Identify the effects of ISO quality management system on the durability of the enterprise by applying it to early startups and small - and medium-sized enterprises. In particular, the quality management system of a technology start-up small and medium sized companies is important in applying the management system to the financial, management and quality control services rather than to research and development. The quality management system is applied to the medical equipment manufacturers, mobile phone brokers, foreign Chinese companies, and components manufacturers for diesel engines.Try it. Check the case where the quality management system has been applied to the company concerned and the nonconformities have been improved. In addition, the success of the project was determined by applying the quality control system to maintain the stability and perpetuation of the company through the case of the failed selection. The company explains that recently, it must appoint internal auditors to carry out continuous improvement activities and that those who want the development and continuity of the company must reflect the quality management system.

The capability of design and engineering of global EPC companies has long been equalized through past similar construction experiences. Among various key factors in the success of EPC project, the capability of engineering is considered to be the most important factor since the engineering is preceding activities of EPC contract. The failure of engineering may adversely affect the subsequent procurement & construction activities and in turn may cause cost overrun or schedule delay. Therefore, an EPC company needs to continue to improve the engineering capabilities for the success of project. The engineering capabilities can be further improved if the EPC company should prevent recurrence of similar design faults that were previously committed. This study is intended to present how to make the most of the failure examples from previous projects towards a success of project. Failure is but a stepping stone to success. The EPC company can obtain useful lessons from the analysis of past failure examples.

To address the importance of geotechnical investigation, failure cases are taken up for consideration. One of them awaken this country to the importance of exact geotechnical investigation at the cost of many lives. Other failures were also occurred as the result of insufficient geotechnical investigation or missing some facts given by geotechnical investigation. A case which shows the unpredicted and unaccustomed settlement at bridge abutment introduced to emphasize the importance of exploring unknown nature of local soils.

최근 탄소시장에는 3가지 이슈가 있다. 첫 번째는 EU 탄소시장의 회생 가능성이고, 두 번째는 중국 배출권거래제의 성공 여부이고, 마지막으로는 호주 탄소세의 지속가능 여부이다. 2015년부터 배출권거래제를 시행할 예정인 우리나라 입장에서는 EU나 호주 등의 실패사례와 중국과 같은 신규시장을 철저히 벤치마킹함으로씨 국내기업의 경쟁력 제고와 시너지 창출을 도모해 나가야 할 것이다. 여기서는 삼성경제연구소의 '탄소시장의 3대 이슈와 전망' 보고서를 통해 탄소시장의 구조와 현황, 주요 이슈, 국내 현황 및 시사점에 대해 살펴본다.

The objective of this study is to lead balanced development of tourism industry by proving the nature of customer service which is one of the service characters as well as ultimate goal of tourism industry. This paper contains a few case studies of service industry customer service and proposed desirable development plan. This study tried differentiate customer service from management side in its role. Meanwhile, management and tourism industry integration, partly in the service channel, is a task to be studied continuously in terms of customer satisfaction. Customer service should utilize for social welfare and improving the firm's competitiveness in the tourism industry
