Box and Draper( 19(5) listed some properties of a design that should be considered in design selection. But it is impossible that one design criterion from optimal experimental design theory reflects many potential objectives of an experiment, because the theory was originally based on the underlying model and its strict assumption about the error structure. Therefore, when it is neces::;ary to implement multi-objective experimental design. it is common practice to balance out the several optimal design criteria so that each design criterion involved benefits in terms of its relative "high" efficiency. In this study, we proposed several composite design criteria taking the case of heteroscedastic model. WVhen the heteroscedasticity is present in the model. the well known equivalence theorem between 1)- and C-optimality no longer exists and furthermore their design characteristics are sometimes drastically different. We introduced three different design criteria for this purpose: constrained design, combined design, and minimax design criteria. While the first two methods do reflect the prior belief of experimenter, the last one does not take it into account. which is sometimes desirable. Also we extended this method to the case when there are uncertainties concerning the error structure in the model. A simple algorithm and concluslOn follow.On follow.

본 연구는 우리나라의 조도실태, 경제적 여건 그리고 문화적 여건을 고려하여 우리 나라 자체의 기준 조도의 설정을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이러한 기준 조도의 설정을 위하여 독서(실재) 작업 실험과 말소작업실험의 두가지 실험 방법을 이용하고자 한다. 실제 작업을 통하여 우리나라 국민들의 조도 수준에 대한 만족도를 구하고 말소 작업을 통하여 생산성 향상율과 조도와의 상관관계를 구하여 기준 조도를 설정한다. 이러한 방법에 의하여 구한 기준 조도는 우리나라 현행 관련법규의 개정을 위하여 활용되어야 한다.

음소를 인식의 기본으로 하는 한국어 음성인식 시스템을 구현하기 위한 기초 연구의 일환으로서 각 음소의 특징 가장 잘 표현하는 기준프레임 추출을 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 선행 실험과 분산비 분석을 통해서 인식에 필요로한 시간 패턴의 길이를 추출한 후 이를 바탕으로 통계적 인식방법인 베이즈 결정법칙을 이용하여 시단 프레임으로부터 3프레임씩 시점을 1프레임씩 옮기면서 인식 실험을 해？여, 각 음소별 특징이 가장 풍부한 기준 프레임을 추출하였다. 그리고 이 기준 프레임을 중심으로 각 음소군별 인식 실험을 수행하여 그 결과를 시단을 기준으로 한 경우와 비교 검토하고 한국어 전 음소별로 확장하여 인식 실험을 실시하였다. 이 실험 결과 모음의 경우 시단으로부터 5프레임, 파열음은 시단에서부터 5프레임사이, 마찰음은 3프레임에서부터 10프레임까지, 파찰음은 5프레임까지, 비음과 유음의 경우 초성은 시단 프레임에서 6프레임, 종성은 종단으로부터 전 4프레임 구간이 인식률이 높게 나타나 이 부분의 특징이 인식에 가장 유효함을 알 수 있었다.

Sprayed fire resistive materials are mainly used at steel structures to satisfy fireproof construction standard. However, the regulations on bond strength have been not considered with the exception of structures in the nuclear power plants, although it is an important factor showing material properties. Therefore, this paper suggested guidelines for bond strength of sprayed fire resistive materials used in the substation, by measuring bond strength according to aging of structures and impact loading considering environment of substations. It is judged that the bond strength suggested in this paper is the minimum value because it was measured from specimens widely used.

When we consider an optimal design to predict the response corresponding to the point outside the design region, we are extremely careful about choosing the design criteria for selecting the support points. The assumed model and its accompanying error structure should be assumed to extend beyond the design region for the selected design criteria to be valid. Thus, we modify the existing design criteria such as extrapolation-optimality to be suited to those situations. We propose some maximin approaches in this paper. Simple and quadratic regression models are tested to find the basic characteristics of such maximin approaches. Some main findings are discussed in the conclusion.

본 연구는 이용자 지향적 평가의 의의와 타당성을 규명하기 위하여 연구과정에서 개인의 지식과 상황 및 인지적 요인의 변화에 따라 이용자가 인식하는 검색문헌의 적합성을 평가하는 기준들의 변화를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 방법은 이론가설을 설정하고 이의 검증을 위하여 실제 연구문제를 가지고 있는 5명의 이용자를 대상으로 그들의 연구과정에 따라 적합성을 평가하는 기준들과 그 기준들의 변화양상을 관찰하는 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과의 분석에는 빈도분석, 상관분석, 일원분산분석이 활용되었다. 그 결과 연구자들은 연구과정에 따라 적합성을 평가하는 기준이 다르게 나타났으며, 평가자에 따라서도 각기 다른 평가기준이 사용되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

Cadastral control points in Korea are refered to various origins, for example an early separated small triangulation, a separated small triangulation, a separated control surveying origin and an unified origin. Cadastral map with early separated small triangulation origin have difficulties to connect with national GIS data by refered an unified origin. We determined transformation parameters from old origin to unified origin using 2D conformal transformation method. To evaluate of transformation accuracy, we compared with GPS field surveying results. And we experiment on coordinate transformations with unified results between the local geodetic datum and the new Korea geodetic datum.

현재 국내의 침윤소화약제 기술기준은 심부화재 진압용 침윤소화약제의 기술기준인 '소화약제의 형식승인 및 제품검사의 기술기준 고시(2012-57호)'에서 물리적 기술기준인 표면장력에 대한 기준만 존재하며, 침윤소화약제의 성능평가 실험은 NFPA 18에서 명시하고 있는 실험방법으로 국한되어 있어 이를 통한 침윤소화약제의 실질적인 성능평가는 어려운 실정이다. 이 때문에 명확하고 구체적인 침윤소화약제의 성능평가 기법을 제시하기 위해 실험기기를 자체 개발하였으며, NFPA18의 침윤소화약제 성능평가와 자체 개발한 실험기기를 이용한 성능평가의 결과를 비교 분석하여 최적화된 성능평가 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이에 앞서 본 연구에서는 NFPA 18상에 명시되어 있는 심부화재 테스트를 동일 조건으로 진행하여, 수돗물과 침윤소화약제의 성능 비교에 대한 변별력을 확인하였다.

관거시설의 맨홀에서 수두손실이 과대해지면 관거의 통수능력이 저하되어 배수구역의 침수피해가 발생되고, 우수의 분출 시 맨홀 뚜껑이 유실되어 인명사고를 유발할 수도 있다. 특히 1990년대부터 국지성 집중호우에 의한 도심지역의 침수피해가 빈번히 발생하고 있는 현실을 감안할 때, 관거시설 내 맨홀에서의 수리적 에너지 손실에 대한 연구와 보다 구체적인 설계 기준의 제시가 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 점을 고려할 때, 도시지역의 우수관거 시스템의 우수 배제 능력을 증가시켜 도심지의 침수를 방지하기 위한 관거시설의 적정 설계 기준이 필요하며, 합리적인 설계 기준을 제시하기 위하여 맨홀 내에서의 수두 손실을 분석할 필요가 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 일반적으로 설치되어 있는 직사각형 맨홀의 현장조사와 설계기준을 조사하여 수리 실험 장치를 제작하였다. 선정된 실험조건인 맨홀의 내부형상 변화와 하수도 시설기준상의 맨홀 내의 단차규정에 따른 수리실험을 실시하여 맨홀 내부의 흐름특성의 변화와 에너지 손실에 대하여 분석하였다. 또한 실험조건 변화에 따른 수두 손실계수를 산정하여 직사각형 맨홀 내부의 에너지 손실을 감소시키기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

데이터 처리 성능에서 메인 메모리 데이터베이스(MMDB)가 디스크 기반 데이터베이스(DRDB)보다 월등하여 국내외의 데이터베이스 영역에서 이슈가 되고 있다. MMDB 성능에 영향을 미치는 요소에는 CPU의 성능과 메모리의 크기 및 인덱스의 선택 등이 있다. 이 중에서 MMDB 성능에 비교적 큰 영향을 미치는 요소는 인덱스의 선택 문제이다. 옵티마이저의 실행계획을 수립할 때, 인덱스는 최적의 경로를 찾도록 하는 전략적인 요소로서 그 구성에 문제가 있으면 최적화된 실행계획을 얻을 수 없다. 하지만 이러한 인덱스 선택 기준에 관련한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 따라서 우리는 MMDB에서의 인덱스 선택 기준에 대하여 실험하고 연구하였다. 실험에 사용된 MMDB는 인기 있는 TimesTen MMDB이다. 실험 대상 테이블에 대하여 인덱스가 없는 경우, T-Tree 인덱스를 생성한 경우, Bitmap 인덱스를 생성한 경우 등에서 데이터 량과 분포도를 각각 변화시켜, 어떤 분포도에서 어떤 인덱스가 유리한지 실험하고 인덱스의 선택 기준 결과를 얻었다. 본 연구의 결과는 실무에서 MMDB의 인덱스를 선택하는 기준으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
