Reliability and Validity of the Korean Version of the Recovery Assessment Scale(RAS) for Psychiatric Patients (정신과 환자를 위한 한국판 회복평가척도(Recovery Assessment Scale)의 신뢰도 및 타당도 연구)

  • The aim of this study was to explore the reliability and validity of the Korean version of the Recovery Assessment Scale in psychiatric patients. The original RAS was translated into Korean and the content was verified through back-translation procedures. This study included 142 patients who had chronic mental illness and were aged 18 or older. The subjects were assessed by using RAS-K, the 12-item Dispositional Hope Scale(DHS), the 28-item Mental Health Recovery Measure(MHRM), the 32-item Behavior and Symptom Identification Scale (BASIS-32). In the reliability test, Crobach's a coefficient and test-retest reliabilities were 0.92 and 0.79, respectively, indicating that the RAS-K has good internal consistency. In the analysis of the concurrent validity of the RAS-K, there were significant correlations between the RAS-K and DHS(r=.675, p<0.01), and between the RAS-K and MHRM(r=.816, p<0.01), but lower correlations with symptoms and clinician-related measures of psychiatric functioning. Factor analysis resulted in a five factor solution accounting for 62.476% of the common variance. Our study indicates that the RAS-K is an appropriate instrument to assess recovery in Korean psychiatric patients.

  • This paper proposes a FTOG(Fault-Tolerant Object Group)-based recovery services through replicated objects. In the distributed system, the fault of the object component may cause an entire system failure, evidently raising the service breakdowns. Therefore, this paper proposes recovery services with the replicated objects in case of fault occurrences. Moreover, applying the FTOG model to a virtual home network simulation, we verify the consistency maintenance and the service reliability of the proposed model.

  • 리콜은 반드시 리콜플랜대로 진행되는 것은 아니다. 따라서 리콜이 어느 정도 유효하게 진행되고 있는 가를 파악하기 위해서 리콜 모니터링이 필요하다. 이러한 모니터링을 적절히 수행함으로써 실시 중인 리콜 방법의 타당성을 평가할 수 있고, 소비자에 대한 제품사고 피해 가능성을 저감하도록 리콜 방법을 개선할 수 있다. 이러한 리콜 모니터링 활동이 리콜 실시 사업자 및 관계자의 신뢰회복과 향후 충실한 제품안전관리체제와 결부되어 있다.

Analysis of Non-monotonic Phenomena of Resilience and Vulnerability in Water Resources Systems (수자원시스템의 회복도 및 취약도 증감현상 해석)

  • Selecting the evaluation index to determine water resources system design yield is an important problem for water resources engineers. Reliability, resilience and vulnerability are three widely used indices for yield analysis. However, there is an overlap region between indices as well as resilience and vulnerability can show improvement in non-monotonic phenomena although yield condition becomes worse. These problems are usually not recognized and the decisions are made according to calculated estimates in real situation. The reason for this is caused by a diverse characteristics of water resources system such as seasonal variability of hydrologic characteristics and water demands. In this study, the applicability of resilience and vulnerability for multi indices application in addition to reliability which is applied generally is examined. Based on highly seasonal irrigation water demand ratio, the correlation and non-monotonic phenomena of each index are analyzed for seven selected reservoirs. Yongdam reservoir which supplies constant water supply showed the general tendency, but Chungju, Andong, Namgang and other reservoirs which supplies irrigation water showed clear non-monotonic phenomena in resilience and vulnerability.

  • 지난 4월 13일 실시된 16대 총선에서 방송사와 조사기관들이 공동으로 조사하여 발표한 선거예측조사에서 많은 오류가 발생하고 이로 인해 표본조사에 대한 신뢰성에 큰 문제가 제기되었다. 이에 향후 선거계측조사의 신뢰성을 회복하고 보다 정확한 예측을 위해 기 발표된 예측 조사내용을 다각도로 심층분석하고 조사의 오류가 발생한 원인과 이를 해결하는 방안을 제시하였다. 아울러 이번에 처음으로 실시된 출구조사에 대한 문제점과 개선 방안도 함께 살펴보았다.

Factors Influencing Hospital Nurses' COVID-19 Prevention Behaviors (대학병원 간호사의 COVID-19 예방행위에 미치는 영향요인)

  • This study is a descriptive research study conducted to understand the effects of hospital nurses' COVID-19 risk perception, media dependence, government trust, resilience, and Socio-psychological stress on COVID-19 prevention behavior. Data were collected from 200 nurses at university hospitals, and the collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson's correlation analysis, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 24.0 program. The average age of the subjects was 29.8 years old, the hospital experience was 6.6 years, and the prevention of COVID-19 was high with 4.3 points. COVID-19 prevention behavior showed positive correlation with COVID-19 risk perception, resilience, and media dependence and negative correlation with socio-psychological stress. Factors influencing COVID-19 prevention behavior were COVID-19 risk perception, resilience, socio-psychological stress, and media dependence. To ensure that hospital nurses' COVID-19 prevention behaviors can be continued, it is necessary to appropriately manage COVID-19 risk perception and media dependence, and to develop and apply an intervention program to strengthen resilience and reduce socio-psychological stress.

  • 오늘날 선박, 항공, 자동차산업 등의 복합화로 인하여 내장형 소프트웨어의 중요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 중요도가 높아질수록 고장 현상 발생률이 증가하고 이에 따른 오류나 고장에 대한 영향도 급증 하기 때문에, 신뢰성이 그만큼 중요하게 되었다. 신뢰성은 ISO/IEC 9126, ISO/IEC 12119 등에서 기능성, 사용성, 효율성, 유지보수성, 이식성과 함께 언급되고 있다. 신뢰성의 부특성에는 성숙성, 오류허용성, 회복성, 준수성이 있고, 이에 따라 품질평가 항목 메트릭이 제시되어 있다. 그러나 신뢰성 평가 기준은 수리적 난해함과 데이터 수집에 관한 문제에 부딪혀 적용하는 데에 어려움이 따르는 실정이다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 각 세부 평가 항목에 대한 체크리스트를 가지고 품질평가 메트릭에 적용하였다. 또한, 기존에 제시되어 있는 대표적인 신뢰성 모델 두 가지 NHPP(Non-Homogeneous Poisson Process) Model과 Jelinski-Moranda Model을 성숙성과 오류허용성의 품질평가 메트릭과 연관시켜 효율적으로 신뢰성을 측정하는 방안에 대하여 모색하였다.
