효율적인 자료관리를 위한 소프트웨어시스템의 설계 및 구현

  • 현대 사회가 점점 복잡한 정보화 사회로 변해감에 따라 개인의 자료 또한 기존의 방법으로는 효율적인 관리가 어렵게 되었다. 이러한 상황속에서 연구소 및 대학 연구원들의 늘어나는 연구실적을 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 연구원들의 연구실적을 컴퓨터에 저장하여 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 연구실적관리시스템(RAMS : Research Accomplishment Management System)을 설계, 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 연구실적을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 각 연구실적에 관한 원시자료만을 입력시킨 후 이를 이용하여 원하는 내용의 연구실적을 조회하고, 각 연구실적별 내용을 원하는 양식에 맞게 출력을 할 수 있게 해주었으며 또한 개인별 실적관리 뿐만 아니라 소규모 집단(연구소)에서의 개인별 관리를 용이하게 하기 위하여 개인화일을 코드화해서 관리해주는 기능을 가지도록 하였다.

  • In domestic construction industry, time and cost has been managed separately in most cases. Usually projects are managed focused on cost, so time is not yet managed systematically. Project performance in these managemental situation can not be assessed correctly. This would cause project delay, cost overrun, productivity loss. Therefore it is needed to adopt earned value concept, an approach used in the management and control of project costs and schedules. Using this EV concept through time-cost integration, project can be managed properly based on the consistency, predictability, and reliability of the performance data. This paper proposed time and cost integration process, proper PMT method, and practical performance management model through time and cost integration.

  • The importance of early project planning is broadly recognized for construction projects. From the planning step, If extensive historical data related with the project is applied effectively, It can be major resource for estimating cost and project scope. However, The accumulation, analysis, and application of historical data is not sufficient in Korea. So useful information of construction project has disappeared. In order to solve the problems, Project Historical Data Management Systems is need to be developed. The purpose of this study is to analyze current problems and to find the method to utilize historical data in similar project.

  • The processes for management of historical data in construction have many problems according to construction firm$^{\circ}{\phi}$s participating in some of the processes. This study analyzed about current process and provided improved processes with IDEF method and simulation. The proposed $\lceil$To-Be$\rfloor$ model is more effective than $\lceil$As-Is$\rfloor$ model according to the result of simulation performance. It is revealed that the productivity in the construction company is more improved than that of the owner from the results of the system simulation.

Study of the Improvement of Information Management System on Subcontracted Service Results (하도급 용역실적 정보관리체계 개선 연구)

  • Construction subcontracted services are conducted without clear systems, but to establish a sound trading order between the contractors and subcontractors, the government recently complemented a relevant system to legalize and systematically manage subcontracted services. This study prepared a system for managing the subcontracted construction service result after providing the optimal alternative plan through a related persons' interview, such as the ordering agency and the service company. Towards this end, the management system is provided to integrate subcontracted services and contracted services based on the system managing Construction Technology Service Result. The study findings can be shortened by more than 90% of the performance certification issuing work, and used to formulate measures to protect subcontractors, such as the prevention of low-priced subcontracts, by managing an objective and reliable subcontracted service result.

  • Actual construction data of completed projects can be utilized for the economic, time benefit of improving the efficiency on planning, designing, estimating and managing tasks in succeeding projects. But the lack of the system which accumulates and manages the actual data with standardized type, it has not performed well and stayed on early stage. It is required not only specific plan for the utilization of actual data but a construction information management system which collects and processes far-reaching data with standardized from based on facility. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a construction information management system for Apartment housing ,which stored data along project feature database, actual cost database and actual database based on the Web.   • This research has been Initiated to provide an effective management tool for budget control of the public projects using EVMS. Barriers to implementing the tool for the domestic public projects are identified : no PMB (Performance Measurement Baseline) for budget control, management by BOQ(bill of quantity), no systematic planning and control. To eliminate these barriers, an integrated cost and schedule management process model using EVMS is proposed. This model is composed of six sub processes : organizing, scheduling, budget allocating, establishing PMB, managerial analysis, change incorporation.

  • This study presents the information management item and the business process improvement plan managed all construction technique services of Design, Construction Supervision and Construction Management which is ordered and constracted by the public institution in the field of construction and business steps. In addition, it develped the Management System of Construction Technique Service Performances based on improved processes for the Public Agencies and Construction Service Director to register, review and approve the Service Performance Information. As a result, it would be help transparently managed Technical Engineer's work duplication status of Constuction Company, and checked online without having to submit Company performance data by providing objective and reliable information.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 지적자본의 증대를 위해선 인적자본에 대한 체계적인 관리가 선결요건이며 조직의 혁신성과는 인적자본으로부터 창출된다는 가정 하에, 조직의 혁신 성과에 영향을 미치는 인적자본의 핵심요인을 규명하고자 하였다 문헌연구를 통해 혁신 성과에 영향을 미치는 인적자본의 요인으로는 개인의 역량과 태도, 만족도 및 유지도의 네 가지 요인을, 연구개발 조직에서의 혁신 성과는 특허와 논문, 상용화 및 우수기술개발 실적을 설정하여 실증연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 개인의 역량과 태도, 만족도 및 유지도는 특허 실적과 논문 실적에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 따라서 특허와 논문 실적을 높이기 위해서는 개인의 역량 등 네 가지 요인이 매우 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있다 둘째, 개인의 태도와 만족도는 상용화 실적에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 개인의 역량과 유지도는 상용화 실적에 미치는 영향은 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개인의 역량과 태도 및 만족도는 우수기술개발 실적에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 개인의 유지도가 우수기술개발 실적에 미치는 영향은 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 연구개발조직에서의 혁신 성과를 증대하기 위해서는 혁신 성과별로 개인의 역량과 태도, 만족도 및 유지도에 대한 체계적이며 차별화 된 관리가 필요하다는 시사점을 준다.
