인공위성이 실현된 이래로 그것을 원거리통신에 이용하기 위한 연구가 미국을 필두로 세계각국에서 활발히 진행되어 급속한 발전이 거듭되었다. 그리하여 위성통신은 오늘날 인류의 사회생활에 있어서의 기본적인 수단으로 필요불가결한 것이 되었다. 즉, 그것은 획기적이고 근대적인 통신수단으로서 비단 통신에의 이용에 그치지 않고 오늘날에 와서는 방송, 기상관측, 항해, 자원탐사, 과학연구등의 목적에도 널리 이용되고 있다. 그러한 바, 본고에서는 BS-2위성방송시스템, 음성신호의 전송방식, 위성방송 가정용 수신기에 대해서 기술하였다.

문학은 인간에 의해 행해지는 문화나 인간 그 자체에 대한 이해 수단이다. 현재 국내 대학에서 문학연구는 각 어문계열 학과들에 의해 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 이는 문학을 민족정신의 계발 수단으로 이해한 근대 초의 문학연구 방법에 지나지 않는다. 문학연구의 목표 달성을 위해서는 외국어 습득을 위해 설립된 어문학과로부터 문학을 해방시켜 여러 관련 강좌로 구성된 문학부와 같은 하나의 대학을 만들어야 한다.

This study is aimed at a basic infrastructure for realizing urban air mobility (UAM) and personal air vehicle (PAV), which have recently been high interest as new means of transportation. The development of UAM and PAV technologies is a field of a high added value that the world is competitively pushing for the world. However, the three most fundamental aspects are the establishing an aviation certification system, finding reliable manufacturers having advanced technical abilities, and the training/securing of professional manpower. Above all, the aviation certification system will be established for the first time. Based on the certification system, it will be possible to realize the government's policy goal of introducing new means of transportation, including the production of aircraft and to realize commercialization that meets international standards that satisfy conformity and compliance. In addition, finding reliable manufacturers, fostering professionals, and establishing an educating system for stable supplying of the professionals are main projects to become a leading country in the field.

This paper develops a simple theoretical model that is consistent with the empirical evidence of an inverted U-shpated relationship between pollution and per capita income, which is so-called environmental Kuznets curve in this literature. Also, by incorporating the issue of environmental externality into an endogenous growth model, I investigate the circumstances under which growth can be sustained with the optimal control of pollution, and hence the sustainable development can be achieved. In order to study the problem of implementing the social optimum in a market economy, I examine the optimality of three different kinds of environmental policy instruments; pollution tax, pollution-permit trading system (pollution voucher), and direct regulation. This paper shows that the optimum can be implemented with a pollution tax or with a voucher system. Also, it is shown that the socially optimal rate of pollution tax should increase proportionally to the growth rate of consumption.

시설농업의 정치식 자동화장치들을 비롯하여 노지 재배를 위한 자율주행형 로봇에 이르기까지 무인화를 위한 노력이 농업의 전반에 확대되고 있으며 원격제어와 무선통신은 이를 실현하기 위한 중요한 기술수단으로 인식되고 있다. 일반적인 무선제어 장치의 발전과정을 보면 보다 많은 제어채널에 대한 정보전송, 확실하고 오류 없는 신호의 전송을 위한 전파방해 대책, 소형 경량화라는 3가지의 기술적 실현과정으로 집약할 수 있다. (중략)

최근들어 반도체 제조업계에서는 반도체제조공정자동화에 대한 요구가 증대하고 있으며, 이의 실현을 위해서는 반도체 제조장비와 상위 컴퓨터간의 직접 접속에 의한 제조공정의 실시간 감시 제어가 선행되어야 한다. 본고는 통일된 통신규격의 부재로 야기되는 자동화의 장애요소를 해결하기 위하여 제정된 반도체 공정 자동화용 통신규격인 SECS(SEMI Equipment Communications Standard)의 주요 구성 및 기능에 대하여 기술한다. SECS는 컴퓨터를 이용한 반도체 공정 자동화를 효율적으로 실현하기 위한 유용한 수단으로 활용된다.

온라인상점의 상품추천시스템은 일대일마케팅의 대표적 실현수단으로써의 가치를 인정받고 있다. 대부분의 상품추천시스템은 시시각각 변화하는 소비자의 기호에 따라 상품을 어떻게 추천할 것인가에 대한 문제에 직면해 있다. 본 연구에서는 급변하는 온라인상점 환경에 탄력적으로 대응하기 위하여 데이터마이닝과 다중모형조합기법을 이용한 상품추천시스템 모형을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 상품추천시스템은 현재 운영중인 온라인상점 데이터로 프로토타입을 구축하고 실제 소비자에 대한 적용가능성을 검증하였으며, 그 결과 실제 유용할 것으로 확인되었다.
