본 연구는 코로나19 상황에서 대한민국 긴급재난지원금의 모습을 주요 신문사 뉴스 기사들을 통해 분석하고 그 결과를 제시하고자 한다. 분석대상은 2020년 3월 22일부터(긴급재난지원금 첫 보도) 5월 31일까지, 중앙일간지(11개 신문사)의 '긴급재난지원금' 관련 신문기사들이다. 신문기사 분석방법론은 관련 연구주제가 선행연구가 축적되지 않는 상황에서 나름 가치 있는 연구접근법이다. 본 연구에서는 뉴스기사 빅데이터 분석 서비스인 빅카인즈를 활용하여, 관련기사의 뉴스 트렌드, 연관어, 관계도 등을 분석하여 제시하였다. 본 연구는 향후 해당 분석대상을 가지고, 보다 밀도 있고 깊이 있는 언어네트워크(의미망) 분석으로 확장해 나갈 계획이다.

국.도.군립 등 자연공원의 보호와 이용에 대한 도하각신문 기사의 초점은 모든 개발도상국들이 겪듯이 보호보다 이용.개발쪽에 시각을 높혀 지역민의 경제발전과 연계하려는 경향이 짙다. 더욱이 보호의식의 희박으로 환경오염의 심각성은 폭주하는 이용객과 정비례하는 적신호를 울리고 있어 보호의식의 선양이 초급하다. 참고로 최근 각신문(전문지 포함)에 비친 국립공원 등 자연공원에 관한 기사의 제목만이라도 엮어 매스콤의 초점을 살펴 연구자료로 삼고저 한다.

This study examined the problem of utilizing celebrity SNS in online news, which have increased by an average of 745 every year since 2010, reaching about 10,000 in 2021. 40 online newspapers were selected and 202,730 news articles produced by these newspapers in July 2021 were analyzed. As a result, 1.27% (2,582) of all articles were found to be using celebrity SNS as a source. This indicates that on average, online newspapers produce 2.08 celebrity SNS-utilized articles per day and 64.7 articles per month. Specifically, entertainer SNS (53.7%) was used the most compared to SNS of politician(39.8%) and influencer(6.5%). Instagram(69.1%, 57.1%) was utilized the most for entertainer and influencer and this were mostly related to personal information. On the other hand, Facebook(70.4%) was cited the most for politician, mostly related to opinions on social/political issues. The average length of SNS-based articles was 536 characters. The problem with news articles utilizing SNS is that most articles simply copy the SNS content without additional coverage(88.4%), and 14% of the articles did not disclose the exact source. Implication of the research on 40 online news agency is discussed.

The purpose of this study is to review what the Rodong Shinmun newspaper which represents the social communication of North Korea seeks, to search that the newspaper of North Korea consider the libraries to do certain roles in North Korea, and to review how these things, Rodong Shinmun and library, have developed themselves from historical and cultural aspects. First, it was reviewed whether the Rodong Shinmun and library had been closely related each other. Then, it was analyzed whether the formats and contents of the articles related with the libraries in the Rodong Shinmun had certain particular points or not. As the results, the 62 articles which were related with libraries were searched from 1971 to 2012 in the Rodong Shinmun and they had been analyzed by the aspects of subjects and styles. It was revealed that the actions of libraries in North Korea had been the special characteristics in formats and ways.

In order to read newspaper articles, the use of paper newspapers is decreasing and smartphone are increasingly used. As a result, the number of news apps continues to increase. Many of the news apps in the Android Play Store fall into two categories. The first is an app that is developed by a specific newspaper company and distributes only the articles of the newspaper company. The rest is an app that shows a list of newspapers and shows the homepage when a newspaper is selected. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a Real-Time News app for collecting articles from many newspapers and providing them in real time. Newspapers provide up-to-date articles with RSS feeds. The server program stores them in the DB, and transmits the articles requested in the Real-Time News app in real time. In order to see the latest news, it is possible to collect the articles of each newspaper without visiting the websites of the various newspapers, and it is possible to reduce the mobile data usage used to access each website.

본 논문은 "X라는 인물은 누구인가?"와 같은 질의어가 주어질 때, X라는 인물에 대한 나이, 직업, 학력 또는 특정 사건에서 X라는 인물의 역할에 대한 정보를 기술하는 문장을 인식하고 추출함으로써 해당 인물에 대한 신문 기사 내용을 요약하는 방법을 제시한다. 질의어 용어에 대해 가능한 많은 관련 문장을 추출하기 위하여 중심 벡터에 기반한 통계적 방법을 적용하였으며, 정확도와 재현율 성능을 개선하기 위해 위키피디어 같은 외부 지식을 사용한 중심 단어의 개선된 가중치 측도를 적용하였다. 실험 대상인 전자신문 말뭉치 상에서 출현 빈도수가 큰 20 인의 IT 인물에 대해 제안한 방법이 개선된 성능을 보임을 알 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 대학의 교양 및 전공 수업에서 4차 산업혁명의 시사적 내용을 이해하기 위하여 최신 ICT 기술, 서비스, 산업 등과 관련된 뉴스 및 신문 기사를 활용한 교육 모델을 제시한다. 교육 모델에서는 다양한 뉴스 신문 기사를 서로 비교하면서 보기 위하여 e-NIE(electronic news in education)와 전 세계 교육용 SNS인 Edmodo 콘텐츠 활용 방법을 소개한다. 수강생들을 실험집단으로 설정하여 수강 전과 후의 정성적 효과를 분석한 결과, 대학에서의 뉴스 신문 활용 강좌의 필요성에 대하여 크게 동감하였다(5점 척도의 점수가 14.9% 향상).

본 논문에서는 온라인 신문을 보는 사용자의 취향을 평가하고 취향에 맞는 인터페이스를 추천하는 시스템을 제안한다 신문사, 분류, 키워드 등의 평가요소에 대한 사용자 데이터의 중요도를 이용해 퍼지 측도$\square$적분으로 취향을 평가하여 해당되는 인터페이스를 제공한다. 또한 추천 받은 인터페이스에 대한 사용자의 만족도를 요소의 선택 빈도와 기사 읽은 시간 그리고 읽은 기사의 수로부터 추론하여 평가하고, 추론된 만족도에 의해 중요도를 변경시킴으로써 변화하는 사용자의 취향에 적응하는 시스템을 제안한다.

With the increased interest on the document copyright, many of researches related to the document plagiarism have been done up to now. The plagiarism problem of newspaper articles has attracted much interest because the plagiarism cases of the articles having much commercial values in market are currently happened very often. Many researches related to the document plagiarism have been so hard to be applied to the newspaper articles because they have strong real-time characteristics. So to detect the plagiarism of the articles, many human detectors have to read every single thousands of articles published by hundreds of newspaper companies manually. In this paper, we firstly sorted out the articles with high possibility of being copied by utilizing OpenAPI modules supported by web search companies such as Naver and Daum. Then, we measured the document similarity between selected articles and the original article and made the system decide whether the article was plagiarized or not. In experiment, we used YonHap News articles as the original articles and we also made the system select the suspicious articles from all searched articles by Naver and Daum news search services.
