Recently, the need for telemedicine services and user's service requirements are increasing, the research for more convenient telemed service is underway in various fields. In this paper, we propose that Integrated telemedicine system possible to regular health care. unlike the existing telemedicine system, we combine the voice communications systems and biometric information based on CPS (Cyber Physical System) using wireless communication sensor and elderly people who disabilities are transmit the information comfortably, Also doctors in correspondent site are able to improves the accuracy of the medical treatment by received information about biometric and audio communication. In addition Health status information is stored selectively and then doctor can check the elders status everytime and everywhere. In this paper, we designed the telemedicine system suitable for korea aging society situation, therefore we could offer the Elderly-friendly medical service for seniors who live in silver town.

This study has established the GUI design elements of mobile phones as color, text, layout, graphic icon, and video, under the purpose of exploring the relevance between such elements and brand preference among senior citizens. To accomplish the objective, a model and hypotheses were established, which were tested through a multiple regression analysis. The findings are as follows. First, when the statistical significance was examined by GUI design element of mobile phones, the following results were obtained: Color, text, layout, graphic icon, and video were statistically significant at the significance level given, indicating that such elements all affect brand preference. Second, the relative influence of GUI design elements of mobile phones on brand preference was revealed in the following order: text, color, video, graphic icon, layout. It indicates that boosting the brand preference of senior citizens for mobile phones requires considering 'text' and 'color' first before any other element. In addition, as the influence of 'text' and 'color' becomes greater, the brand preference also becomes higher.

In this paper, a novel Internet-of-things (IoT) based telecare system is proposed to provide high-quality care services to silver generations. It consists of various sensor nodes including activity sensors, wearable emergency pagers, emergency telephone as a home gateway, and a server as a telecare service platform. Especially, an activity index as a qualification method is presented to analyze the activities of daily living. By using the activity index, the daily/weekly/monthly activity information can be obtained, from which we infer the activity pattern, notice the abrupt change of the activity, and take appropriate actions in abnormal situations.

전자 디스플레이 산업의 중요성과 미래사회에서 요구되는 정보기기로써 유연한 기판을 사용한 소자에 대한 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 이들 산업에 응용되기 위해서는 저비용, 고생산 공정이 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 인쇄전자 기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히, 금속배선은 모든 소자의 기본이면서 낮은 저항과 높은 신뢰성을 동시에 요구하고 있어 인쇄전자 기술이 해결해야 할 가장 어려운 난제 중의 하나이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 낮은 저항과 높은 신뢰성을 만족시킬 수 있는 새로운 금속배선 공정으로서 폴리이미드 필름을 초발수 처리한 후 친수 패턴을 하여 전도성 잉크에 함침함으로서 친수 패턴을 따라 금속배선이 이루어 지도록 하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 폴리이미드 필름의 표면을 플라즈마 처리하여 표면에 나노돌기를 형성시키고 불소기를 함유한 코팅층을 형성시킴으로써 물에 대한 접촉각이 $150^{\circ}$이상이 되도록 초발수 처리할 수 있었다. 초발수 처리된 폴리이미드 기판에 쉐도우 마스크를 사용하여 UV조사함으로써 조사된 부분만 친수성을 가지는 패턴을 형성하였다. 이렇게 친수 패턴이 제작된 초발수 폴리이미드 유연기판을 실버잉크에 함침함으로써 선폭 $200{\mu}m$를 가지는 금속배선을 형성시켰다. 형성된 금속배선의 단면 형상을 측정하였으며, 열처리를 통하여 비저항이 $30{\mu}{\Omega}$-cm를 얻을 수 있었다. 통상 1회의 함침으로는 금속배선의 두께가 150nm정도로 금속배선으로 사용하기에는 얇아 배선의 두께를 증가시키기 위하여 수 회 함침을 시도하여 $2{\mu}m$의 두께로 증가시킬 수 있었다. 이때 선폭과 선간 간격은 크게 변하지 않고 두께만 증가시킬 수 있었다. 이는 금속배선을 형성한 후에도 폴리이미드 유연기판의 초발수성은 그대로 유지되어 여러번 함침할 때 잉크가 이미 형성된 배선에만 묻게 되어 두께는 증가하나 선폭과 선간 간격은 증가하지 않는 것으로 판단된다. 사용한 실버잉크는 실버의 함량은 10~20wt%인 수계 잉크였다.

This study analyzed main causes of claims in EPC/Turnkey projects. For this purpose, this study referred to the FIDIC silver book, which lists the international standard contract conditions for EPC/Turnkey projects. The most frequent cause of claim was delay. A process was then proposed to determine whether the owner or contractor was the responsible party when the delay claim occurred. The proposed process was for damages for delay which is the conditions of contract for indemnities against delay claim. The process was based on conditions of the contract of two previous EPC/Turnkey projects that were constructed in 2010, the FIDIC silver book, as well as the obligations of owner and contactors. The proposed process is applicable depending on the conditions of the contract and the owner's meaning. Furthermore, by identifying the responsible party, this study will contribute in identifying the possible claim types before concluding a contract and writing the specific contract.

As the variety of scientific technology has grown repeatedly since the 19th century, innovative technology is developing high-level in healthcare field. The system to improve patient's satisfaction for silver generation introduced in domestic medical process result from promotion of convergence technology. But utilization of small and medium hospital is inevitable with maintain limited performance around existing large hospitals and high cost service system. Therefore phenomenon that weakness of patient's satisfaction and service accessibility for silver generation occurs. This study propose the design method that Android-based low-cost smart medical treatment information service system to improve accessibility to user of small and medium hospital for effective patient's satisfaction services management and medical services.

Existing child car seats do not have a monitoring means for the driver or guardian to effectively recognize the status of whether the seat belt of car seat is fastened and whether the ISOFIX of the car seat is fastened to the inside device of the vehicle. In this paper, we propose a smart car seat system which can monitor in real time, whether the seat belt of a child seated in the car seat is fastened and whether the ISOFIX of the car seat is fastened. The proposed system has been developed with a prototype, in which a Hall sensor, magnet, Bluetooth, and display device are used to detect whether these are fastened and to display the detection results. The prototype system provides the detection results as texts and alarm signal to the display for driver or guardian' smartphone in the car in motion. With functional tests of the prototype system, it was confirmed that the detection functions are properly operated, and the detection results were transmitted to the display device and smartphone via Bluetooth within 0.5 seconds. It is expected that the development system can effectively prevent safety accidents of child car seats.

The rebound hardness test using the SilverSchmidt hammer was performed for diorite, granodiorite, and andesite exposed around the King Sejong Station, Barton peninsula. Then, the R-value and uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) of these rocks were estimated from the Q-values which were obtained from the SilverSchmidt hammer. The Q-value of diorite was distributed in the range from 67.0 to 89.5, granodiorite of the range from 57.5 to 89.0, and andesite of the range from 58.0 to 76.5. The average Q-values of diorite, granodiorite, and andesite were 76.0, 72.0, and 67.0, respectively. The converted UCS of diorite was distributed in the range from 118 to 195 MPa, granodiorite of the range from 91 to 193 MPa, and andesite of the range from 92 to 148 MPa. The average UCS of diorite, granodiorite, and andesite were 147, 136, and 117 MPa, respectively. The converted R-value of diorite was distributed in the range from 53.0 to 72.2, granodiorite of the range from 45.4 to 71.8, and andesite of the range from 45.8 to 60.9. The average Q-values of diorite, granodiorite, and andesite were 60.0, 58.0, and 53.0, respectively. The R-value was represented approximately 20% lower than the Q-value. In conclusion, it will be possibile that the R-value and UCS of rocks under the extreme area from the SilverSchmidt Q-value are evaluated.

대한민국은 고령 사회로 진입하고 있을 정도로 노인인구가 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 각종 노인성 질환 역시 빠르게 늘어나고 있어 이것은 개인뿐 아니라 가족과 사회에 커다란 고통과 부담을 주고 있다. 그중에서도 우울증은 노인정신 질환 중에 가장 흔하며 노인자살의 원인이 되는 등 심각한 사회문제가 되고 있다.
