard of life resulted in significant differences. Those who answered their subjective standard of life were high scored the highest point on the scale. Third, with the background variables considered, age, subjective standard of life and happiness, family relation and psychlogical health were shown to affect the psychological well-being.

This study investigated the confidence, satisfaction, and psychological safety and identified factors affecting the satisfaction of 41 paramedic students. Data, which consists of pre and post-confidence items on visual analogue scale, 21 satisfaction items and 10 psychological safety items was analyzed using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. After the simulation education, the students were told to write what they felt about the education. Then the students' comments, which were categorized as effectiveness and difficulty, were analyzed. Satisfaction of general characteristics showed a significant difference in age (t = -2.22, p = 0.03) and psychological safety of general characteristics showed a significant difference in gender (t = 3.70, p = 0.00) and age (t = -3.65, p = 0.00). Pre-confidence is low (4.37); however, post-confidence increased to 6.22. It showed a significant difference in pre and post-confidence (t = -5.878, p = 0.000). Satisfaction was correlated with psychological safety (r = 0.516, p = 0.001). The variables affecting satisfaction were psychological safety (t = 3.021, p = 0.005) and post-confidence (t = 1.936, p = 0.061). These variables accounted for 27.6% of the satisfaction according to a regression analysis. The simulation education may be the new effective paramedic education strategy of emergency childbirth. Repetitive simulation learning with further development of various scenarios, more education time, and more faculties will be able to train field compatible paramedics.
