본 프로젝트는 수주 오더에 대한 납기 예측과 가공사 Delivery 체계의 전반적 향상을 목적으로 하며, 이에 따른 목표로는 로트 편성의 자동화, 월간, 주간 및 일간 단위의 생산 스케쥴 자동 작성, 원자재 소요량과 재공 및 재고 예측, 설비 부하 분석, 생산 사이클 타임 분석 및 단축이다. 상기의 목표 달성을 위한 가공사 Delivery Scheduling 시스템은 계획용 로트 편성 모델, 실행용 로트 편성 모델, 그리고 가공사 생산 스케쥴 작성을 위한 Simulation 모델로 구성된다. 계획용 로트 편성 모델은 현행의 로트 편성 기준에 따라 미가공 생산의뢰서 전체 물량을 대상으로 로트를 편성하여 이 로트를 염색기에 할당하는 모델이며, 실행용 로트 편성 모델에서는 일일 원사재고, 염색기 고장 등과 같은 실제 조업여건을 고려하여, 작업지시서 발행이 가능한 생산의뢰서 물량에 대하여만 로트 편성을 행한다. 가공사 생산 스케쥴 작성을 위한 Simulation 모델은 계획용 혹은 실행용 로트 편성 모델로부터 얻어지는 로트 편성 결과 또는 로트 번호가 부여된 최종 로트 편성 결과 (재공 로트 포함)를 입력으로 하여 이들 로트가 가공사 생산공정에서 처리되는 상세한 조업을 모의 생산하는 모델이다. 본 시스템은 영업부 및 기획부와 가공부의 사용 목적에 따라 크게 두가지로 사용될 수 있다. 영업부 및 기획부에서는 계획용 로트 편성 모델과 Simulation 모델을 사용하여 수주 오더에 대한 납기 예측 및 원사 수급 계획의 작성에 의사결정 지원을 받을 수 있으며, 가공부에서는 실행용 로트 편성 모델 및 Simulation 모델을 사용하여 상세 가공사 생산 스케쥴의 작성 및 긴급 오더의 처리 등에 관한 의사결정 지원을 받을 수 있다. 본 프로젝트를 통한 효과로는 정확한 생산 스케쥴의 자동 작성 및 스케쥴 작성시간 단축, 납기 예측 및 납기 준수율 향상, 실적관리 향상, 그리고 설비 가동율 분석, 현장관리 등을 위한 기타 유용한 정보제공 등이다.

This is a preliminary study to suggest the directions of strategic planning for archival information services in the National Archives of Korea(NAK). It has three parts. Firstly, it articulates the concept and the process of strategic planning and analyses the archival service strategies for NARA(US) and TNA(UK). Secondly, regarding our conditions, it suggests strategic goals, action plans and principles for the archival information services of NAK. Thirdly, it evaluates the current archival information services of NAK based on the suggested goals and plans and points out the aspects that is to be more strengthened to achieve these goals.

당해 항만의 장기개발방향을 제시하는 항만종합개발계획(Port Master Planning; PMP)은 향후 해당 항만의 확충 정비 개발을 위한 기본계획이나, 계획의 실행단계에서 많은 한계에 봉착하게 된다. 이 연구에서는 전통적인 PMP의 한계점을 분석한 후, 미래의 불확실성에 대응하기 위한 적응계획(adaptive planning) 방법론을 검토하고, 로테르담항만의 적응계획법 적용 사례 소개 및 시사점을 도출하여, 우리나라 항만개발계획의 견실성과 적응성을 제고할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

In general, there can be many reusable intermediate results due to the overlapped windows and periodic execution intervals among Multiple Continuous Queries (MCQ) on data streams. In this regard, we propose an efficient greedy algorithm for a global query plan construction, called GAGPC. GAGPC first decides an execution cycle and finds the maximal Set(s) of Related execution Points (SRP). Next, GAGPC constructs a global execution plan to make MCQ share common join-fragments with the highest benefit in each SRP. The algorithm suggests that the best plan of the same continuous queries may be different according to not only the existence of common expressions, but the size of overlapped windows related to them. It also reflects to reuse not only the whole but partial intermediate results unlike previous work. Finally, we show experimental results for the validation of GAGPC.

In this paper, SQL statements are analyzed to improve database performance in the current course registration system. The performance of the current database was measured through the execution plan of the SQL statements used in the transactions related to the course registration. Through the SQL analysis, the complemented SQL statements confirmed the improved performance. Overall, the performance of the course registration database system was improved through the analysis of the execution plan, and some improvement methods of the course registration SQL were shown as test results. The improved method is to reorganize the tables and index tables related to the course registration through database tuning, and utilize the SQL function to implement an optimized system that has evolved into a course database system with improved performance. The enrollment system re-adjusted by the proposed method showed excellent results in terms of performance compared to the previous enrollment system, and the integrated performance test result reduced the response time by 1.8 to 18 times.

The purpose of this study is to explain the teacher librarians' intentions to implement collaborative instruction in school libraries by applying theory of planned behavior. Independent variables that affect the intention to implement were set as attitudes, subjective norms, teacher efficacy, and perceived controllability. A questionnaire survey of 218 teacher librarians was conducted. As a result of the study, there was a difference in teacher librarian's intention to implement collaborative instruction in school library according to the age, the size of school and previous experience. Attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived controllability affected the intention to implement collaborative instruction. Teacher efficacy did not affect teacher librarian's intention to implement collaborative instruction in school library. The results of the study were interpreted as a mixed method by using open-ended questions. Based on the results, implication was proposed to expand collaborative instruction in school library.

본 연구는 대학도서관을 중심으로 전자 정보서비스의 현황을 파악하고 이용자와 사서의 인식을 조사하여 도입 초기단계에 있는 국내 대학도서관에 온라인 실시간정보서비스의 운영방안을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이론적 연구와 실증적 연구에서 분석된 결과를 기초로 하여 계획, 정책, 실행의 측면으로 운영방안을 제시하였다. 서비스와 이용자의 특성을 고려한 계획과 기존 전자 정보서비스를 반영한 정책을 기반으로 효율적 교육 및 홍보와 평가를 통한 실행이 요구된다.

OHSAS 18001(Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series 18001)은 안전보건 경영 시스템으로서 기업이 자율적으로 산업재해를 예방하기 위하여 안전보건 체제를 구축하고, 주기적으로 유해위험 정도를 자체 평가하여 그에 따라 설비 및 작업환경을 개선토록 함으로써 산업재해를 체계적으로 예방 관리하도록 요구하는 표준이다. 표준의 구성은 ISO 14001 환경시스템과 그 골격이 거의 같은데 크게 4.1 일반적인 요구사항, 4.2 안전보건방침, 4.3 계획, 4.4 실행 및 운영, 4.5 점검 및 시정조치, 4.6 경영자 검토로 구성되어 있으며 전체적인 구조로 보면 지속적 개선을 이루기 위한 PDCA개념, 계획, 실행, 점검, 조치의 Cycle을 이루고 있다.(중략)
