This paper investigates the moderating effect of firm size on the relationship between environmental uncertainty and logistics information systems fit and performance, and suggests logistics strategies that would help to achieve goals. Based on our empirical research results, the findings of this paper can be summarized as follows: First, firms with higher levels of harmony between environmental uncertainty and logistics information systems fit featured significantly better logistics performance than firms with lower levels of fit. Second, logistical performance can be maximized based on the firm size and the harmonization between environmental uncertainty and logistics information systems. The results of this study will assist firms align and focus on improving competitive strategies for logistics systems.

최근 정부는 변화하는 환경에 조응하기 위한 혁신적인 국가 R&D 시스템의 도입 및 성과평가 준거 틀의 전환을 시도하고 있다. 이에 연구자 중심의 "정부 R&D 혁신방안(2015)"을 제안하고 기존의 추격형 R&D체제에서 벗어나 질적 우수성 추구로 패러다임 전환과 창의 도전적 R&D에 초점을 맞춘 평가방식, 그리고 행정시스템 간소화 등을 해결해야 할 주요 과제로 제안하고 있다. 하지만, 다양한 이해관계자가 제시한 지속적인 의견 등을 고려할 때, 변화 이슈에 대한 장기적인 R&D 시스템 전개방향은 공감되나, 실행단계에서 실효적 적용은 많은 논의가 필요해 보인다. 특히, 특정 집단의 이해관계를 벗어나기 힘든 경우, 편향된 이슈 및 정책 제안이 제시되거나, 제안된 정책 간 일관성 있는 논리를 설정하기 어렵거나, 불특정 다수의 이해관계자 집단 간 이익 대변 혹은 현실을 벗어나는 이상적인 방향을 제안하는 경우도 있다. 따라서 이해관계자를 넘어서는 통합적 관점에서 사회 전체적 여건을 고려하는 혁신적 국가 R&D 시스템에 대한 정책적 실행방안을 고민해 볼 필요성이 제기된다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 과학기술 혁신정책 및 R&D 성과, 주요국 관련 동향 등을 살펴보고 현행 R&D 추진 시스템을 사회 시스템 차원에서 바라보며, 제기되는 관련 이슈에 대한 비판적 담론과 쟁점을 정리 및 분석하였다. 또한, R&D 혁신주체 간 상호작용 및 추진 시스템 효율성 측면의 핵심 이슈를 분석하여 R&D 추진 시스템 중장기 구축방향과 한계도 체계적으로 살펴보았으며, 이를 정리한 실행전략을 제시하였다.

This paper aims at delivering significant implications to high-tech startups by visualizing the implementation process of leading KOSDAQ listed companies's business model. This paper founded two meaningful outcomes; first, hish-tech starts-up make a clear direction of implementing intangible business model in real business, second, targeting the role model of benchmarking business model among leading companies, by linking common feature between high-tech starts-up and leading KOSDAQ listed venutures sharing one of Key performance indexes falls on viable business model. The research results of visualizing the implementation of leading KOSDAQ listed ventures' business model shows three major implications. First, business model indicates not just simple logic of creating and delivering values, but more shows CEO leading management vehicle. Second, business model represents the multi-dimension process itself of integrating in and out company's core assets and competencies initiated by CEO. Third, financial outcomes of business model is automatic result of implementing on setting target customer, creating value, and delivering it rather than planned strategically. Fourth, the focal points of implementing business model falls on collecting real information from business sites.

This research is an empirical case study that suggests the practical practice and output of action plan, the actual performing activity of risk management system established to prevent and respond to risk of the elderly care facility. For this, this research analyzed the action plan practice process and outcome upon 2 years' practice (2014~2015) by A Elderly care facility which has conducted performance activity by establishing risk management system to prevent and respond to danger for the first time in Korea. As the research result, first, risk management system action plan was established in the choice and performance stage of risk prevention and response handling method, the 3rd among 4 staged process of risk management system establishment. Second, as the outcome along with risk management system action plan performance, as the result of comprehending the investigation on risk change for 2 years(2014~2015), risk decreased by 28% in 2015 compared to 2014, displaying effect in risk management activity along with performing action plan. Based on this result, it was determined that action plan for the effective action plan establishment and practice in the elderly care facility should be established with systematic promotion schedule to be well connected with its strategy, achievement goal, and achievement project, etc. based on vision and strategy, instead of being established individually, based on clear matter of responsibility, utilizing such technique as Gantt chart, etc., composing concretely by schematizing in order to view all contents to be practiced clearly.

회계정보시스템의 성공적 실행에 대한 실증적 연구가 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구의 목적은 상황요인과 회계정보시스템의 개발방식 및 정보특성간의 적합관계가 성과에 미치는 영향을 검정하여 우리나라 기업실정에 맞는 회계업무전산화 방안 모색에 기여하는 것이다. 연구방법은 우리나라 제조업(85개 기업의 전산실 책임자와 212개 시스템 사용자)을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수집한 자료에 의한 실증적 연구이다. 연구결과 첫째, 우리나라 기업의 회계정보시스템은 재무회계 중심으로 구축되었고, 정보시스템 재발 방식은 자체개발방식을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직규모가 크거나 환경이 불확실할수록 진화적 방식을 택하면 회계정보시스템의 성과를 높인다. 부분적으로 상황요인과 산출정보 특성간의 적합도가 높을수록 회계정보시스템의 성과를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 회계정보시스템 실행 전반에 관련된 연구를 위한 가설도출 및 상황이론 재발에 기여할 것이다.

이동 에이전트 시스템(Mobile Agent System)의 상호운용성을 위한 표준화 작업의 결과로 OMG(Object Management Group)로부터 MAF(Mobile Agent Facility) 명세가 제안되었다. MAF 명세는 이동 에이전트 시스템간의 상호운용성은 지원하지만, 시스템의 견고성을 위하여 필요한 에이전트 시스템의 영속성과 에이전트 실행 시 발생하는 예외 상황에 대하여는 규정하지 않고 있다. SMART 에이전트 시스템은 MAF 명세의 표준 인터페이스를 구현하여 개발된 이동 에이전트 시스템으로서, 본 논문에서는 SMART 시스템의 영속성과 예외 처리 지원에 대하여 기술한다. SMART 시스템은 영속성을 위하여 시스템의 정보(실행중인 플레이스, 에이전트 등)를 저장하고 복원하며, 예외 상황을 지원 접근 등급에 따라 처리하였다. 시스템의 영속성과 예외 처리는 객체의 영속성을 체계적으로 지원하는 JavaSpace 기술을 이용하여 구현되었다.

This paper firstly aims to classifying the applicability of the Balanced Scorecard approach to Korean ocean-going shipping firms' management system. The applicability of this approach is from Korean shipping firms using Balanced Scorecard will create more effective and efficient organizational performance with reflecting non-financial indexes and making a balance among missions in organization. Secondly, the paper suggests positive information and theoretical evidences to improve Korean shipping firms' management system examines an availability of the Balanced Scorecard as one method of management tools. So these factors are analysed by structural equation model. This study provides CEO in Korean ocean-going shipping firm the guideline and availability of the Balanced Scorecard as to what kinds of factors should be considered and what is the most critical factor to adopt the BSC into their business.

This study aims to examine the impact of corporate governance systems on the relationship between R&D investment and the performance of Chinese firms. The sample firms were obtained from the statistical yearbook of Chinese high-tech firms. We implement a multiple-regression analysis for an empirical examination. The findings of showed that the separation of the board chair with CEO strengthen the R&D investment-performance relationship of Chinese firms. However, the outsider ratio of the board was found to negatively moderate that relationship. This study provides practical guidelines for Chinese firms undertaking R&D management and corporate governance systems. It also encourages future study on the effects of corporate governance as the means for R&D investment management.

The data security of free-roaming mobile agent is a problem which hasn't been resolved to the mobility and inter-host mapping. totally, especially in theaspect of keeping away truncation attacks. Therefore, when the agent is utilized for user oriented applied technique, the secure execution guarantee of agent is essential. In this paper, it guarantees safe execution from security threats generated by malicious host during the agent's execution. And the secure execution guarantee mechanism of agent is proposed from favorable host is maliciously abused by attacker. Thus, the execution trace protocol mechanism proposed as secure mobile agents execution guarantee. As security analysis of the safety analysis.

This study conducted empirical analysis of the association between the factors of GSCM corporation practice and social responsibility affecting environmental performance and organizational performance. Smart PLS 2.0 and SPSS 18.0 were used to examine a sample of 93 replies collected from corporations that had adopted GSCM. The results of hypothesis testing were as follows. First, social responsibility has a positive effect on the environmental performance of corporation complying with legal responsibility in environment related sectors. Second, internal environmental management and market environment have positive effects on the environmental performance. Third, corporations with a high level of environmental performance have high degrees of organizational performance. The results of this study are expected to have practical implications to corporations that will adopt GSCM in the near future.
