스마트홈과 연동하는 안전한 방범창은 외부의 침입자를 차단하고 주거 내의 물품 도난 및 개인의 신변을 보호하기 위한 안전설비로 다양한 형태의 방범창이 존재한다. 스마트홈은 건물 내의 센서가 화재를 감지하면 방범창 내부의 원격시스템이 자동으로 방범창을 매우 짧은 시간 안에 개방할 수 있도록 설계한다. 화재 등 재난시 상하부 방법창이 자동으로 개폐되도록 랙피니언을 이용하여 방범창의 위쪽 창틀을 상승시켜 창살이 움직일 수 있도록 개방하고 동시에 아래쪽 창틀이 회전하도록 구성하여 화재 및 폭우 등에 인명피해를 줄일 수 있도록 설계한다. 스마트홈 시스템과의 연계로 재난을 미리 감지하고 탈출구를 개방한다면 신속하고 안전한 대피가 가능하고, 기존의 프레임 부분 변경에 간단한 시스템만 변경하여 적용할 수 있어, 간단한 구조로 설치할 수 있고 낮은 비용으로 스마트홈을 구성할 수 있다. 특히 스마트홈과 연동하여 재난을 미리 감지하고 탈출구를 개방함으로써 신속하고 안전한 대피가 가능하여 다양한 재난을 대비할 수 있다.

Privacy of personal information disclosure incident occurs frequently as a problem to our society's most important and sensitive social agenda is emerging. Personal information is actually more accurate, depending on the type or types of economic value and sensitivity, the quality of the information, because it can cause a spill a serious social threat and systematic personal information protection and management are not carried out and the information society in a big mess can result. Customers my affairs when small guard security companies, especially the sensitive personal information of customers who need to work, the collected information be leaked or the company's trade secrets, are exposed on the outside, it could be a serious threat to a greater problem cause. Small escort guard companies, however, compared with large companies to build its own security system, due to issues such as the extent of funding, staffing shortages, there are many difficulties. Status of Information Security, scale and analyze the characteristics of small escort guard companies occupied by guard security companies in the present study, sleep, look at him in the solution of the practical issues of information protection system laid small guard. Expenses supplier of propose a security system for preventing the leakage of personal information.

The guarantee of citizens' safety from crime is the reason for a nation's existence according to the social contract, and it is also a salient task in securing the citizens' right to the pursuit of happiness, which is a constitutional right expressing the nation's duty to its citizens. First, a procedure must be made mandatory that corresponds to the Miranda rule applied during the arrest of criminal suspect, which verifies whether there exists a risk of retaliatory crime to the victim of crime, crime reporter, or witness following their report of a crime or testimony. A measure to punish those who violate this should be devised. The second is the improvement of related laws and systems, such as expanding the scope of persons subject to protection from retaliatory crimes under the current law and strengthening information protection. Third, a retaliatory crime risk evaluation index must be developed, and the evaluation results must be quantified to clearly state measures and responsibilities, in detail, for personal safety at each level of intensity. The fourth is the expanded implementation of proactive personal safety measures for victims of crime and witnesses, as well as the development and application of advanced techniques. The last is a change in the perception s of those working for the judicial body. From the initial investigation stage of the crime to the diagnosis regarding the possibility of retaliation perpetrated on an ex-convict through psychological tests, systems of general cooperation, and mutual assistance must be established.

최근 Wellness 산업과 스마트 디바이스가 융합되면서 기존의 질병관리 체계보다 앞서 예방하는 건강관리 u-Healthcare 가 개발되고 있다. 하지만 u-Healthcare 에서 취급되는 개인정보 및 의료정보는 메시지 탈취/변조로 인해 공격자에게 악용되어 의료사고를 유발하고 환자의 생명까지 앗아갈 수 있으며 또한 프라이버시 침해로 인해 사용자의 신변을 보장 받을 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 웰니스 서비스의 u-Healthcare 보안의 고려사항과 연구동향에 대해 살펴보고 현재 u-Healthcare 분야에서 보안이 적용된 시스템에 대해 분석하고 취급되는 정보보호의 중요성에 대해 고찰한다.

The domestic casino industry is attempting to change from the existing single form to the advanced-type of complex casino resort. In addition, the importance of the security management system, which prevents and responds to accidents caused by negative influences of gambling, is emphasized at the casino enterprise level. Therefore, this study aimed to find measures to revitalize the security management system for domestic casinos only for foreigners through an analysis of relevant literature and case studies. As a result of the analysis, it was found that in order to effectively cope with changes in the casino industry, three areas were needed to be revamped: (1) a lack of protocols which intend to protect casino security personnel, (2) an inefficient operational system due to the dualized casino security management system, and (3) a lack of systematic educational system for casino security personnel. This study therefore proposed three measures: (1) a review of revisions of related laws to protect casino security personnel, (2) enhancement of professionalism of casino security personnel and (3) establishment of a single operating system of the casino security management operating system.

The aim of the present study was to determine whether secondary traumatic stress and burnout of CPS workers in Korea differ, being significantly affected by different variables of each own. A two-way MANCOVA was conducted to determine the effect of trauma exposure and work-condition satisfaction on secondary traumatic stress(intrusion and avoidance) and burnout(emotional deprivation, depersonalization, personal achievement) while controlling for gender, age, and personal trauma history. Exposure to clients' traumatic material did not affect secondary traumatic stress and burnout either. Rather, it was found that both of secondary traumatic stress and burnout was significantly affected by the same independent variables(level of exposure to being threatened by violent abusers of victims and the level of workers' satisfaction of work conditions in workplace). Therefore, it was difficult to address that secondary traumatic stress and burnout have a completely different construct.

Security Act has been partially revised many times since it was revised to "Security Service Act". Main contents of such revision consist of the addition of security work such as protection or special security, responsibility enforcement of security company or security guard and systematic management of security service based on security work of previous security service act. But, it needs to be checked out that the fundamental matter about the concept of 'security' is directly related as double-edged sword in such flow of legal revision. That is because security service satisfies the multiple needs for security in the modern risky society and is based on the concept of active management whose goal is to forster and develop the function of actual security service comparing that current "Security Service Act" regulates the formal security service whose goal is permission of security service and systematic management based on article 2 as previous facilities and manned security that is guard duty-centered security service in another respect. So, this study pointed out the limit of interpreting security and security service in "Security Services Industry Act" in respect of providing private security service and drew the conclusion that the legislation and efforts are required for 'security for citizen' by reinterpreting the legislation and revision of private security service-related law as the normal regulation of "Security Services Industry Act" and the special law of "Private Security Services Industry Act".

When the character of space could be dichotomized into the existing public space and private space, social order could be maintained by public policing only, Since enormous private property was formed and private space was enlarged by the development of capitalism, however, the necessity of private policing system came to the front. The large capitalists began to establish separate policing system to protect their property and safety. However, as social alteration was further diversified scale of economy was enlarged, the character of space could not be simply explained owing to the formation of space that could not be explained by simple dichotomous division. Namely, the 3rd space was formed as middle class between public space and private space. The 3rd space created additional demand of policing besides the existing public policing and private policing. The policing system to safety such demand of policing is called hybrid policing. As policing system in which character and legal status of public policing and private policing are mixed, the hybrid policing system may be originated from the diversification of demand of policing. Johnston insists that the demand of hybrid policing system will be further increased, becoming the model of policing system in the future. In Korea, the police guard system or special guard system can be classified into the type of hybrid policing. In accordance with the trend of diversified demand of policing in the future, I suggest to develop Korean model of hybrid policing system so that it can be utilized in elevating the policing index in Korean society.

「Security Services Industry Act」made in 1976 for the purpose of contributing to the good operation of services industry by establishing the requirements for promotion, development and systematic management of services industry has been since 26 times of overall revisions. Period division of private security through overall revision of 「Security Services Industry Act」 can be roughly divided into three periods. The first is a settlement period. It is a period when the present five business areas were completed rom 1976 to 2001. Beginning with facility and escort security in 1996, five types of jobs have been prepared. so far by adding personal protection in 1996, and machine and special security in 2001. The second is a quantitative growth period. It is a period when quantitative development is made on the institutional basis. As various culture, sports and arts events are increasing based on the demand of security services due to an increase in the people's sense of security, quantitative development was made, which additionally influenced the downward trend of capital and the possibility of having two jobs through revisions. The third is a qualitative growth period. From 2013 to the present is a period when quantitative growth has slowed and qualitative growth has been made. After the period of quantitative growth, the growth slowed down. However, by raising the criteria for permission of services industry through creation of a rule for the group civil petition, by raising capital, by institutionally compensating for diverse punishment regulations, by realizing the training hours for new security guards, by permitting private education, etc, the reliability and professionality of a security guard job has been to be recovered.

In advanced country, private investigation system is made up of private security and in domestic, there is growing need constantly to introduce private investigation but it is not passed until now in assembly so a messenger office which is run illegally is growing because of demand by subdividing business areas. That is a proof that both the police and private security don't meet demand of public peace to the public. that's why the police has own businesses like a investigation, traffic, intelligence, crime prevention and private security's business areas are limited like a facilities security, escort security, protection of a person, machine security, special security as the Private Security Act. This study attempts to know structural difference between private security system and private investigation system in case private investigation system becomes one of the private security. on some question, respondents reply like that private security and private investigation is very different(71.2%), different(22.4%), average(6.3%), similar(0.0%), very similar(0.0%). the result seems like respondents recognize private security and private investigation as different businesses. In the result of non-quantity analysis, the differences seem like a business character, expense, business scope, public power, scale of organization, object of threat, legislation. In domestic, effort to legislate private investigation system has undergone difficulty since congressman Ha Soon Bong's motion in 1999 and today, congressman Yoon Jae Ok's All Amendments Private Security Act and congressman Song Young Geun's Private Inveswtigation Act are pending in assembly. This study's result is intended for examining difference in exploration between private security and private investigation and then there is going to propose to the policy in case private investigation system is passed in assembly by amending Private Security Act like congressman Yoon Jea Ok's All Amendment Private Security Act.
