본 연구에서는 금융 분야에서 AI 기술을 이용하여 챗봇 기반의 예측 시스템을 구축하는데 목적이 있다. 사용자가 이해하기 쉽게 챗봇 기반으로 실시간 서비스를 제공하며 투자 경험이 없는 사용자를 타겟으로 투자 추천을 하는 것을 목표로 개발하였다. 챗봇 기반의 금융 어플리케이션에서는 종목 주가조회, 코스피 상위 조회, 예측결과 조회, ELS상품추천 등으로 크게 네 가지의 의도파악을 하며 자연어 처리와 단어 매칭 처리를 통해서 사용자에게 최적화된 정보를 제공한다. 정보의 질을 높이기 위해서 인공지능 학습은 10년 치의 데이터를 학습시켰으며 비슷한 패턴을 예측해서 제공한다. 상장기업의 주식과 은행에서 판매하는 ELS를 추천하고 있으며, 챗봇 서비스를 통해 사용자와 실시간적으로 소통할 수 있는 AI기반의 금융 시스템을 제공한다.

코로나19 이후로 교육의 형태가 오프라인에서 온라인으로 변화되었다. 하지만 온라인 강의 교육 서비스는 실시간 소통의 한계를 가지고 있다. 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 기계독해 기반 실시간 강의 질의응답 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문연구에서는 질의응답 시스템을 만들기 위해 KorQuAD 1.0 학습 데이터를 활용해 BERT를 fine-tuning 했고 그 결과를 이용해 기계독해 기반 질의응답 시스템을 구축했다. 하지만 이렇게 구축된 챗봇은 강의 내용에 대한 질의응답에 최적화되어있지 않기 때문에 강의 내용 질의응답에 관한 문장형 데이터 셋을 구축하고 추가 학습을 수행하여 문제를 해결했다. 실험 결과 질의응답 표를 통해 문장형 답변에 대한 성능이 개선된 것을 확인할 수 있다.

코로나19의 장기화로 인해 비대면 서비스에 익숙해진 사람들은 실시간 비대면 협업 서비스를 기존보다 더 다양한 방식으로 이용하고 있다. 본 논문은 비대면 협업 서비스를 능동적으로 이용하고자 하는 현대인들에게 가상현실을 기반으로 한 브레인스토밍 협업 서비스를 제안한다. 본 서비스의 유저들은 3차원의 가상공간에서 타 유저들과 음성뿐만 아니라 손짓과 같은 비언어적 표현을 통해 소통할 수 있다. 또한, 자신의 아이디어를 블록이라는 특정 매개체에 담아 마인드 매핑하는 과정을 실시간으로 타 유저들과 공유하며 원활한 협업 서비스를 경험할 수 있다.

Recently, real-time streaming services are gaining popularity among the MZ generation and the market size is continuously growing. Pre-recorded and edited videos only show one-way communication, but real-time streaming services have the advantage of responding immediately to questions and requests from users, as they enable two-way communication. With the transition from face-to-face culture to non-face-to-face culture due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of users communicating in real-time video for activities such as classes, meetings, and leisure has dramatically increased. However, as real-time streaming services become more active and diverse generations participate, there is a problem of conflicts arising from language differences, including the use of neologisms. To address this issue, this paper proposes a method of collecting the meaning of neologisms through the Wikipedia API and presenting them to each other, so that they can understand each other's intentions.

최근 효율적인 교통 흐름 제어 및 교통정보 서비스 제공을 위한 ITS(Intelligent Transport System)에 대표적인 서비스로는 수집된 정보를 바탕으로 도로의 소통정보를 모니터링하고 이용자들에게 웹이나 지역에 설치된 VMS를 통해 정보를 제공하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 서비스를 위한 GIS가 OpenGIS와 같은 표준화 단체에서 제안하고 있는 구조를 따르지 않고 있으며, 지리정보의 표현도 검증 없이 자체적으로 GIS정보를 이용함으로 인해 서비스의 성능과 품질 저하는 물론 정보통합의 어려움을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OpenGIS에서 공간정보 표현에 권고되고 있는 GML을 기반으로 도로망에 구축되어진 각종 교통정보 기기로부터 ITS로 수집된 실시간 교통정보를 이용하여 데이터베이스를 구축하고, 이를 반영하여 모바일 기기 또는 웹서비스를 통해 교통상황을 모니터링 할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 시스템은 GML을 기반으로 한 지리정보 DB와 각종 교통정보 기기로부터 수집된 실시간 교통정보의 통합을 통해 모바일 기기나 웹을 통해 공통적으로 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 Client/server 시스템에 주안점을 두고 설계하였다. 본 연구에서 설계된 시스템은 전용 공간데이터를 구축하지 않고, 표준화된 공간정보인 GML을 이용한 변환 메커니즘을 통하여 서비스를 제공함으로써 비용과 시간을 절약할 수 있으며, 이 기종의 시스템에 서비스가 가능하도록 하였다.

This study examined the multicultural awareness, cultural sensitivity, and characteristics of multicultural experiences affecting the intercultural communication skills among Korean nursing students. The study participants were a total of 353 nursing students who had completed one or more clinical practice courses and were in 1 University and 2 Colleges. A self-assessment instrument was used. The descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and simple and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. Statistically significant differences in the intercultural communication skill were observed in multicultural education, foreign friends, proficiency in English, stay in foreign countries, and length of stay in foreign countries. The intercultural communication skills was correlated with both multicultural awareness and cultural sensitivity. Multiple regression analysis showed that the multi-cultural awareness, multi-cultural education, and proficiency in English could explain 41.3% of the variances for the intercultural communication skill. Simple regression analysis also showed that the length of stay in foreign countries explained 2.5% of the intercultural communication skill among nursing students, who had stayed in foreign countries. Therefore, nursing educators should improve their multi-cultural awareness and develop various multi-cultural education programs, consider living abroad, and improve their language proficiency to strengthen nursing students' intercultural communication skill.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between failure mindset of the mother and adolescent, along with the mediating effects of mother's happiness and mother-adolescents (first and second-year middle school students in Seoul) open communication. For this study, self-reported data of 270 mother-adolescent dyads were analyzed using SPSS and Process macro Model 6. The results revealed that the mother's failure mindset directly predicted their adolescent's failure mindset. The mediating effect of the mother-adolescent open communication was significant, but the mediating effect of the mother's happiness was not significant. However, the mediation effect of the mother's failure mindset on the adolescent's failure mindset through mother's happiness and mother-adolescent open communication was significant. These results suggest that "failure-is-enhancing" mindset of mothers improve their positive affect and parenting skills, which contributes to developing adolescent's belief system about failure. Putting the results together, this study is significant in that it identified the intergenerational relationship of the failure mindset. Besides, the study results serve as a foundation for intervening on the adolescent's failure mindset by verifying the developmental mechanism of the failure mindset.

현재의 국제전화망의 상태 및 성능을 파악하기 위해서 교환기의 과금정보를 이용하여 국제망관리자료를 산출하는 방법 및 그 결과를 논하였다. 교환기에서 측정되는 망관리자료를 수집하는데는 시간이 많이 걸리며, 또 다양한 자료를 얻을 수 없기 때문에 망의 상태를 파악하기가 어렵다. 과금정보로부터 망관리자료를 추출한 결과, 통화량이 많아 중요하게 여겨지는 루트 및 착신지의 소통상황을 실시간으로 파악할 수가 있었으며, 문제가 되는 구간의 복구를 빨리 할 수 있는 상세한 자료를 얻을 수 있었다.

The concept of 'Edu-Tech', which is rapidly reorganized around e-Learning, has been spreading along with the development of intelligent information technology according to the fourth industrial revolution such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), BigData. Currently, leading companies are conducting online education services, but real-time two-way communication is difficult. In addition, in the case of off-line class, there are many students, and not only the time is limited, but also they often miss the opportunities to ask questions. In order to solve these problems, this paper develops a real - time interactive question and answer management system that can freely questions both on - line and off - line by combining the benefits of offline instant answers and the advantages of online openness. The developed system is a real-time personalized education system that enables the respondent to check the situation of the questioner in real time and provide a customized answer according to the inquirer's request. In addition, by measuring and managing the system usage time in seconds, the questioner and the respondent can efficiently utilize the system.

This research is an analysis of communication that occurs during the quadratic function teaching and learning process of middle school students, which reflects mathematical modeling. For an in-depth analysis of the communication, Sfard(2008)'s discourse theory and language analysis framework were applied. A quadratic function mathematical modeling teaching and learning were conducted for the week second (1 hour) in June 2019 for students who studied the concept of a quadratic function and who passed a specified period (3 months). The results are as follows. First, The commo-gnitive conflict occurred because of differences in prior knowledge other than quadratic function among students. Second, in the course of communication, knowledge was expanded through problem-solving from different perspectives. These results can be interpreted as allowing students to clearly reveal problems in the communication process based on their understanding of the concept of quadratic functions and to facilitate cooperation among students. of the concept of quadratic functions and to facilitate cooperation among students.
