The purpose of this work is to explore the role of international entrepreneurship(IE) in explaining internationalization process of Korean ventures and to structure the model of IE with the logics of effectuation. The internationalization of entrepreneurial company is regarded as the realization of entrepreneurship which find out and use opportunities across borders in this point of view, and the realization process gets more realistic and applicable to the internationalization of ventures by effectuation. So we constructed the new concepts of the generating-internationalization-outcome capability(GIOC), which is the effectual capability allowing ventures to go international despite their lack of internal resources and experiences. Its sub-capabilities of GIOC are extemporaneous coping capability, perform-resource-in-hand capability and network-use capability. The empirical analyses of the relations among the capabilities and the performances of internationalization are performed in order to prove the rationale of the model, which provides finally significant evidences of the relationships. The key contribution of this study is that it highlights the important role of IE in internationalization of ventures and shows the possible role of effectuation in explaining the realization process of IE.

센싱(Sensing)기술은 우주기기로부터 가정 전기제품에 이르기까지 넓은 분야에 적용되고 있다. 특히 최근의 센싱기술은 마이크로 일렉트로닉스의 발전으로 마이크로화, 인텔리전트화, 디지털화, 네트워크화라는 키워드로 표현될 만큼 진보하고 있다. 앞으로도 신기술은 폭넓은 분야에서 소비자 니즈에 대응하기 위하여 새로운 센서디바이스(Sensor Device)를 개발하고 또한 새로운 센싱시스템(Seneing System)을 구축하여 신기능을 실현시켜 가는 것이 필요할 것이다. 센싱기술의 발전경위를 종합해 보면 다음과 같은 것을 새각할 수 있다. (1) 아날로그에서 디지털 방식으로 (2) 전기, 기계에서 일렉트로닉스, 메커트로닉스로 (3) 스탠드얼론에서 시스템화, 네트워크화로 (4) 자동화, 최적화에서 인텔리전트화로 (5) 1차원 센싱에서 2차원, 나아가 3차원 센싱에로 이롸같은 기술의 배경으로는 다음과 같은 것을 들 수 있다. (1) 마이크로 일렉트로닉스의 발전에 의한 고성능$\cdot$저가격 마이크로 프로세서의 출현 (2) 센싱시트템을 실현하는 통신$\cdot$네트워크기술의 고도화 (3) 신소재, 미세가공 기술에 의한 센서의 고성능화 (4) 소프트웨어, 정보처리기술의 진보 특히 마이크로 프로세서의 진보는 테크놀로지 드라이버로서의 역할을 다하여 시스템의 소형화, 고속고정도화, 저가격화 등을 실현해 가고 있다.

필자는 정규화가 실현할 수 없는 몇가지 것들에 대하여 이야기하는 것을 끝으로 정규화에 관한 연재를 마치고자 한다.(우리가 크게 의존하는 기술이 가진 한계점들을 이해하는 일은 항상 중요하다.) 이러한 본인의 견해가 정규화에 대한 어떠한 종류의 비난도 아니라는 점을 분명히 하고자 한다. 그와 정반대로 필자는 과거에 정규화가 '예술에 가까운 노력에 의해 탄생한' 진정한 과학의 한 부분으로 표현한적이 있다. 그 노력이라 함은 물론 데이터베이스 설계이다.(실상 우리는 과거에 비해 조금 더 발달된 과학 기술을 접한다. 하지만 데이터베이스 설계는 여전히 주관적인 판단에 따른 문제라는 기본 사실은 아직도 유효하다.) 정규화는 주관적이기보다 객관적이라는 믿을만한 주장이 있지만, 이러한 주장과 전혀 일치하지 않는 데이터베이스 설계상의 몇 가지 경우도 있다는 사실도 여전히 존재한다.

High order filters are usually realized by cascading second order stages. In this paper, a simple method of pole-zero pairing in the high order band-pass and band-reject filter realization of the elliptic functions is proposed for the enhancement of overall dynamic range. Futrhermore, the optimum sequence of the various biquads of high-pass notch, low-pass notch and symmetrical notch etc., is developed for the elliptic band-pass and band-reject filters.

This study is aimed at a basic infrastructure for realizing urban air mobility (UAM) and personal air vehicle (PAV), which have recently been high interest as new means of transportation. The development of UAM and PAV technologies is a field of a high added value that the world is competitively pushing for the world. However, the three most fundamental aspects are the establishing an aviation certification system, finding reliable manufacturers having advanced technical abilities, and the training/securing of professional manpower. Above all, the aviation certification system will be established for the first time. Based on the certification system, it will be possible to realize the government's policy goal of introducing new means of transportation, including the production of aircraft and to realize commercialization that meets international standards that satisfy conformity and compliance. In addition, finding reliable manufacturers, fostering professionals, and establishing an educating system for stable supplying of the professionals are main projects to become a leading country in the field.

The spatial domain design of 2-dimensional separable denominator digital filters(SDDF) based on the reduced dimensional decomposition can be realized when the given 2-D impulse response specifications are decomposed into a pair of 1-D specifications via singular value decompositions(SVD). Because of use of the balaned approximation and equivalent transform as 1-D design algorithm, 2-D design algorithm retains the advantage that is numerically stable and can minimize quantization errors. In this paper in order to analyze and reduce these errors, minimum comfficient quantization realization is directly derived from impulse response specification. And using the equivalent trans form relation between mininum coefficient quantization error and minimum roundoff error realizations, we optimally realize a SDDF. This algorithm is analyzed by the simulation, which shows that it is superior to direct or balanced realization in quantization errors.

현대사회는 전통적인 경제체제에서 디지털 경제체제로의 급속한 이전과 더불어 정보기술이 국가발전의 주요 원동력으로 등장하게 되었다. 특히, e-정부의 출현은 기존의 정부서비스에 대한 시공간적 제약을 극복하는 새로운 패러다임으로 간주되고 있다. 본 연구는 e-정부 실현을 위한 대표적인 사례로 KICIT을 중심으로 정보기술의 활용사례와 더불어 EC-Bank를 중심으로 한 지방정부의 사이버 마케팅에 대한 사례연구를 통해 e-정부의 조기 실현을 위한 산업부문의 e-비즈니스화에 대한 하나의 대안으로 소개하였다. e-구미의 모형은 행정, 생활, 산업 차원에서의 네트워크화, 균형과 조화, 부문간의 연계로 시행정의 디지털화, 사이버 정보생활의 실현 및 산업의 e-비즈니스화의 실현을 중심으로 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 KICIT은 중소도시에 집중되어 있는 지역정보센터의 산학관 협력의 모델케이스로 효율적으로 운영되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이제는 구미지역 기업체와 연구교육기관에서 핵심적인 지원기관으로 지역관련기관과의 보다 유기적인 협력을 계속 유지. 발전해 나가야 할 것이다. 지자체의 사이버 마케팅 사례인 EC-Bank는 정보서비스를 단순히 제공하는 수준인 전자상거래의 초기단계로 사이트 및 콘텐츠 관리의 소홀로 인하여 초기의 목적을 거의 이루지 못한 실정이다. 앞으로 산학관의 친밀한 협력과 e-프로세스의 대혁신을 통해서 새로운 업무활용, 웹기반의 거래처리 및 e-비즈니스 모형의 창출을 위해 계속적으로 노력해야할 것이다.

전남도가 올해 추진할 축산정책 방향은 녹색축산 육성을 위한 조례와 시행규칙을 제정하고 축산농가 조직화로 영농 규모화를 촉진하는 한편, 친환경 고품질 안전 축산물을 생산해 소비자의 신뢰를 Al 및 구제역 등 가축질병이 없는 청정화를 실현한다는 데 맞춰져 있다. 전남도는 지난 2008년부터 오는 2012년까지 5개년에 걸쳐 이와 같은 녹색축산 정책을 실현해 나갈 것이라고 밝혔다.
