Types and Site Characteristics of Rocks with Sinsun Relevant Place Name Morpheme ('신선(神仙)'을 지명소(地名素)로 하는 바위명의 유형과 입지특성)

  • This study focused on relevant rock names related to Sinsun(神仙) which had been settled as Taoist traces were combined with places. While interpreting major features of Sundoism relevant rocks, it also discussed types and places of rocks reflected in their names by considering distinct characteristics of landscape characters that ancestors viewed through the rocks or on the rocks. Conclusion of this study is summarized as follows. 1. Among the rock names related to Sinsun, the most frequently discovered one was Sinsunbawi(52) and followed by Sinsunbong(神仙峰: 38), Sinsundae(神仙臺: 31). Other than these, there were Gangsundae(降仙臺: 12), Sunyoodae (仙遊臺: 10) and Sasundae(四仙臺: 5). 2. In the name of Sinsundae, 'Dae(臺)' ascertains that it was located in greatly superb place in the aspects of viewpoint and appreciation where landscape superiority and overlook scenery were fair and outstanding. 3. Sinsunbong was named for a peak of mountain. At the same time, it implied a notion of worship with images of 'merging with sky' or 'looking up.' Most of time, Sinsunbong indicated the tallest rock in the mountain chain. 4. A significant number of Sinsunbong had names where legends of Sinsun's Go game or descent were originated from. It shows that 'Sinsun(仙) and Go game' used to be very important motives for folk etymology of Sinsun related rocks. Along with the Sinsundae, a number of Sinsunbawi were also turned out to exist in land and ocean with excellent marine view. 5. According to analysis of their altitudes and heights of the peaks where the rocks belong to, Sinsunbong, Sinsundae and Sinsunbawi were in order. It might indicate that the rocks were located on top of mountain or that Sinsunbong represented the mountain itself. Compared to this, Sinsundae was located in where distant panoramic views were overlooked. It was not necessarily to be in peak but in where with a great view like Taoist world. On the other hand, Sinsunbawi was located in where has fine scenery and great valley not so far from villages, which proved its name had been influenced by place feature not altitude. 6. Feature of rock with Sinsun related name is to comprise visual stability of worship object with close linkage to attitude of worshiper. Considering its deep connection with communicative method of worship object and worshiper, seemingly it was main factor to lead folk etymology of rocks with Sinsun related names. 7. Rock is an object with the greatest implication of Sinsun imagination and Sinsun rocks show most clearly the fact that Taoism, which used to be considered as inaccessible, had been actualized in a visual and realistic manner with the change of time.

소비자의 신선편이식품에 대한 수요와 요구

  • 신선편이 농산식품에 대한 소비자 조사에 대한 요약은 다음과 같다. 1. 과실 및 채소류의 구입 장소는 대형할인마트가 $60.5\%$로 가장 많으며 연령이 감소할수록 대형할인마트에서의 구입 빈도가 높았다. 2. 과실과 채소류의 구입 빈도는 전업주부 보다는 직장인의 구입 빈도가 높았다. 3. 신선편이 농산식품을 구입하게 된 동기는 조리시간 단축, 적정량 구입이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 구입하지 않은 이유로는 비싼 가격과 신선해 보이지 않기 때문으로 대답하였으나 향후 구입 의향에 대해서는 $68.1\%$가 긍정적인 반응을 나타내었다. 5. 신선편이 농산식품의 구입경험은 $62\%$로 식품소비층인 30-40대, 고학력일수록 더 많이 구입한 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 구입경험이 있는 사람은 편리성, 신선함, 맛, 다양성 등의 긍정적인 반응을 보였으나 구입경험이 없는 사람은 익숙하지 않거나 비싸다고 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 6. 신선편이 농산식품의 구매 형태는 필요한양만큼 절단된 형태를 선호 하였다. 7. 신선편이 농산식품의 적정가격 수준은 신선 과실 및 채소 가격의 $110-140\%$를 가장 많이 선택했다 8. 신선편이 농산식품의 구매 고려 품질요인으로는 신선함, 위생, 외관 등의 순 이였고 이들을 개선한다면 지속적으로 구매하겠다고 대답한 사람이 $87.7\%$로 조사되었다.

Chemical Composition of Hericium erinaceum Cultured by the Extracts of Angelica keiskei and the Byproduct of Angelica keiskei (신선초 및 신선초박을 이용한 노루궁뎅이버섯 배양추출물의 화학성분)

  • To utilize the abandoning byproducts after manufacturing fresh vegetable juice, Hericium erinaceum (H. erinaceum) was cultured using Angelica keiskei (AK) and the byproducts of Angelica keiskei (BAK) as anutrient and the chemical composition of the culture extract was analyzed. When H. erinaceum was cultured using culture media of AK and BAK, it showed 107{\sim}112 mm of growth during 40 days. The moisture contents of AK and BAK extracts were 94.36 and 97.36%, respectively; however, those of extracts of H. erinaceum cultured in AK and BAK decreased to 90.95 and 94.20%, respectively. Reversely, other chemical compositions were increased. The vitamin A content of AK extract was 20.78 IU/100 mL and was higher than those of other extracts. However, vitamin A was not detected in extracts of H. erinaceum cultured with AK and BAK. In contrast, vitamin $B_2$ and C in the extracts of H. erinaceum cultured were higher than those of AK and BAK. Total ash content including Fe, P, Mg, and Ca increased in the extracts of H. erinaceum cultured when compared with AK and BAK extracts. Total amino acid content was also higher in the extracts of H. erinaceum cultured (231.08 and 372.25 mg%) than those in the extracts of AK (177.17 mg%) and BAK (149.99 mg%).

  • Recently, the fresh logistics recognizes to be created the high value-added part for logistics companies. Because the fresh logistics, which provides the system of temperature control and sanitary management, is able to be created more better high value-added products than the existed logistics system. In this research, we suggest the fresh logistics cluster for the proposal of activation in the field of food industry, which apply good activity for fresh logistics, and show the present condition and matters domestic fresh logistics market. This study did analyze the status & volume of perishable cargo which come from the imported Chinese fresh products representatively, at Incheon port and assume to build the fresh logistics cluster complex at Songdo FEZ, which is available developing and located near by Incheon port. The actual intensive study should be progressed for Korean logistics companies in order to optimize to the suitable fresh logistics system, need to set up the policy and management of statistical data concerning fresh logistics system.

  • 신선 가공용 소재로 사용되는 $0.4\%C$이상의 탄소강의 신선성은 미세조직 변화에 크게 영향을 받다 제2상으로 존재하는 초석 페라이트 또는 세멘타이트의 형성을 적극 억제하여야 한다. 펄라이트 조직에서는 오스테나이트 결정립 크기 및 세멘타이트 두께를 미세하게 하는 것이 신선성 향상에 유리하며 특히 아공석강에서 펄라이트 단상으로 미세조직을 제어하면 매우 우수한 신선성의 향상을 얻을 수 있어 신선 도중 실시하는 중간 열처리를 생략할 수 있다.

Biological Activities of Ethanol Extracts from Hericium erinaceus Mycelium on Angelica keiskei and Angelica keiskei Pomace (신선초와 신선초박에 배양한 노루궁뎅이버섯 균사체 에탄올 추출물의 생리활성 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the antioxidant, nitrite scavenging, angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE), and tyrosinase inhibition activities of ethanol extracts from Hericium erinaceus (HE) cultured in Angelica keiskei (AK) and Angelica keiskei pomace (AKP). Antioxidant activities of the HE, AK, AKP, HE+AK, and HE+AKP extracts were higher than that of control, but lower than those of BHT and Vit C. Tyrosinase inhibition activity was the highest in AKP+HE extract (90%), whereas those of HE, AK, AKP, and AK+HE extracts were about 57, 61, 82, and 78%, respectively. Nitrite scavenging abilities of various samples were above 80% at pH 1.2, and there was no significant difference between the HE, AK, AK+HE, and AKP+HE extracts at pH 3.0, excepting the AKP extract. ACE inhibition activity was the highest in AKP extract (60%), whereas those of HE, AK, AK+HE and AKP+HE extracts were about 42%, 50%, 35% and 40%, respectively. These results suggest that H. erinaceus cultured in AK and AKP may be used as a raw material for functional foods, and food additives, as well as in the cosmetic industry as a natural source of bioactive compound after further investigation in vivo.

Analysis of Volatile Flavor Components from Allium senescens (두메부추의 휘발성 향기성분 분석)

  • To investigate the usefulness of Allium senescens as a aromatic edible plant, volatile flavor components and flavor pattern were analyzed. Essential oils of fresh and freeze dried Allium senescens were extracted by SDE(simultaneous steam distillation and extraction) method using diethyl ether as solvent. And their volatile flavor components were analyzed by gas chromatography(GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). A total of 46 components, including 11 hydrocarbons, 9 aldehydes, 4 alcohols, 2 esters, 7 acids, 4 ketones and 9 sulfur containing compounds were identified in fresh Allium senescens. In freeze dried Allium senescens, 8 hydrocarbons, 5 aldehydes, 3 alcohols, 5 esters, 2 acids, 3 ketones and 4 sulfur containing compounds were identified. Volatile flavor patterns of Chinese chive and Allium senescens were compared using electronic nose. The score of first principal component was significantly different in Allium senescens and Chinese chive.
