It requires administrative supporting & Policies Aids on Maeul Community Media that confronted with reconstruction of community & interaction of residence. There are increased of community media research. This study examines the meanings of participants, the role of participants & volunteer, characteristic of community media, enlargement of residence, problems and activation of community media also conducted in-depth interviews of participants. According to the results of the analysis, the first it will be enforced administrative supporting & policies aids on Maeul Community Media. Secondly, suggests supporting of a municipal ordinance of Council. Thirdly, facilitate the education of program contents and management of community media. Finally, Supports of production costs.

This study develops and validates an objective scale to measure newspaper use at home by elementary school students and parents. We developed a preliminary scale of 59 items through the review of literature on newspaper use and mediation as well as the examination of content validity by education experts. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. A total of 42 items were supported by 703 parents with students in grades 1-6 using exploratory factor analysis. The model included 3 categories and 9 sub-factors: instruction (modeling, restriction, and text instruction), activities (play activity, conversation, online mediation, and scrap activity), and belief (academic achievement and information acquisition). Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed and validated the model fit; in addition, convergent validity, and discriminant validity, and cross validity was confirmed through correlation analysis by gender comparison and grade comparison. We also verified the validity of this scale through correlation analysis based on Yu and Jung (2012)'s newspaper mediation variables and scale in regards to children's motivation for using newspapers. Finally, internal consistency reliability and half reliability were also confirmed. In conclusion, the suitability and stability of home newspaper utilization scale for elementary students (HNUS-E) were confirmed. This scale provides parents and educators with ideas for the development of the children's literacy, cognitive, and affective domains that can be effectively used in research on newspaper use for school-aged children.

This study examines the contents and characteristics of 'Double First Class University Plan', which is conceived by Chinese government in 2015, following the current 211, 985 projects to develop comprehensively a group of elite Chinese universities and individual university departments into world class universities and disciplines by the end of 2050. For this study, we used the literature analysis method and collected various policy documents, research papers, newspapers and books published in China regarding this plan. First, this study looks at the development process, performance and limitations of 211, 985 projects. Second, it defines the concept of the world class university mentioned in China, and looks at the objectives and highlights of the plan. Finally, this study summarizes the characteristics of 'Double First Class University Plan' and the results such as focusing on the university's tradition and characteristic, cultivation and attraction of human resources, intensive financial support, and the introduction of a competitive system. Based on the results, this study proposes several implications such as establishing and implementing long-term and comprehensive higher education policies, inducing local government participation and support, focusing on fostering talents and developing disciplines, and putting emphasis on Korean characteristics in developing world class universities.

The purpose of this study was to develop practical problem-based home economics teaching.learning process plans about a unit 'the youth and consumer life' of middle school eighth-grade Technology and Home Economics by applying blended learning(BL) strategy. According to ADDIE instructional design model, this study was conducted in the following procedure: analysis, design/development, implementation, and evaluation. In the stage of design and development, the selected unit was converted into a practical problem-based unit, and practical problem-based teaching. learning process plans were designed in detail by using BL strategy. An online study room for practical problem-based home economics instruction grounded in BL strategy was prepared by using Edunet(http://community.edunet4u.net/${\sim}$consumer2). Eight-session lesson plans were mapped out, and study aids for students and materials for teachers were prepared. In the implementation stage, the first-session teaching plans that dealt with a minor question 'what preparations should be made to become a wise consumer' were utilized when instruction was provided to 115 eighth graders who were in three different province, and the other one was in a middle school in the city of Daejeon. The experimental teaching was implemented for two weeks in the following procedure: preliminary program, pre-online learning, main instruction and post- online learning. The preliminary program was carried out in a session in the classroom, and pre-online learning was provided before the main instruction was given in a session in the classroom. After the main instruction was completed, post-online learning was offered. In the evaluation stage, a survey was conducted on all the learners and teachers to find out their opinions and suggestions.

As a foundational research for formulating a comprehensive operation plan for Ulsan Library, this study has been undertaken to develop directions for the future library services by performing surveys on the users and library staffs. Consequently, first, the users have demonstrated such a high demand for collaborative services, such as make possible variable library services using a single membership ID across the nation. Second, there is a significant difference in the awareness among the two groups in regards to the awareness of promotional methods for the facilitation of the use of public library in Ulsan. That is, while the staffs highly preferred the use of media such as newspaper, magazines, and radios, users demonstrated the converse and, instead, preferred field trip programs. Third, there seemed to be a certain level of agreement by and among the users and staffs in respect of the library's roles such as that of providing diverse education and programs on reading activities, and that of enabling diverse cultural activities such as arts and culture.

This article aims to identify the characters and theme shown in dance costume and utilize them from an educational perspective by constructing digital museum archiving, which can be systematically collected, classified and stored from dance costume. It deals with definition of digital museum archiving as theoretical background and examples of how to create digital museum archiving as research content. The role that archiving plays in digital museum and effectiveness have been demonstrated. Archive is a term used to indicate extensive material and its storage and referred to as an integrative model of display in the computer-generated space. When it comes to producing dance costume as a form of digital museum, the museum is to be made in the computer-generated area of dance costume. The museum shows each division of major, medium and minor classification. The major classification divides genre of dance performance into Korean dance, modern dance and ballet. The middle involves choreographers, costume designers. The minor categorization includes newspaper, interviews, performance pictures, and programs. Digital museum has the value of space utilization, creation, culture, utilization of multiple educational programs, offering of digital museum content, two-way communication, and program development of the new display form.

In an attempt to teace trands in fashion journalism based on the examination of recent fashion magazines in korea, this study has dealt with the followings: the number of articles on fashion, image of fashion, characteristics of articles, change in "coordinate" and titles, and length of time of publication. The results of this study follow: 1. Among the general magazines for ladies whose titles have been changed, those dedicated to the "Ms class" have increased the pages on fashion and coverage of casual brand: those for housewives have shown no change in contents despite the change in titles, 2. The length of time of publication does not affect the change in the number of articles on fashion. General magazines for ladies have shown the greater "coordinate" in articles on fashion. 3. In terms of the contents of articles on fashion, those devoted to fashion and clothing are specialized and innovation-oriented, whereas general magaines stress the provision of more practical information. 4. The emergence of the X-generation and the newer generation has resulted in positioning of clothing crand, making them chief tarhet readers.ing them chief tarhet readers.

A survey showed that the public perception of the shipping industry's overall image and economic role was relatively positive. The survey revealed that public perception was mixed with respect to the multifaceted role of the shipping industry. Based on the results of this survey, this paper proposes three approaches to improving the public perception of the shipping industry. The organization contact approach includes establishing shipping institutes for city people, holding various events targeted at the public, establishing a shipping memorial hall, developing a shipping-related culture and tourism, reinventing the image of the shipping industry through a shipping-culture movement, and creating new views of the shipping industry by conducting formal education. The goods and services contact approach includes building a brand image for shipping services, providing B2C services, utilizing the national image for the shipping industry, and participating in international cooperation projects. The text contact approach includes B2B advertising, advertisements focused on the national economic and multifaceted role of the shipping industry, package advertisements for the shipping industry and related industries, the Internet and high-technology media, government-initiated PR activities regarding the multifaceted role of the shipping industry, and funding for advertising the shipping industry.

This study aims to examine the state of accidents and related issues related to Theme Groups experiential learning experiences of students and suggest ways to improve security measures to prevent future incidents. Case studies of the sunken Sewol ferry and the collapse of the gymnasium at Mauna resort in Gyeongju are conducted by analyzing the existing literature and the data collected from the media sources and related agencies. With a basis on the findings of the analyses, it is suggested that legal foundation and disaster and risk management systems (systematic revision of the laws, raised safety awareness among citizens, production and education of security managers, formation of disaster management organizations, establishment of headquarters in case of emergency and installation of first aid facilities, improved national response system, enforcement of disaster drills, introduction of assessment system, etc.) must be established to contribute to creating a safer society.

목적: 간호전문직 위상정립에 영향을 미치는 간호 이미지에 관해 대학생을 대상으로 그들이 지각하는 간호이미지와 바람직한 간호자질을 조사하여 전문직 간호사로서의 이미지 형성을 위한 기초자료로 제공하기 위함이다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 N.시에 있는 1개 대학교의 간호학생 92명과 일반학생 100명으로 총 192명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용한 서술연구이다. 연구결과: 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 간호 이미지정도를 살펴보면, 비간호학생군(A군)에서는 영화나 TV를 통해서 간호 이미지가 형성된 것보다는 그렇지 않은 경우가 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났고(F=4.81, p=.03), 신문이나 잡지에서는 의사의 보조역할로 비춰진 것이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 니타났다(F=3.41, p=.01). 반면에 간호학생군(B군)은10%유의수준에서 통계적으로 유의한 결과는 간호사와 간호조무사를 복장이나 행동을 보고 구분할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다(F=2.25, p=.06). 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 간호사 자질정도를 보면, 두 군 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 간호이미지와 간호사 자질간의 상관관계에서는 r=.720(p=.000)으로 높은 순 상관관계를 보임을 알 수 있었다. 간호 이미지에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 예측변인은 간호사 자질로 52% 설명할 수 있었으며, 여기에 영화나 TV를 통해 형성된 경우를 추가하면 54%, 간호학생인 경우를 추가하면 총 56%로 간호 이미지를 설명할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 연구결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 제언을 할 수 있겠다. 1. 간호 대학생들이 긍정적인 간호 이미지를 경험하도록 올바른 윤리와 간호전문성을 정립할 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 2. 간호사 이미지 향상을 위한 대중매체의 활용전략에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
