  • 본 연구에서는 P3기반의 프로젝트 관리 모델을 제안하였다. 제안한 모델은 최근 프로젝트 추진의 범위가 신제품개발, 연구관리, 시스템개발과 경영혁신을 포함하는 등 다각적으로 전개됨에 따라 다양한 프로젝트를 수용할 수 있도록 Program, Project, 그리고 Portfolio를 통한 이슈, 예산, 자원, 위기, 변경관리, 산출물 관리 등에서 신속한 의사결정을 지원할 수 있도록 구현 하였으며, 이렇게 구현된 제안 모델은 빠르게 변화 되는 프로젝트 관리에서 신속한 의사결정과 프로젝트와 연계된 사람 간의 협업을 지원하는 면에서 우수함을 보인다.

  • Recently, as the non-face-to-face environment has developed due to COVID-19 and environmental pollution, the importance of online digital healthcare is increasing, and venture start-ups and activities such as health care, telemedicine, and digital treatments are also actively underway. This study conducted the impact on the acceptability of digital healthcare smartwatches with an integrated approach of the expanded integrated technology acceptance model (UTAUT2) and the behavioral inference model (BRT). The most advanced integrated technology acceptance model for innovative technology acceptance research was used to identify major factors such as utility expectations, social effects, convenience, price barriers, lack of alternatives, and behavioral intentions. For the study, about 410 responses from ordinary people in their teens to 60s across the country were collected, and based on this, the hypothesis was verified using structural equations after testing reliability and validity of the data. SPSS 23 and AMOS 23 were used for research analysis. Studies have shown that personal innovation has a significant impact on the reasons for acceptance (use value, social impact, convenience of use), attitude, and non-use (price barriers, lack of alternatives, and barriers to use). These results are the same as the results of previous studies that confirmed the influence of the main value of innovative ICT on user acceptance intention. In addition, the reason for acceptance had a significant effect on attitude, but the effect of the reason for non-acceptance was not significant. It can be analyzed that consumers are interested in new ICT products and new services, but purchase them more carefully and selectively. This study has evolved from the acceptance analysis of general-purpose consumer innovation technology to the acceptance analysis of consumer value in smartwatch digital healthcare, which is a new and important area in the future. Industrially, it can contribute to the product's purchase and marketing. It is hoped that this study will contribute to increasing research in the digital healthcare sector, which will play an important role in our lives in the future, and that it will develop into in-depth factors that are more suitable for consumer value through integrated approach models and integrated analysis of consumer acceptance and non-acceptance.

  • In the civil market, companies launch new products when the acquired innovations are ready, but in defense, customer requests the innovation applied weapon systems. The technology adoption cycle model takes unusual form of market like inverse chasm takes technology inversely. This thesis describes an inverse chasm from the perspective of technology adoption cycle, equipped product model, and technical progress S-curve. As a way to overcome the inverse chasm, considering factors like a self-investment demo model, customer needs, and the temporary chasm expanding phenomenon are derived. And order-effective relationship analysis and chasm marketing strategy are suggested. Especially securing the core technologies and possibility for equipped product by developing self-investment demo model are identified as a good marketing strategy of chasm. This analysis and strategy suggest the policy implications for preemptive advantage of market positioning in the procurement process of defense, discontinuous innovation technology applied on.

Effect of Space Order on New Product Adoption: Moderated by Product Newness (공간 정리가 소비자의 신제품 수용 의도에 미치는 영향: 제품의 새로움의 조절 효과)

  • Purpose - People have long thought that disorderly space would influence their lives negatively. However, disorderly space may have positive impact such as increasing sales for new products for store managers. Borrowing the prior findings that disorderly space enhances creativity, we developed two hypotheses regarding space order, product newness, and new product adoption. We hypothesize that space order negatively influences new product adoption and that the proposed negative effect of space order on new product adoption is moderated by product newness. Research design, data, and methodology - We conducted a pre-test in China using 70 undergraduate students to test whether two newly developed cosmetic products were appropriate for the experimental stimuli. We confirmed that a fragrance patch concept, which is unavailable in the market, is a RNP (Really New Product), and an edible fragrance, which is available in the market, is an INP (Incrementally New Product). Next, we conducted a main experiment with a 2 (Space order: orderly vs. disorderly) × 2 (Product newness: RNP vs. INP) between-subjects design in China using 100 undergraduate students. Half of the participants answered questions on the disorderly desk and the other half answered questions on the orderly desk. Results - We obtained evidence from the main experiment that consumers' new product adoption is the function of space order and product newness. First, participants were more likely to adopt the RNP when they were in the disorderly space than in the orderly space. However, the effect of space order on new product adoption disappeared when the product was INP; the adoption rates for the INP did not differ between the participants who answered questions on the disorderly desk and the participants who did so on the orderly desk. Conclusions - Our findings are counter intuitive. Contrary to the conventional wisdom that neat and tidy space benefits store managers, the research demonstrated that disorderly space increases sales, providing fresh insights into store managers to manage their stores and shops to sell new products. In order to help store visitors understand the value of really new products, store managers will have to sacrifice space order to some extent.

  • This study defined acceptance of high-tech new product as user's active using the product such as utilizing application software rather than purchasing it. As exploring factors to effect on customer's acceptance, usefulness expectancy was examined from product side and application side. When investigating the exogenous variables to influence on usefulness expectancy from the product side, customer's product knowledge and social influences are put forward to support the hypothesis. From the application side, customer's knowledge about the application and its trust are put to explain usefulness expectancy of the application. Smart phone users were good subjects for this study and most hypotheses were tested using structural equation model and the results are followings. First usefulness expectancy of the product and of application significantly effect on customer's intention to use high-tech new product and also usefulness expectancy of the product positively effects on which of the application. Second customer's perceived knowledge about the product and social influences impact usefulness expectancy of the product. But third customer's perceived trust toward application didn't any positive impact usefulness expectancy of the application. Through the result, there will be several implications. First, from both of side; product and application, customer's usefulness expectancy should be satisfied to be successful in high-tech products market. Second, customer should be Ieant about advantages of the product and knowledge about the application as well, and then trigger their usefulness expectancy.

An Study of Demand Forecasting Methodology Based on Hype Cycle: The Case Study on Hybrid Cars (기대주기 분석을 활용한 수요예측 연구: 하이브리드 자동차의 사례를 중심으로)

  • This paper proposes a model for demand forecasting that will require less effort in the process of utilizing the new product diffusion model while also allowing for more objective and timely application. Drawing upon the theoretical foundation provided by the hype cycle model and the consumer adoption model, this proposed model makes it possible to estimate the maximum market potential based solely on bibliometrics and the scale of the early market, thereby presenting a method for supplying the major parameters required for the Bass model. Upon analyzing the forecasting ability of this model by applying it to the case of the hybrid car market, the model was confirmed to be capable of successfully forecasting results similar in scale to the market potential deduced through various other objective sources of information, thus underscoring the potentials of utilizing this model. Moreover, even the hype cycle or the life cycle can be estimated through direct linkage with bibliometrics and the Bass model. In cases where the hype cycles of other models have been observed, the forecasting ability of this model was demonstrated through simple case studies. Since this proposed model yields a maximum market potential that can also be applied directly to other growth curve models, the model presented in the following paper provides new directions in the endeavor to forecast technology diffusion and identify promising technologies through bibliometrics.

전통발효식품의 육성 방안과 세계화 전략

  • 발효는 인류의 역사와 함께 해 왔으며 과학 기술발전에 따라 자연 발효에서 관리하는 방법으로 급격히 변하고 있다. 발효는 미생물과 미생물이 생산한 효소의 작용으로 일어나는바 미생물 관리를 통하여 실로 다양한 제품 생산이 가능하고 역할의 범위도 지극히 넓다. 즉 원하는 최종 제품의 종류에 따라 미생물을 선택하거나 발효조건을 관리하여 목적 지향적 완제품 생산이 가능한 경우가 많다. 한국인의 식단을 이루는 기본은 각종 발효 제품을 근간으로 하는 조미료이며, 조미료에 따라 맛의 변화가 온다. 발효를 통하여 소화성의 증대, 비타민 등 새로운 미량물질의 생산, 풍미의 개선 혹은 새롭게 창조하거나 저장기간을 연장하기도 하며, 사용하는 원료와는 완전히 다른 신제품을 만들어 내기도 한다. 근래의 연구 결과들을 살펴보면 여러 기능성 물질이 발효를 통하여 생성되며 이들이 인체 내에서 긍정적 역활을 한다는 것이 밝혀지고 있다. 전통식품 중 발효식품은 가장 큰 비중을 차지하며 곡류 중심의 식단에 맛을 부여하여 먹는 즐거움을 주고 전망있는 다른 산업으로 발전 해 나갈 수 있는 특성이 있다. 발효식품은 다양한 원료를 사용 할 수 있고 원료에 따라 많은 서로 다른 제품생산이 가능하다. 우리나라에서 생산되는 주요 발효식품은 김치를 포함한 절임류, 곡물 또는 과실을 이용한 주류, 어류로 각종 젓갈을 만들 수 있으며 근래 수요가 늘고 있는 요구르트 등도 인기 있는 발효식품이다. 특히 발효식품에 관여하는 미생물들이 probiotic으로 작용하여 장내 미생물의 항산성 유지 및 유해 세균의 증식억제 등 긍정적 역할을 하며 우유 발효균으로 알려진 젖산균류 뿐만 아니라 다른 세균들도 probiotic으로 작용한다는 것이 밝혀지고 있으며, 특히 장류에 많이 관여하는 Bacillus 속 들의 긍정적 역할이 속속 알려지고 있다. 또한 발효를 통하여prebiotic도 만들어지는 것을 알 수 있다. 앞으로 발효식품의 기능성의 과학적 입증 발효의 과학적 관리, 제품의 다양화와 함께 안전성도 검토할 대상이다. 또한 심도있게 발효 관여 미생물을 탐색, 동동하고 발효기반의 이용확대, 맞춤형 특수 미생물의 탐색과 용도 확인 등 노력이 필요하다. 우리나라 전통식품 중 큰 비중을 차지하는 발효식품을 세계화하기 위해서는 건강기능성의 과학적 기반 구축과 전문 학술 활동을 통한 홍보, 현지 식품에 맞는 fusion food의 개발도 필요하다. 발효식품을 포함한 전통식품은 경제적 측면과 함께 문화적 가치가 동시에 고려되어야 하고 다문화 추세에 따라 유연성 있게 변화를 수용 할 필요도 있다. 전통 발효식품을 우리 식문화를 세계에 전파시키는 좋은 매체로 활용 할 수 있을 것이다.

  • A AD communication strategy is a inregrated strategy of business group for the purpose of attaining certain goals with a series of activities, which are systematically planned, investigated, fomulated,performed, and evaluated. The ad communication strategy should be established on the result of researching and analyzing the conditions of a company. And it can has to be commonly applied to every strategy to heighten the mutual effect. The purpose of the thesis is to suggest direction of an effective ad communication strategy and to recognize the importance of prantical example of ADcommunication strategy. The object of this thesis is the general aspect of strategy than specific aspect. The first chapter explains in general terms the purpose of this study and communication strategy. The second chapter explains the analysis of the market for seasoning products. A thorough investigation has performed to determin the entire market enviornment. The third chapter suggests the communlcayion strategy based on the market analysis of the seasioning product. Which can be applicable to any other products. The fourth chapter explains the results of this study and evaluates the K.J Sampoo ad communication strategy and given for the future.

Telecommunication Service Usage as Predictor of the Timing of Handset Buyers' Replacement Purchases (통신서비스 이용행태 분석을 통한 휴대폰 교체기간 예측)

  • With the explosive growth of mobile products industry, tons of newer versions of products are putting on the market. From the marketer's perspective, understanding consumers' replacement purchases, especially the replacement timing, is essential to product planning and selling. This study presents an approach to finding out factors influencing the timing of buyers' replacement purchases of cell phones, using duration analysis; a hazard function specification is applied to describe consumers' replacement timing decision. Based on the data collected from a mobile telecommunication company, five categories of factors have been inspected. These are consumer's innovative service usage, data service usage, voice service usage, participation in loyalty programs, and the demographic characteristics. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, the positive coefficient of 'the number of related services used' suggests that the consumers who have more usage knowledge tend to replace faster. Secondly, customers participating in the membership service are positively associated with early replacement purchases. Lastly, younger customers(vs. older) and male(vs. female) customers turned out to replace cell phones earlier.

Impact of the Physical Characteristics of Smart Wristbands and Smartwatches on Perceived Functional, Aesthetic, And Symbolic Values (스마트팔찌와 스마트워치의 물리적 특성이 지각된 기능적, 심미적, 상징적 가치에 미치는 영향)

  • This study explores the impact of physical characteristics (e.g., shape, color, material, size, weight, technical features) of smart wristbands and smartwatches on consumers' perceived functional, aesthetic, and symbolic values using an extended technology acceptance model. An online survey was conducted with adult residents of the United States who had experience using smart wristbands or smartwatches. Participants were asked about various physical characteristics of products they had used in the past year or were currently using, and their evaluations of these characteristics. The results revealed that the shape of the front display shape significantly influenced symbolic value, with circle shape and square shpae showing significantly higher symbolic value than rectangle shape. Wristband materials also had a significant impact on symbolic value, with metal and leather showing higher symbolic value among various materials. Additionally, an increase in product size was associated with higher symbolic value. Moreover, certain technical features such as activity tracker, alarm clock, and distance tracking influenced perceived functional value, while functions like time display, GPS, and email influenced perceived aesthetic value. Pedometer, GPS, and email were found to enhance perceived symbolic value. These findings provide valuable insights into consumer preferences for smart wristbands and smartwatches, serving as valuable information for product improvement and new product development.
