Due to the proliferation of smart devices, worldwide market growth of e-book content steep, but the domestic market shows relatively low growth rate and small size. In this study, a distribution modeling of the e-book business as a way to solve the problem of the domestic market of disabled was carried out to analyze the Amazon.com and Apple's e-book content distribution structure of the active leader in the U.S. market. And we tried to suggest a solution by investigation and analysis of the college students's receptive attitude on the e-book content as the main target to enable the markets based on the interest for publication. In adoption attitude survey, mainly low-readability and lack of content problem were reasons not to accommodate. There is a need to improve the quantity and quality of content through with technological advances and market participation together. For more participation, we expect to take advantage of the results of this study to establish or improve the systematic distribution structure.

This paper reviews the uncovered people of the Korean Employment Insurance System (EIS) and analyzes policy options for minimizing the dead zone of the EIS. There are several policy options such as subsidizing insurance premium to employers and employees of small companies, extending coverage of excluded groups, relaxing qualifications of unemployment benefits and increasing benefit period and level, introducing the unemployment assistance system, introducing the unemployment insurance savings account system, extending coverage to non-wage workers and individualizing package services. According to the survey to the specialists and comparative evaluation criteria, the best policy option to minimize the dead zone of the EIS was to activate individualizing package services of intensive consultation, job place services, tailored vocational training, income support, daycare services, etc. to cure complex employment barriers of job seekers.

The purpose of this study was to investigate oral behavior and quality of life for soldiers. Because this study basis data for the oral health education for soldiers. A total of 400 soldiers in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were surveyed and 361 data were collected. The data were analyzed by the SPSS 19.0 program. Soldiers felt that there were oral health moderated, and oral hygiene behavior was not high. Also, soldiers answer that oral health education is necessary and there was a statistically significant correlation between self rated oral health status and the need for oral health education. As the physical health, mental and social health of soldiers is related to oral health, it seems that the oral health education of soldiers should be regularly and this study can be used basic data of oral health education of soldiers.

Recently youth unemployment has long remained a nagging problem in Korea, contributing to aggravating the economy as well as the society. As an alternative solution to this problem overseas employment has been encouraged by the government who started the "K-Move" program in 2013 by integrating existing overseas employment, internship, service, and entrepreneurship support programs administered by several governmental ministries. However, employment rate of overseas job seekers was only 24.5% in 2018. This study aimed to recommend strategic directions for increasing the overseas employment rate through a questionnaire survey of the overseas employed. The factual survey results showed the following four strategic directions. First, job seekers should set clear career goals for overseas employment. Second, overseas job seekers should thoroughly prepare in advance in terms of language and related certificates. Third, IT infrastructure for offering information on overseas employment should be improved and upgraded. And, fourth, overseas employment strategies should be tailored to the specific regional or national environment. These strategic directions are expected to be of great help to overseas job seekers as well as government policymakers for formulating and implementing overseas employment support programs.

Amid concentrating on inviting foreign students in the aspect of securing talents as well as advanced educational service industry in the world, the number of foreign students in Korea exceeded over 90,000 in 2015, increased to 104,262 anticipating further increase according to National Statistical Office. The government tried to expand the dormitory supply to the foreign students upon the discretion that short of the basic infrastructure in the universities such as quantitative shortage and facilities of the dormitories limited to lure the foreign students, despite the will of inviting more foreign students by the government, however, the rate of foreign students' staying in the dormitories was low with 36.0% nationwide in 2016, reflecting the difficulties of residence for the foreign students in Metropolitan areas. Hence, this study is to suggest the alternative potential as the cooperative housing for the foreign students with the expanded concept and its foundation methods, upon reviewing the concept and trend of the common dormitory such as universities-cooperative housing with the initiative of public institutions and the common dormitories for the Korean students studying in Seoul, and analyzing the university city of Paris and Tokyo International Exchange Center that are the examples of existing cooperative housing in overseas.

This paper is meaningful in that it empirically studies the good job condition of which young people think and the impact of job search behavior on employment. In addition, employment status and additional job search performance were set as performance variables. The main research results of this study are as follows. First, as for the good job condition considered by young people, wages and salaries in terms of companies, job stability in terms of environment, and work-life balance in terms of individuals were found. Second, job search behavior was found to be a key variable influencing employment status and job search performance. Third, it was found that job-search stress injures employment. Finally, work experience promotes employment and job search performance. Therefore, to increase the employment success rate of young people, above all, various supports for increasing the frequency of young job seekers' active job search behavior are needed. To this end, it suggests that it is necessary to develop a customized youth policy service model and to provide systematic services to meet the needs of young people.

In this paper, as a liberal arts course for non-majors, we developed a basic practice case for convolutional neural networks, which is essential for designing a basic convolutional neural network course curriculum. The developed practice case focuses on understanding the working principle of the convolutional neural network and uses a spreadsheet to check the entire visualized process. The developed practice case consisted of generating supervised learning method image training data, implementing the input layer, convolution layer (convolutional layer), pooling layer, and output layer sequentially, and testing the performance of the convolutional neural network on new data. By extending the practice cases developed in this paper, the number of images to be recognized can be expanded, or basic practice cases can be made to create a convolutional neural network that increases the compression rate for high-quality images. Therefore, it can be said that the utility of this convolutional neural network basic practice case is high.

As South Korea has become an aged society, the dementia rate has also been increasing. With the introduction of both de-institutionalization and community care in 2017, the importance of community-based care has increased. Perspectives on dementia have also been shifting from the medical model and social model to the person-centered model. This paper suggests ways to improve dementia service through analyzing the dementia knowledge of care-givers at ADS. The paper includes an FGI with the care-givers who have worked for more than 2 years. Based on such FGI, the paper draws sub-themes from 7 areas. Among the suggestions for improvement are: community-based service with daily routine practice, improving awareness of dementia for co-living, and person-centered service based on individuality and diverseness.

As the aging population grows, the incidence of cancer is increasing. Skin cancer appears externally, but people often don't notice it or simply overlook it. As a result, if the early detection period is missed, the survival rate in the case of late stage cancer is only 7.5-11%. However, the disadvantage of diagnosing, serious skin cancer is that it requires a lot of time and money, such as a detailed examination and cell tests, rather than simple visual diagnosis. To overcome these challenges, we propose an Attention-based CNN model skin cancer classification system. If skin cancer can be detected early, it can be treated quickly, and the proposed system can greatly help the work of a specialist. To mitigate the problem of image data imbalance according to skin cancer type, this skin cancer classification model applies the Over Sampling, technique to data with a high distribution ratio, and adds a pre-learning model without an Attention layer. This model is then compared to the model without the Attention layer. We also plan to solve the data imbalance problem by strengthening data augmentation techniques for specific classes.

The COVID-19 pandemic has emphasized the importance of mental health both domestically and internationally. Korea has a high suicide rate, and there is a strong social demand to understand the causes and take measures. In this study, we identified the factors that significantly affect the experience of depression, a leading indicator of mental health. Using data from the 2021 Community Health Survey and KOSIS, we analyzed data at the individual and community level, and found that stress levels, subjective health, and basic living status are key influences. Local health authorities should strengthen mental health for the population, including expanding health education and promotion activities to reduce stress and improve lifestyle, and developing targeted programs for specific groups, such as those living on basic subsistence. They should also work with the central government to strive for comprehensive health care and implement effective mental health policies in harmony with population and family authorities.
