Post-merger integration(PMI) plays a very important role in the success of M&A. Therefore, based on previous studies on PMI, this study discusses the relationship between communication of acquired enterprise members and uncertainty reduction, organizational satisfaction, organizational trust in the PMI process, focusing on the moderating effect of business area consistency between the acquisition and the acquired company. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the hypothesis of the relationship between variables was established and an empirical analysis was conducted. In order to collect data, a survey was conducted on members of the acquired company in China, and 317 questionnaires were finally collected and used for empirical analysis. For the collected data, the research hypothesis was verified using SPSS 26.0. The results of the study confirmed that communication has a positive effect on the reduction of uncertainty, job satisfaction, and organizational trust perceived by members of the acquired company, and that the consistency in business areas between the acquisition and the acquired company weakens the relationship between communication and uncertainty. In the positive relationship between communication and job satisfaction, organizational trust, the effect of strengthening the moderating variable has not been confirmed, but rather the weakening control effect was found. Based on these findings, the strategy of communicating with the members of the acquired company in the PMI process is meaningful for the success or failure of the merger and provides theoretical and practical implications for proposing differentiated human resources management measures according to M&A type.

The purpose of this study was to understand self-esteem, sexual communication for parents, sexual assertiveness, and safer sexual behavior and. to examine the mediating effects of the sexual assertiveness on the safer sexual behavior of early adults. A structured questionnaire was completed by 291 university students from March 1 to April 31, 2016. Data were analyzed to calculate the direct and indirect effects of factors affecting safer sexual behavior using SPSS WIN 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. Final model fit indices were RMSEA .05, GFI .98, AGFI .94, NFI .96, and self-esteem, sexual communication for parents showed a direct effect on sexual assertiveness and safer sexual behavior of university students. Sexual assertiveness mediated the relationships among self-esteem, sexual communication for parents, and safer sexual behavior. Furthermore, it is shown that the sexual assertiveness significantly mediates the relation between the positive self-esteem, sexual open communication for parents and safer sexual behavior of early adults.

대규모 실시간 작화 기술은 그림판 기능이 중심인 새로운 SNS를 개발하는데 있어 필수적인 기술이다. 기존 Flash나 HTML의 canvas로 구현된 기술에는 빠르게 실시간으로 표현할 수 없는 한계점을 가지고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 socket.io와 fabricjs를 활용하여 빠르게 실시간으로 소통 가능한 대규모의 실시간 작화 기술을 구현하였으며, 기술에 대한 소개와 해당 기술을 프로젝트 빅 픽쳐에서 어떻게 적용했는지 기술 했다.

실시간 시스템은 응용분야의 특성상 높은 신뢰성을 요구하므로 설계시 시스템의 정확성과 안전성을 보장하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 신뢰성 보장을 위한 방법으로 정형기법(formal method)을 이용한 명세 방법이 연구되어 왔다. 정형적인 명세를 사용하는 경우 원하는 시스템의 특성에 대한 검증이 가능하며 자연어로 명세한 경우보다 모호함이 줄어들어 의사소통을 하는데 있어서 명확성을 제공한다. 그러나 이런 장점에도 불구하고 객체 지향 개발 방법론에서의 정형적인 명세에 관한 연구가 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 객체 지향적 모델을 기반으로 하는 실시간 시스템을 위한 정형명세 언어인 Timed State Chart(TSC)를 제안한다. TSC는 Statecharts와 같은 계층적 상태 기계 모델(state machine model)로서 다양한 시간 제약사항의 명세를 위해 클릭 변수(clock variable)를 도입하여 실시간 객체(Real-Time Object 또는 RTO)를 명세한다. TSC를 이용하여 기존의 연구에서 표현할 수 없었던 주가와 마감시간과 같은 실시간 시스템의 다양한 요구사항을 효과적으로 표현할 수 있다.

글로벌시대가 시작되면서 많은 사람들이 외국인과 소통하는 일이 많아졌다. 해외에 있는 사람들과 소통하기 위해 많은 사람들이 요금이 부과되지 않는 모바일 메신저를 사용한다. 하지만 많은 모바일 메신저에서는 번역기능을 제공하지 않는다. 본 연구는 다국적 언어 소통을 위한 번역이 가능한 모바일 메신저를 제공한다. 외부 번역 naver papagoAPI 와 firebase의 인증, 실시간 데이터베이스를 이용하는 안드로이드 기반 자동 번역 채팅 앱과 연결하여 자동 번역 채팅 서비스를 구현하였다. 본 논문의 애플리케이션은 기존에 번역기나 챗봇을 사용해야 했던 불편함은 낮추고 외국어 채팅의 자유도를 높여주는 결과가 나타난다. 이를 통해 자연스러운 외국어 채팅이 가능하도록 하여 서로 다른 언어를 사용하는 사람들과 언어에 상관없이 자유로운 의사소통을 가능하도록 한다.

최근 사물인터넷 기술이 널리 사용되고 있으며, 사물인터넷을 기반으로 다양한 시스템이나 서비스가 개발되어 운영되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷 기술을 기반으로 하는 교수-학생을 위한 실시간 부재 알림 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 개발된 실시간 알림 시스템 프로토타입을 통해 학생은 교수의 재실 및 부재 상태를 실시간 방식으로 확인 할 수 있다. 이를 통해 교수-학생간의 학생 상담 등의 진행에 좀 더 효율적인 의사소통이 가능하다.

The present study employed a pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design to evaluate the effectiveness of a teacher education program for child care teachers. Twenty-seven teachers were randomly assigned to intervention and control groups with 12 and 17 teachers in each group. Teachers in the intervention group participated in the program. After termination of the program, differences between pre- and post-tests were examined in regards to teachers' emotional regulation, efficacy, parent-teacher communication and job satisfaction. There were four major findings. First, self-reported teachers'emotional regulation, teachers'efficacy and job satisfaction were significantly improved in the intervention group, but not in the control group. Second, parent-teacher communication difficulty was significantly reduced in the intervention group, but not in the control group. These findings emphasize the importance of the teachers' positive characteristics in improving the outcome of preschoolers.

This study aimed to examine the influence of intergenerational contact on work meaning through knowledge sharing. Additionally, based on the socioemotional selectivity theory, this study investigated whether age moderates the mediating path. We collected data from 588 full-time employees in South Korea, and analyzed the data using the latent moderated structural equation method. The results showed that knowledge sharing fully mediated the relationship between intergenerational contact and work meaning. Furthermore, age was found to moderate the relationship between intergenerational contact and work meaning via knowledge sharing. Particularly, the mediation effect was strengthened as age increased. This study holds a significant theoretical value by shedding light on the specific mechanisms underlying knowledge sharing. Moreover, the results suggest the potential for enhancing the impact of coaching programs by tailoring them to individual characteristics.

본 논문에서는 로봇과 사람의 자연스러운 감정 소통을 위한 비디오 시퀀스 표정생성 대화 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템에서는 실시간 비디오 데이터로 판단된 관객의 감정 상태를 반영한 대답을 하며, 딥러닝(Deep Learning)을 활용하여 대화의 맥락에 맞는 로봇의 표정을 실시간 생성한다. 본 논문에서 관객의 표정을 위해 3만여개의 비디오 데이터로 학습한 결과 88%의 학습 정확도로 표정 생성이 가능한 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 로봇 표정 생성에 딥러닝 방식을 적용한 것에 그 의의가 있으며 향후 대화 시스템 자체에도 딥러닝 방식을 확대 적용하기 위한 초석이 될 수 있다는 점에 의의가 있다.

스마트폰 보급의 활성화와 스트리밍 기술의 발전으로 모바일 기기를 통한 실시간 스트리밍 서비스가 확대됨에 따라 사용자는 실시간 방송의 시청은 물론, SNS를 통한 방송의 참여를 원하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사용자 요구를 만족시키기 위해 기존 어플리케이션의 자체 서비스로 인한 안정성과 편의성 문제를 해결하고, 사용자와 방송 제작자 및 사용자들간의 커뮤니케이션을 제공하는 소통의 장으로서 역할을 수행할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.
