Evidence based clinical practice guideline are designed to help healthcare practitioners evaluate and implement the increasing amount of evidence on best practice. Critical care area is one of the clinical sites where evidence based clinical practice guideline is needed most. This paper reviewed the definition of evidence based clinical practice guidelines, the development method of evidence based clinical practice guideline, and the current trends in guideline developing. Traditional method of guideline development is consensus based but it moves into evidence based development. Evidence based guideline is based on best available evidence and uses the strongest method to determine its effect on clinical outcomes. The current trends in guidelines is to develop the guideline at regional/national level and do subsequent modification to suit local circumstances. There is an urgent need of exploring the method of guideline development and adaptation which are appropriate for Korean clinical setting.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to offer the baseline data for developing a systematic and high quality of clinical practice guideline by exploring how nurses utilize clinical guidelines and what they need for. Method: This study has been done with 242 nurses of a university hospital in Daegu using a self-administered questionnaire. The instrument used in this study was developed by researchers based on the results of the previous studies. Data analysis was done with SPSS 11.0 Program. Results: Nurses felt that clinical guidelines were not sufficiently disseminated to update their clinical knowledge education. Nurses showed the strong demand for developing clinical practice guidelines with the newest and systematic evidence. However, a relatively low number of nurses knew evidence-based nursing and evidence-based clinical guidelines. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an educational program for evidence-based nursing and an evidence-based nursing clinical practice guideline for nurses and to explore the strategies for development and dissemination of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines to solve the urgent and frequent clinical problems.

The purposes of this study are to categorize the archival body of knowledge based on the analysis of two guidelines and websites of 10 archival graduate programs in the United States, and to make suggestions for the development of archival education in Korea. Basic knowledge, core knowledge, complementary knowledge, practical knowledge, and research knowledge are found as components of the archival body of knowledge. The basic knowledge is the ability to understand general circumstances related to records and archives. The core one is to master the required competence as archivists. The complementary one is to understand other disciplinary backgrounds and their various research methods. The practical one is to be obtained from field experiences and the research one is to make a scholastic contribution through a deep research process. Curriculum development for preservation, electronic records management, use of computer technologies, archival services and advocacy, more interdisciplinary courses and internship programs are suggested as important factors for the future archival education. And cooperative research and appointment of more faculty members are also suggested. Finally, the development of guideline for Korean archival graduate programs are strongly suggested.

본 논문은 공공자격 온라인 처리시스템의 예외사항 및 오류처리에 대한 관리 효율성을 극대화하기 위한 연구로 다양한 이론에 근거한 IT 거버넌스 체계를 적용하여 실제 운영시스템에 적용한다. IT거버넌스에 기반 한 예외사항 및 오류처리에 관하여 공공자격 온라인 처리시스템의 개발 전략과 목표를 기준으로 구축, 운영, 지원, 모니터링 등에 대하여 각각의 처리모듈에서 발생 가능한 예외사항과 오류처리에 대하여 시스템 관리자와 함께 일반 행정처리 중심의 사용자를 바탕으로 한 처리 지침의 세부적 사항을 기술적으로 적용하는 개발 방법론을 도입한다. 개발자와 관리자 및 행정사용자가 중심체계가 되는 방법론을 적용하여 예외사항 및 오류처리에 대한 지침서를 모델링하는 본 논문은 공공자격처리시스템 프로젝트를 일반 및 실무분야에 대한 2개의 대규모 개발 시스템으로 분류하고 세부사항을 도출하고 운영책임 관리자와 일반 행정처리 사용자에게 적용하여 결과를 평가한다. 국가정보화 IT거버넌스 혁신을 통하여 8가지 영역의 표준 지침서 제작의 필요성이 대두되어지는 관점에서 본 연구가 국가가 시행하는 공공자격 처리시스템의 특수 분야에서 확장되어진 기술적 공유를 추구할 수 있다.

The role of an archivist should include not only traditional archives management but also new archives management based on an understanding of electronic records and information technology. In this study, to verify the adequacy and content validity of the components, knowledge categories, and knowledge contents of the guideline for a graduate program in archival studies, the Delphi survey was carried out. As a result of the Delphi survey, the components of the guideline consisted of "preface," "curriculum," "faculty," "structure of the learning process," "administrative resources," and "conclusions," and the educational content consisted of 8 knowledge categories and 44 knowledge contents. This study aims to present the minimum components to be followed in the graduate program of archival science through the development of the guideline model and present educational contents to educate archivists with theoretical and practical capabilities. The model can be used as basic data for a future guideline for a graduate program in archival studies.

국방 분야의 무기체계 내장형 소프트웨어(embedded software)는 그 규모와 복잡도가 증가함에 따라 소프트웨어 품질이 매우 중요하게 인식되고 있으며, 고객 또한 소프트웨어 품질 및 신뢰성 시험 활동에 대해 높은 요구사항을 제시하고 있다. 최근 "무기체계 내장형 소프트웨어 획득 및 관리 실무 지침서(방위사업청 지침, 2011.11.30)"가 명문화되었으며, 이 지침서 내에도 소프트웨어 신뢰성 시험을 강조하고 있다. 그러나 업계에서는 소프트웨어 신뢰성 시험에 대한 개발 단계의 테스트 설계 활동이 체계적으로 수행되지 않고 있으며, 테스트 설계 활동에서 테스트 설계 기법을 제대로 활용하고 있지 못하고 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 테스트 설계 활동과 테스트 설계 기법을 소개한다. TMMi 및 ISTQB 지식체계에서 제시하고 있는 테스트 설계 기법을 기반으로 실제 무기체계 내장형 소프트웨어의 테스트 시 적용하였던 테스트 설계 기법을 소개하고, 테스트케이스를 효과적으로 도출할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

The importance of manuals is emphasized because chemical accidents require swift response and recovery, and often result in environmental pollution and casualties. In this regard, the OECD revised OECD Guidelines for the Prevention, Preparedness, and Response to Chemical Accidents (referred to as the OECD Guidelines), in June 2023. Moreover, while existing research primarily raises awareness about chemical accidents, highlighting the need for a system-wide response including laws, regulations, and manuals, it was difficult to find comparative research on the attributes of manuals. So, this paper aims to compare and analyze the second and third editions of the OECD Guidelines, in order to uncover the information attributes and implications of the revised version. Specifically, TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) was applied to understand which keywords have become more important, and Word2Vec was applied to identify keywords that were used similarly and those that were differentiated. Lastly, a 2×2 matrix was proposed, identifying the topics within each quadrant to provide a deeper comparison of the information attributes of the OECD Guidelines. This study offers a framework to help researchers understand information attributes. From a practical perspective, it appears valuable for the revision of standard manuals by domestic government agencies and corporations related to chemistry.

In the policy management of the safety&health, the environment and the quality, the documentation of the management system is required in every international regulatory guides. In case of 3 level classification of the system documents, it generally will be identified such name as the manual, the procedure and the job instruction. Each document has the unique role and usage though, the job instructions, especially, would be developed to support the practical job worker. So, the job instructions should be reflect the latest know-how of the job-handling methods. And that, it should be used at any times by the practical job worker. This study is planned to survey the actual usage status of the job instructions of the domestic enterprises, and tried to suggest the effective way of maintaining the documents.

본 연구는 지역간 고속도로에 비해 통행수요가 높고, 진·출입램프 간격이 짧으며, 구간의 용량변화가 심하고, 기하설계 기준이 낮은 도시고속도로 교통안전시설물의 설치·운영상의 문제점을 검토하고, 이를 통한 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 도시고속도로 교통안전시설물 문헌조사는 국내외 관련 기준서를 비교 분석하였으며, 현황 조사는 서울지역의 도시고속도로중 올림필대로를 중심으로 시설물의 종류, 설치방법, 시인성등을 조사하였다. 문헌과 현황조사 결과에 의하면 현행 시설물 중에는 설치 기준의 누락 또는 새로이 개발된 시설물 기준 등이 미흡하며, 시설물의 설치 및 운영이 현행 기준에 크게 못 미치는 것을 나타났다. 또한 경제성을 고려한 시설상호간 중복 및 모순을 배제할 필요가 있으며, 시설물의 유지관리체계 마련이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기초연구를 통한 신개발 시설물의 설치 기준 설정, 현행 기준의 명확한 적용으로 시인성 및 통일성 확보, 시설물의 중복성 배제와 기능성 확립, 유지관리체계 마련, 그리고 도시고속도로 특성에 맞는 시설물 설치 기준서 및 실무지침서의 개발을 제안하였다.
