Police officers in charge of investigating sexual assault cases are likely to have suspicions in the process of investigation to find out the truth about the case, which leads to secondary victimization to the victims, and these concerns are often unveiled as social problems. This study suggested the research question that what the causes of secondary victimization derived from the police officers in charge of sexual assault investigation are. The purpose of this study was to contribute to the restoration of the trust of the police by preventing or minimizing the secondary victimization of sexual assault cases in the investigation process. Among the personal characteristics of police officers, rape myth, tolerance n violence and hostile gender discrimination influenced suspicion and prejudice, and rape myth and hostile gender discrimination affected the lack of sensitivity. Among the workplace-related characteristics, the duration of employment and experience in sexual assault cases affects the lack of sensitivity. In addition to the revision of the law and the improvement of the system of sexual assault, the prejudice against the sexual assault inherent in the attitudes and behaviors of the police officers in charge of the sexual assault cases should be improved.

This study was designed to examine the factors effecting the positive psychological capital of social workers at senior welfare centers on job burnout. The subjects were 350 social workers who care for the elderly at senior welfare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Based on a total 344 data collected and using the SPSS 22.0 statistical program. Reliability test, frequency analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and Multiple regression analysis were performed. The results showed that positive psychological capital had a statistically significant negative effect (-) on emotional exhaustion, a sub variable of job burnout and depersonalization. The effect of sub-variables of positive psychological capital on emotional depletion and depersonalization was in order of optimism> resilience> hope> self-efficacy. Lastly, it was found that positive psychological capital had a statistically significant negative effect(-) on decreased sense of accomplishment. The effect of sub-variables of positive psychological capital on decreased sense of accomplishment was in order of optimism> hope > self-efficacy > resilience. The effect of positive psychological capital on decreased sense of accomplishment was not significant depending on sub-variables. Based on the results of this study, suggestions, the limits of this study, and future directions for research were presented for the improvement of positive psychological capital, which is confirmed as a factor to reduce the job burnout of social workers.

This study assumes that the perception of the ex-prisoner's against stigma will affect trust in interpersonal relationship. Prior studies have suggested that there is a stigma at the base of the awareness where people avoid and discriminate against ex-prisoner's. This in turn affects ex-prisoner's' recividicism, but there is no study about ex-prisoner's perception of stigma in Korea. Although stigma can be explained in numerous ways, this study is based on the opinion of Phillips(2016), which divides the subscale of stigma as perceived public stigma, perceived personnel stigma, and self stigma. He insisted that ex-prisoner's believe perceived public stigma higher than self-stigma. these results are consistent with this study. However, it is important to note that although ex-prisoner's are more aware of public stigma than self-stigma, they are actually more influenced by self stigma in pereonal relationships. This means that ex-prisoner's are more susceptible to internal psychological awareness than external social recognition. Therefore, the development and intervention of the program to overcome the internal self-stigma of the released prisoner is required. In this study, first, stigma, especially self-stigma turned out to have influence on the interpersonal trust. Therefore, as self-stigma level increased, the interpersonal trust decreased in most cases. Second, it was shown that stigma has the greatest influence on children out of family members, co-workers out of social relationship, self trust out of general relationship in. This confirms that stigma is a factor that greatly influences relationship between important people for ex-prisoner's. Third, since self-sigma negatively reestablish self-identity, make individuals recognize themselves as deviators and show bad lifestyle, which lead them to become habitual offender, ex-prisoner's need to make efforts to overcome self-stigma, and development and intervention of program that can make ex-prisoner's have positive self identity is requested. Fourth, although participants in the study were only male, it seems that there is difference in recognition of stigma by gender, and influence of stigma not only on interpersonal relationships, but also on social reintegration and recidivism imply that these might be good future research topics.

This study aims to develop the case management activities inventory relevant to community-based mental health settings. The comprehensive literature review was conducted to define the concepts and activities for the case management process. After the content analysis from the professional scholar and the mental health-related worker, 83 items were constructed. A survey was conducted to 265 case managers in community mental health centers. Through exploratory factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, finally 8 factors and 43 items were identified.

The objective procedure and criterion needs to efficiently perform the safety assessment and improve reliability for results of the cost analysis. There are many studies about cost analysis of safety assessment, but the these studies have problems such as non-quantification of criterions and methods. The purpose of this study to suggest the procedure and criterion for successful cost analysis and quantify cost factors. First, in the cost analysis of the housing reconstruction that is presented this study, determinate the life-cycle and the discount rate, then estimate reconstruction cost and remodeling cost. Finally, compare the annual equivalent LCC of two costs for decision malting to reconstruction or remodeling.

In this paper, to achieve consistency maintenance as well as stable service execution, we build a Fault-Tolerant Object Group framework that provides both of the group management service and the load scheduling service. The group management service supports the object management such as registration and authentication, and provides two schemes for failure recovery using the service priority and the checkpointing. In the load scheduling servile, we improve the effectiveness of service execution through the reasoning process of object loads based on the ANFIS architecture. The effectiveness in the performance of the developed framework is validated through a virtual home-network simulation based on the FTOG framework.

FFL의 내구성 및 신뢰성 확보를 위해 Lamp 상태에서 원하는 부위에 $-15^{\circ}C$를 유지하기 위한 Cold Spot을 부착하여 Lamp안의 Hg이 완전히 포집되도록 한다. 이후 이 Cold Spot을 제거하여 Hg peak과 Ne Peak의 Ratio의 변화를 관찰하며 Hg이 이동하는 것을 관잘 하여 Lamp 내에서 이동 속도와 Lamp 간에 이동 속도를 확인 할 수 있다. Lamp 내에서는 80분이 경과한 후에 Hg 이동이 Saturation되는 것을 확인 할 수 있고, Lamp 간에는 100시간이 경과후에 Saturation 되는 것을 확인 할 수 있었고, Ratio는 Channel내는 70 ~ 150, Channel간에는 6~10 정도임을 확인하여 Hg이 이동되는 속도와 회복되는 수준을 알 수 있었다.

Group home family has emerged in the era of various forms of family existing. There are adolescents who are 'living in group home' yet, the meanings of living in group home have received little attention in the literature. The authors attempts to reveal the lived experiences of group home residents and the meanings of living in a group home with group of people from different backgrounds. The authors reveals 'being cared for' and 'being there for each other' are the themes of lived experience to the group home residents. The study shows how the residents had survived in their family of origin and how those experiences have affected one's lived experience in their living in group home.

본 논문에서는 원자력 발전소용 이더넷 기반 링형 실시간 제어 통신망인 ERCNet(Ethernet-based Real-Time Control Network)에서 고신뢰성을 유지하기 위한 결함 허용 방법들을 제시한다. 임의의 노드의 프로그램 동작에 이상(fault)이 발생하였을 경우, 와치독(Watchdog) 타이머로 탐지하여 링을 자동 복구하고, 그 노드가 다시 회복될 경우의 노드 추가 메커니즘을 제안한다. 이 메커니즘은 한 노드가 전체 네트워크에서 제외되거나 추가될지라도 네트워크가 운용성(operability)을 유지할 수 있도록 한다. 두 번째로, 한 채널 또는 양 채널 에러 발생시 이 에러를 대처하기 위한 채널 이중화 방식과 시스템 이중화 방식에 대해 제안한다. 마지막으로 통신망의 임의의 위치에서 이상이 발생했을 경우 그 발생 위치를 파악할 수 있는 메커니즘을 제안한다.

남북한 천문분야 과학기술협력을 위한 천문분야 활성화 및 협력 방안 연구를 수행하고 있다. 천문학은 과학기술분야 중 남북한 상호 신뢰구축과 민족 동질성 회복에 기여할 수 있는 순수 기초학문으로, 이 과제를 통해 단절된 남북한 천문분야 활성화 및 협력을 기대하고 있다. 또한 통일 후 남북한 천문학 공동 연구를 위한 토대를 마련하고자 한다. 이를 위해 북한의 천문학 연구 인력, 관측기기, 연구 활동 등 인프라를 조사하고 북한 천문학자와의 교류를 위한 접근 방안, 남북한 교류 가능한 천문분야 발굴, 남북한 천문학자 교류를 위한 국제협력 루트를 개발하고자 한다. 분단 후 현재까지 남북 교류의 단절로 북한 천문학자와의 교류는 전무한 실정으로 많은 어려움이 예상되나 중국, 몽골, 스웨덴, 네덜란드 등 국제협력을 통한 네트워크를 마련하여 남북 천문분야 협력방안 및 활성화를 위한 기반을 구축하고자 한다.
