Electronic financial accidents are constantly happening and these accidents are taking place by a combination of several causes such as technique, human, and structure. Among electronic financial accidents, personal information disclosure is most frequently happening and becomes big problems, because secondary damage like voice phishing causes great loss to society. This research model is that financial information security compliance affects the crisis response of financial institutions and financial authorities and these crisis responses affect financial information security trust. Research target is people who experienced the disclosure of their own financial information. For empirical verification, survey questionnaires were distributed and total 103 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. As results of data analysis, all hypotheses were accepted. First, financial information security compliance influenced the crisis response of financial institutions and authorities. Second, the crisis response of financial institutions and authorities affect financial information security trust. Third, at the moderating effect analysis, the importance of personal financial information moderated the effect of the crisis response of financial institutions on financial information security trust. And the disclosure level of personal financial information moderated the effect of the crisis response of financial authorities on financial information security trust.

이동 환경에서 회복 기법은 이동 환경을 구성하는 요소들의 낮은 신뢰성을 극복하기 위해 반드시 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 비관적 메시지 로깅 기법을 이용한 회복 프로토콜을 제안 한다. 제안하는 방법은 이동 호스트와 MSS에 두 종류의 검사점을 유지하되 이동 호스트의 부담을 줄이기 위하여 송신 메시지에 관한 정보만 이동 호스트에 로깅한다. 또한 검사점을 취할 때 시간 간격을 기준으로 사용하지 않고, 로깅된 메시지의 수에 따라 검사점 시점을 결정함으로써 저장되는 검사점의 수를 줄일 수 있다. 또한, 제안하는 방법은 고아 프로세스를 발생시키지 않음으로써 회복 후 일관된 전역 상태를 유지할 수 있다.

In water resources planning, to decide proper water supply capacity is a very important task. Once water supply system such as a dam is decided, it will affect whole range of water resources circumstances for a long time. Even though systematic approaches have been implemented since 1980, many problems are still prevail in reality. Especially some issues related to the reliability analysis method used in planning dams in Korea have been persistently brought up. This study is to diagnose problems on the reliability criterion in water supply capacity assessment of water resources systems and discuss a valid method. As a result, the estimates by the different analysis time intervals, in case of the temporal reliability, show no large difference, but there is a large difference when assessment time intervals are differently applied. The volumetric reliability accounts for 2~3% higher than that of the temporal reliability, and resiliency and vulnerability also show large differences by the analysis time intervals.

Financial service chatbots are hindering user experience with conversational errors and machine-like responses. This study aims to examine the effect of self-disclosure and emotional expression of an anthropomorphic chatbot on user experience before conversation errors occur in financial services. In financial inquiries, scenarios were designed based on self-disclosure type (positive vs. negative) and emotional expression level(high confident vs. low confident), and online experiments were conducted. The result revealed that when anthropomorphic chatbot provided self-disclosure and emotional expression, the main effect has been shown on trust, annoyance, service recovery, and intention to continuous use. In addition, interaction effects were significant in trust and annoyance. In conclusion, this paper demonstrated that anthropomorphic chatbot's positive self-disclosure and confident emotional expression influenced trust and annoyance.

This paper is a methodological research aimed at developing a mental disorder recovery scale (MDRS) and testing its validity and reliability. After three sessions of factor analysis, a total of three factors using an Eigen value of 1.0 or more were drawn. The explanatory power was found to be 58.1%. All the items met the criteria for communality and factor loading with no item removed, and, ultimately, 25 items were selected. Criterion-related validity test showed that Pearson's correlation coefficient was significant at .71 (p<.01) with significant correlation with each factor (p<.01). The reliability test showed that Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient was .95 and that Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient for each factor ranged from .87 to .93. MDRS, which was developed in this study and possessing 3 factors and 25 items, had both its validity and reliability confirmed; therefore, the developed scale would be useful to evaluate the recovery of individuals with mental disorder.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among child care teachers' personal characteristics, resilience, and social support. The subjects in this study were 154 child care teachers working in Gangwon province. The resilience questionnaire(Jung Hyun Lee, 2013) revised from KRQT-52(Korean Resilience Quotient Test) and the perceived social support scale(Lee Jae-Young, 2012) were used for this study. For the research analysis, frequency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient, and Pearson's correlation were calculated and ANOVA test, Scheff$\acute{e}$ post-hoc analysis, and regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows. Firstly, it was revealed that child care teachers' experiences, age, marital status, and type of child care center had a statistically meaningful difference in resilience. In contrast, teachers' educational backgrounds did not have a meaningful difference in resilience. Secondly, all the sub-variables of teacher's perceived social support had a positive statistically significant correlation with all sub-variables of their resilience. Thirdly, physical support of child care teachers' perceived social support had statistically meaningful positive influences on the positive characteristics and the overall resilience. Also evaluative support of child care teachers' perceived social support had statistically meaningful positive influences on the interpersonal skills, self-regulation, positive characteristics, and the overall resilience of resilience. In conclusion, the results indicated that it is needed to strengthen child care teachers' perceived social support for enhancing resilience, taking into account the background characteristics of individual teachers.
