A Survey on the Critical Success Factors of Knowledge Management Using AHP (AHP 분석을 이용한 지식경영 실천 요소의 중요도에 관한 실증적 연구)

  • 지식경영을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서 기업은 지식경영을 구성하고 있는 요소를 정확히 이해할 필요가 있고, 이러한 중요 요소에 따라 투자가 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 지식경영의 중요 요소들을 제시함으로써, 앞으로 지식경영을 계획하고 있는 기업이 효과적으로 지식경영을 추진할 수 있는 활동 지침 및 투자 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 각종 국내외 지식경영 관련 문헌에서 논의된 사항을 중심으로, 지식경영을 구성하는 30개의 중요요소를 추출하고, 분석계층도(AHP)를 이용하여 지식경영을 달성하기 위한 요소들을 위계적 구조로 정리하고, 최종단계에서 238개의 지식경영 구현의 평가기준을 마련하였다. 또한 실제로 지식경영 구현 요소들의 상대적 중요성을 파악하기 위해, 먼저 국내에서 지식경영을 추진하고 있거나 관심을 보이고 있는 48개 기업의 담당자 및 관련 부서원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 동시에 지식경영을 실제로 수행하고 있는 13개 기업의 담당자를 대상으로 각 기업에서 추진하고 있는 지식경영의 현황 파악을 위해 지식경영 실천의 평가기준에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 이 두 가지 설문 조사 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 기업에서는 지식경영 구현 요소 중에서 인프라 내의 프로세스와 프로세스를 구성하는 지식의 활용과 전파 등이 중요하다고 인식하고 있는 반면, 실제로는 인프라 내의 정보기술과 프로세스를 구성하는 다른 한 축인 지식의 창출과 축적 면에 투자가 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 이 외에도 지식화, 성과와 가치의 연계 그리고 지식의 가시화 등의 요소들은 상대적 중요도 인식과는 반대로 지식경영 추진에 있어 외면당하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 지식 경영의 이러한 불균형을 시정할 수 있는 방향으로 앞으로의 투자가 수행되어야 할 것을 제안하고 있다. 산업의 밀도를 비재무적 지표변수로 산정하여 로지스틱회귀 분석과 인공신경망 기법으로 검증하였다. 로지스틱회귀분석 결과에서는 재무적 지표변수 모형의 전체적 예측적중률이 87.50%인 반면에 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 90.18%로서 비재무적 지표변수 사용에 대한 개선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적 중률을 나타내었다.(ⅱ) managemental and strategical learning to give information necessary to improve the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projects including scientific and technological effects.   • The national level curriculum revision is underway in Korea. A proposed model of family and consumer sciences curriculum was proposed for a public hearing, which was held in December 15, 2005. In the model curriculum, practical problem focused curriculum development approach is partially adopted. However, there is lack of understanding for the practical problem focused curriculum, therefore correct understanding of it is needed. This study tried to promote understanding of the nature of perennial practical problem that FCS deals with and of a conceptual framework of practical problem focused curriculum development. Seven competing topics related with practical problem focused curriculum are discussed for resolving misunderstandings and prejudice on it. From the discussion, it is concluded that practical problem focused curriculum is meeting the needs of students' present and future individual and family life.

Exploring Welfare Discourse in Korea Based on M. Foucault's Power And Knowledge Relations (M. Foucault의 권력지식관계론에 기초한 한국의 복지담론 해석)

  • What is the role of welfare discourse? Michel Foucault suggests the power and knowledge relation that power in a particular society and period controls the society and members by creating knowledge affecting the formation of cognitive and normative systems. Having the formation of exclusions(constraint of cognition), and materiality and reality(normative system) as an analytical framework, this article attempts the exploration of welfare discourse analyses with public statements relating to welfare subjects of the four former Korean presidents. As a result, It is found that dominant epistemic system is formed by balancing welfare and growth and regarding jobs as the best welfare(the linkage of welfare-growth-employment), emphasizing individual economic responsibility and self-reliance, pursuing welfare selectivism, and excluding comprehensive welfare provisions. At the same time, it is observed that power is not always formulating systematic knowledge and that there is a gap between cognition and norm. While the Foucauldian discourse analysis provides a causal inference about low social welfare expenditure, excessive focus on the role of power as knowledge generator and infuser causes a question of how to accommodate contemporary changes into knowledge system.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out knowledge, attitudes and practice-behaviors related Health Management of Seafares'. The subjects of this study were 516 Seafares' who took education in Korea Institude of Maritime and Fisheries Technology. this questionnaire was focused on finding the basic data for health management of Seafares'. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS package. The results were as follows: 1) The higher age, married life, religious belief, duty position, and embarkation carrer are, the higher knowledge-degree. And the higher age, married life, religious belief, embarkation carre and duty time are, the higher attitude-degree and practice -degree(p < 0.05).

Knowledge, Attitudes and Compliance Regarding Infection Preventive Behaviors for MERS among Staff in Long-term Care Hospitals (요양병원 종사자의 메르스에 대한 지식, 태도 및 감염예방행위 관계)

  • This study was conducted to identify the relationship between knowledge, attitude, and compliance regarding infection preventive behaviors among long-term care hospital staff during a Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) epidemic. The subjects were 211 staff members of a long-term care hospital in J province evaluated using a structured survey. Data were collected between June 15 and July 15, 2015 and analyzed using SPSS/WIN 24.0 based on an independent t-test, ANOVA, and Welch test, while post-hoc tests were conducted using the Scheffe test and the Grames-Hawell test. The MERS knowledge score of the staff at the long-term care hospital was high for nurses and nurse aids, who had experienced infection management when they received influenza vaccine in the previous year and were provided with easy access to hand sanitizers. Attitude towards MERS was more positive for nurses than nurse aids and caregivers. The degree of execution of infection preventive behaviors in terms of daily activity was high when influenza shots were received in the prior year; in terms of caring for patients, it was high when influenza shots were received in the previous year and they had easy access to hand sanitizers. The relationship between knowledge, attitude, and infection preventive behavior regarding MERS was such that high knowledge and positive attitude led to a higher degree of execution of infection preventive behavior. Therefore, during periods of high prevalence of newly infectious diseases such as MERS, it is important for the long-term care hospitals to conduct infection management education including the characteristics of the MERS disease, its transmission, and its prevention to enhance knowledge regarding MERS and induce positive change in attitude to improve the level of infection preventive behaviors.

KASP-Integrated Learning Model for the Information Security Education in Elementary Education (초등 정보보호 교육을 위한 KASP-통합수업 모형)

  • This study proposed the information security integrated learning model-based KASP. By analyzing the teaching materials regarding information security in the regular curriculum, and by investigating preliminary studies, the information security contents were examined in terms of knowledge, attitudes, skills and ways to practice(KASP). And, the KASP-information security learning model integrating knowledge, attitudes, and ways to practice was developed, and the teaching plan and learning material hand-out were accordingly made out. Moreover, the developed model was tested in an experimental group, and common information security learning content centered on ethics in the comparison group in order to compare the results of two groups. As the test result analysis, it was verified that the developed KASP-information security integrated learning model was effective to help the students learn the knowledge, attitudes, skills and ways to practice.

  • 기업의 핵심역량 강화를 위한 방안으로서 출현된 지식경영은 학계와 기업에 의하여 그 중요성이 부각되어 가고 있다. 특히 지식경영의 실천방안으로서의 구축방법론은 현재 학계와 기업에 있어서 각각의 특성에 적합한 형태로 많은 연구가 진행되고 있는데, 아직까지는 이론적인 연구단계에 그치고 있는 것이 그 실정이라고 할 수 있다. 특히 지식경영 구축방법론에 대한 연구결과를 보면 많은 경우에 있어서 지식지도의 필요성을 이론적으로 강조하고 있는 반면, 실제적으로 지식 지도를 어떠한 절차를 따라서 작성해 나가는가에 대한 구체적인 언급은 전무한 상태라고 말할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지식경영 구축방법론의 가장 핵심적인 비중을 차지하고 있는 지식지도(Knowledge Map)의 구축방법론을 실제 산업현장에 적용함으로써 지식경영의 실제적인 응용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The Relationship Between Mothers' Safety Knowledge and Home Safety Practice (어머니의 안전 지식과 가정 안전 실천간의 관계)

  • This purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of safety practice and safety knowledge according to background variables of mothers and the relationship between practice and knowledge in safety of mothers. The subjects were 143 mothers in Iksan city. A questionnaire was made by the researcher on the basis of relevant materials. The data was analyzed by statistical methods such as frequency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe and Pearson's correlation. The results are as follow: First, mothers' safety knowledge was higher than average. There were significant differences in emergence care, dangerous material, toy safety and young children' developmental character according to mothers' age. There were significant differences in dangerous situation, young children' developmental character and sum score of safety knowledge according to mothers' educational level. So there were significant differences in electrical fire safety, young children's developmental character according to children's age. Second, mothers typically practiced home safety. There were significant differences bathroom, entrance according to mothers' age. And there were significant differences room, kitchen and sum score of safety practice according to children's age. Third, there is no correlation between mothers' safety knowledge and home safety practice.

Knowledge and Practice of Dental Practitioners Regarding Patient's Personal Information (환자 개인정보보호에 관한 치과종사자의 인식 및 실천)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify knowledge awareness, and performance of dentist and dental staff regarding protection of patient's personal information. In addition, this research was conducted to highlight the importance of protection of patient's personal information and provide a guideline for establishing measures in this regard. A survey was conducted on 506 dentists or dental staff working in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungcheong provinces. The data was analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, $x^2$, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Scheffe test, using the PASW Statistics ver. 18.0 program. We found that the participants' knowledge and perception of the protection of patient's personal information were relatively low compared to those of other professionals. Such knowledge and perception were especially and significantly low in dental hygienists. In addition, a high level of knowledge and awareness showed a positive correlation with the extent of performance. Therefore, it is important that dentists and dental staff are aware of issues regarding the protection of patients' personal information. For this purpose, educational and training programs on such issues appear essential.

Pre-Service Elementary Teacher's Conceptions of Environmental Issues (예비 초등 교사들의 환경에 대한 태도 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to assess pre-service elementary teacher's conceptions of environmental issues. 141 pre-service elementary teachers from local college participated in this study. We discovered that most of participants understood the possibility of technological abuse that could lead to environmental destruction. They also well understood the crisis of the Earth's ecosystem. Nevertheless, it seemed most of participants were not ready to take action to save ti. In addition, they also showed stereo-typically biased opinions about science, technology and their relationship with environmental issues. It appeared to come from media-oriented environmental education. Since pre-service teacher's conceptions could directly effect future education, it is necessary to establish a more systematic educational system for environmental education, for both pre-service teachers and students.
