Pedagogical Content Knowledge for Science Practice-Based Instruction Developed by Science Teachers in a Teacher Learning Community (교사학습공동체 교사들의 과학 실천 기반 수업을 위한 PCK 구성)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate middle school science teachers' pedagogical content knowledge for science practice-based instruction developed by five middle school science teachers in a teacher learning community. Science teachers in this study collaborated to examine lesson plans and reflect on teaching practice and collaboratively analyzed science curriculum, discussed video-recordings of teaching practice, and discussed to design detailed and elaborated lesson plans. Data collection consisted of pre and post questionnaire and interview, audio-recording of teacher discussion in a teacher learning community for one year, lesson plans, teacher written reflection, and video-recording of teaching practice. Data analysis reveals that science teachers developed pedagogical content knowledge for science practice-based instruction that consists of eleven sub-components of knowledge of science curriculum for science practice, knowledge of science practice-based instructional strategy, knowledge of students' science practice-based learning, and knowledge of science practice-based learning assessment. Science teachers in this study developed highly structured pedagogical content knowledge for science practice-based instruction.

  • 전자상거래 시장의 폭발적인 성장에도 불구하고 전자상거래 업체들은 날로 치열해 지는 글로벌 시장경쟁 하에서 성공적인 기업으로 성장 발전해 나가기 위해서는 효과적인 사업전략을 구사하고 기업 고유의 차별적 경쟁우위를 확보해야 할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이를 위해서는 기업 경쟁전략 및 업무 부문별 실천전략 수립과 구체적인 제품 및 서비스의 제공전략 등이 종합적인 차원에서 일관성 있게 수립되어야 한다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 연구의 필요성 인식 하에서 EC의 기본적인 사업전략 수립 프레임워크와 기능부문별 전략(특히 마케팅 전략)을 종합적으로 검토하는 것을 연구 목적으로 삼고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 첫째, Porter의 본원적 전략에 취급상품의 범위 및 경쟁전략을 독립변수로 추가하여 EC 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 EC 전략의 횡축은 총체적 비용우위 전략, 차별화 전략을, 종축은 포터의 집중화 (Focus) 전략에 대한 구분의 형태이다. 둘째, EC의 마케팅전략은 기존의 4P전략에 근거하여 수익획득방식, 상품취급방식, 운영방식, 광고홍보방식으로 구분하여 제시한다. 궁극적으로 EC전략에 따른 EC 마케팅전략의 차이를 분석함으로써 종합적인 EC 전략의 수립이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • This study focus on the structural relationships among business strategies, its various execution types and business performances from the viewpoint of many managerial aspects. These many kinds of management activities are carried out in order to revitalize the E-Business system. The objective of this study is to find out the structural effect of this various kinds of managerial strategies on the practice type of knowledge management such as dynamic and behavioral approach. And also the effect of knowledge management activities on the business performance. The result of this study shows that management strategy for marketing, procurement/logistics and service has positive influences on systematic, behavioral approach as well as the knowledge execution types has positive influence on the management performances.

The Effect of the Instructional Models for ICT on the Practical Ability in the Application of Information with Relation to the Levels of Self-Regulated Learning (자기조절 학습전략 수준에 따른 정보통신기술 활용수업 모형이 정보활용 실천력에 미치는 효과)

  • Recently, ICT has emerged as an indispensable tool for teaching a variety of subjects in education systems. In this paper, we examine the effect of the instructional models for ICT on the practical ability in the application of information with relation to the levels of self-regulated learning strategies. Students were divided into 3 groups, according to the instructional model for ICT which were problem search learning, problem solution learning, and discussion learning. As an experimental tools, we did pretest using self-regulated learning strategies measurement questionnaire and did pretest and posttest using practical ability in the application of information measurement questionnaire. The results show that higher level of self-regulated teaming strategies group has high practical ability in the application of information than lower level group. Other interesting results are also provided.

A Study on Awareness of Cultural Welfare Worker on Empowerment (문화복지 실천가의 역량강화 인식에 대한 연구)

  • This study profoundly analyzed cultural welfare workers to find out how they command a strategy of empowerment according to types of action. The analysis result shows that cultural welfare workers perceive cultural welfare as an unstable human service job. Activity types of cultural welfare workers can largely be categorized into professional workers and vocational workers, and they are two extremes and continuum at the same time. On this account, a strategy of empowerment depends on types of action conducted by cultural welfare workers. There are accelerative elements that boost empowerment strategies positively and there are impediment elements that work adversely. These cultural welfare workers are making suggestion to prepare an official requirement for them to be acknowledged as a specialized worker and to increase various types of educational spectrum to meet their level. This study has significance for providing basic data for education, supervision, and policy for training human resources in future.
