Exploring Practice Tasks and KSA of Korean Social Worker : Strategics for Developing Training Contents. (사회복지사 훈련프로그램의 내용개발을 위한 직무분석: 종합사회복지관의 종사자 훈련에 대한 적용)

  • This study aimed to explore social work practice tasks and KSA(Knowledge, Skill, Ability) that are being used most frequently in practice field so that developing contents of training program for social worker. The participants in this study included 340 social worker in community welfare center nationwide and exploratory statistical methods were used. The specific result were as follows: 1.social work service was classified four dimensions(direct service, community service, organizational strategic and human resource management, and indirect service). 2.In each dimension, important practice tasks were screened. 3.Basic KSA of social worker that were needed to perform these tasks successfully were screened. On basis of these results, this paper provided some practical strategics for developing training program.

목포항을 세계적 미항으로 가꾸기 위할 시민실천방안

  • 천혜의 자연조건을 갖춘 목포항을 세계적 미항으로 가꾸기 위한 운동과 과업이 전개되고 있다. 이미 목포항 주변에 대불산업단지가 위치하고 있으며 영산강 하구둑이 건설되어 있다. 최근에는 남악신도시가 건설 중이고, 목포-고하도 연육교 건설이 계획되고 있어서 목포항 미관 조성에 시민의 참여와 관심이 요구되고 있다. 그래서 천혜의 목포항을 세계적 수준의 아름다운 항구로 가꾸기 위한 목포시민의 실천방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 목포시의 $\ulcorner$미항 목포 개발 마스터플랜$\lrcorner$ 계획을 검토하고 시민을 대상으로 설문조사를 통하여 시민의 참여 의식 수준을 확인한 후, 이를 바탕으로 시민실천방안을 도출하였다.

A study on The Relationship Between Volunteers' Motive, Task Satisfaction and Retention Will - Functional Perspectives of Motivation - (자원봉사자의 참여 동기와 유형별 자원봉사과업만족도 및 지속의지와의 관계에 관한 연구 - 기능주의 동기 관점을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this paper is to suggest the implications of volunteering's task design and the volunteer's placement that make the motive-benefit matching from the functional perspective of motivation. For this study, we conducted a multi-regression analysis to examine the impact of the volunteer motivation on task satisfaction and retention will. Results showed that first, volunteers' most important motive for volunteering was social motive, followed by enhancement, value. Secondly, each motive influenced the task satisfaction and retention will of volunteers differentially. The practical implications of these findings were discussed.

An exploration of the meaning of work through job crafting by Learning Village Activists (학습마을활동가의 잡 크래프팅을 통한 일의 의미 탐색)

  • This study aims to do in-depth exploration of the meaning of learning village activists' work, focusing on job crafting. A qualitative case study was conducted through participant observation and in-depth interview from March 23, 2020 to March 05, 2021. As a result of the analysis, a task crafting showed 'task performance using one's own strengths and resources', 'executing additional tasks other than the specified tasks', and 'changes in work methods for efficient task performance'. In a cognitive crafting, 'recognition of the importance of work and sense of vocation', 'recognition of happiness and pleasure in work', and 'recognition of roles to expand work expertise' appeared. In a relation crafting, 'building a community of practical learning with colleagues', 'a mediator of the growth and change of village residents', and 'coexistence of conflict and cooperation with business associates' were shown. In conclusion, learning village activists were actively changing their work through the job crafting and this can be used as basic data to improve the satisfaction with their work. A follow-up study was proposed for activists in learning villages in other regions.

Exploration of Duty System and Needs Assessment in Lifelong Learning Counseling Practice (평생교육 담당자의 평생학습상담 직무 탐색 및 요구도 분석)

  • This study aims to explore the duty system of the lifelong learning counseling, and to analyze the needs of counseling practice which are conceived by lifelong education practitioners. Based on the related prior studies, the duty system of lifelong learning counseling was investigated and classified. Also, differences of how to recognize the importance of counseling job and how to practice counseling are assessed by Borich method. After data were collected by practitioners from lifelong education field, the dependent t-test and the Borich needs assessment formula were used for analysis of the collected data. The results are as follows: the 4 subdivided duties of lifelong learning counseling are formation of relationship, learner's analysis, learning promotion, and follow-up management. The 11 tasks are learner's interview, providing learning information, analysis of learner's characteristics and needs, learning level diagnosis, diagnosis of learning inhibiting factors, promotion of learning motivation, advice of learning course and learning method, support of study circle activity, career planning counseling, follow-up counseling, and counseling evaluation. According to the needs assessment, learner's analysis is conceived as the most important duty among the 4 sub-duties, and learner's analysis is regarded as second important duty by the counseling practitioners. Among the 11 tasks, providing learning information is the most important tasks among counseling practitioners, and analysis of learner's characteristics and needs is followed as second task. The duty system of the lifelong learning counseling and needs assessment data can be used as the basic data for lifelong education practitioners to conduct the duty of lifelong learning counseling efficiently and to support the lifelong learning plan according to learner's characteristics.

A Study on the Influence of Social Worker on Deviant Workplace Behavior (사회복지사의 일탈적 과업행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Person-Job Fit and Person-organization Fit on deviant workplace behavior and mediating effects of job-alienation on this relation. Research data was collected from 567 social workers who were attending supplement education for employees working for social welfare organizations in Gwangju. Main results of the analysis in this study were as follows. First, the Person-Job Fit and Person-organization Fit have significantly negative effects on job-alienation. Also there were significantly positive relationships between job alienation and deviant workplace behavior. Second, Person-Job Fit and Person-organization Fit had directly no relationships with deviant workplace behavior but had indirect influences mediating effects of job-alienation that is featured as a full mediation variable on this relation. Third, there was no difference between the population by sex on this relation. Finally, based on the results of this study, we present the practical implications and discussion for deviant workplace behavior of Employment of Participants under Social welfare facilities.

Effect of Finance Public Enterprise Employees' Work rewards on Organizational Effectiveness -Investigation of Moderating Role of Self-efficacy- (노동보상이 금융공기업 종사자의 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 -자아효능감의 조절효과 검증-)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of work rewards on the organizational effectiveness including mediator role of self-efficacy, and also the work rewards was divided into three categories of task rewards, organizational rewards and social rewards, organizational effectiveness into two categories of organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Research findings are follows; First, job diversity and job challenge of task rewards, payment of organizational rewards, superior support of social rewards have a positive influence on organizational commitment. Second, job diversity, job challenge and job autonomy of task rewards, superior support of social rewards have a positive influence on job satisfaction of finance public enterprise employees. Third, tested mediator role of selt-efficacy between work rewards and organizational effectiveness, and found out moderating roles between work rewards and organizational commitment, but its role between organizational rewards and job satisfaction was found only in job stability of organizational rewards. In terms of the results of this study, the theoretical and practical implications of the findings were discussed and directions for future research were presented.

Developing Educational System based on S-OJT in Contract Based Department using DACUM: Case of Software Development and Materialization Occupational Group (DACUM을 활용한 S-OJT 기반의 계약학과 교육체계 개발 : 소프트웨어 개발 및 구현 직군을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop field-centered educational system in contract based department using DACUM for occupational group in software development and materialization area. Job model for contract based department was developed and both educational need and appropriate educational method was investigated and analyzed. Then, knowledge, skill and attitude were elicited and categorized. Subjects for S-OJT were organized and hierarchy of subjects was constructed according to career path set by job experts. Then, educational system in contract based department for software development and materialization was developed by connecting developed subjects with former curriculum. Based on this result the directions for the future studies was discussed.

  • 인적 자원관리는 경영과정의 한 부분으로서 환경과 경영전략 그리고 조직구조와 밀접한 관계속에서 조직체의 목적 달성에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 특히 연구기관에서 인적자원은 가장 중요한 경영요소이며, "우수한 인력을 채용하여 능력에 맞는 수준 높은 대우를 함으로써 우수한 결과를 얻도록 하는 것"이 가장 기본적인 활동이다. 인적자원의 관리는 훌륭한 리더쉽에 의하여 실천되지만, 우선적으로 리더쉽을 수행할수 있는 제도적 시스템이 구축되어야 한다. 즉 인적자원 시스템을 형성하는 것은 효과적인 조직 성과를 달성하기 위한 제도적 장치를 마련하는 것이며, R'||'&'||'D 인적자원 관리 시스템은 연구목표 달성과 관련하여 개개인이 효과적으로 연구생산성을 제고할수 있도록 지원하여 주는 시스템이다. 조직성과에 영향을 주는 변수는 여러 가지가 있지만, 제도적 장치로 고려될 수 있는 것은 과업 및 조직의 설계, 인적자원 채용 및 배치 전환, 보상, 경력관리, 교육훈련, 능력 평가이다. 본 연구에서는 상기 인적자원의 성과를 높이기 위한 주요 변수(인적자원관리의 서브 과제)를 세계 주요 연구기관의 하나인 Battelle연구소를 대상으로 분석하고, 국내 R'||'&'||'D 인적자원관리 발전방향의 시사점을 제시하였다.
