Trust in Korean Workplaces: Meaning and Empirical Search for Antecedents (신뢰의 의미와 그 선행요인에 관한 연구 -상사와 부하관계를 중심으로-)

  • Trust has been viewed from many perspectives according to their domains. This article reviewed some of many formerly suggested studies and models. And antecedents of trust, such as trustworthiness(ability, benevolence, integrity) and individual trust propensity as well as their interactions, were respectively and empirically tested in the context of Korean workplaces. Through the factor analysis of field survey(N=243), proposed conceptual independence in trustworthiness was only partially supported. Of the relationships between antecedents and trust, all components of trustworthiness were significantly sustained. While effects of individual trust propensity and its interactions with trustworthiness on trust were not found.

유입변압기 절연잡고

  • 일반적으로 변압기절연에서는 기름 gap이 파괴하면 유침지의 손상이나 절연전체의 내전압저하에 크게 영향을 미치기 때문에 우선 기름 gap 단독의 파괴특성에 대해서 논하기로한다. 다음에 복합절연의 특성으로서 유침지에 의한 분할효과와 barrier효과등에 관해 소개코저 한다. 특히 후자의 경우는 만일 부분파괴가 발생하여도 전로파괴에 이르지 않게 하기위한 신뢰성향상면에서도 대단히 중요하다. 마지막으로 절연유의 열화방책에 대해서도 간략히게 해설하겠다.

A Case Study on the Relationship between Information Literacy Skills and Critical Thinking Dispositions of High School Students (고등학생의 정보활용능력과 비판적 사고성향의 관계에 대한 사례 연구)

  • This study aims to demonstrate the importance of information literacy instructions by showing effects of information literacy skills on critical thinking dispositions among high school students. We collected 761 survey responses from high school students and conducted multiple regression analysis to examine the relationships between the two variables. The findings show that (1) students' information search skills affect their pursuit of truth, openness, inquiring mind, and objectivity, (2) the information analytic skills influence the levels of pursuit of truth, openness, and objectivity, (3) the information presentation and delivery skills affect the levels of inquiring mind, organization, and self-trust, and, (4) the information evaluation skills influence the levels of pursuit of truth, openness, inquiring mind, organization, objectivity, and self-trust. However, students' synthesis and application skills of students did not affect their critical thinking dispositions. To sum up, we observed the influence of information literacy skills on critical thinking dispositions. The results of this study provide foundations for maintaining and developing information literacy instructions in school libraries.

  • 본 연구는 소비자가 다른 사람과 차별되며 특별하게 지각되고자 하는 성향을 나타내는 소비자의독특성 욕구와 의복에 대한 관심이 브랜드 인식, 브랜드 충성, 및 구매의도와의 어떠한 관계를 지니고 있는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 특히 이러한 관계에 있어 문화간의 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 한국과 미국 소비자를 대상으로, 소비자특성이 구매의사결정에 미치는 과정의 모형을 검증한 후, 두 모형을 비교 분석하였다. 자료는 설문지를 사용하여 한국과 미국대학생을 중심으로 수집되었으며, 응답이 부정확하거나 불성실한 설문지를 제외하고, 총 485부-한국 271부와 미국 214부-만이 최종 자료 분석에 사용되었다 본 연구에서 사용한 통계분석방법으로 신뢰도 검증을 위하여 SPSS 11.0을 이용하여 신뢰도 계수를 구하였으며, Prelis 2와 Lisrel 8.53으로 확인적 요인분석 및 모형검증을 실시하였다. 한국과 미국소비자의 선택친 모형을 비교한 결과, 전반적인 모형의 구조에도 차이를 보였을 뿐 아니라 각 변수간의 영향력에도 차이가 있음을 나타냈다. 소비자의 독특성 욕구의 하위차원인 '독창적 선택'과 '브랜드 충성도'의 관계는 두 그룹간의 반대의 성향을 보였으며, '비대증적 선택'과 '브랜드 인식'도 또한 한국 소비자는 정의 관계를 보인 반면, 미국소비자는 부의 관계를 나타냈다. 이와 더불어 유사성을 회피하려는 한국소비자들은 브랜드에 충성하는 경향이 있는 반면, 미국소비자들은 브랜드 인식도가 높은 것으로 나타나 두 문화간의 차이가 있음을 뒷받침하였다. '브랜드 충성도'는 두 집단 모두 '구매의도'에 상대적으로 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Development of a Convergence Problem Solving Skill Test Tool (융합적 문제해결력 검사 도구)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a test tool for convergence problem solving skill. To this end, constructs of convergence problem solving skill were defined in three domains: convergence attributes, convergence thinking, and convergence literacy domains. Thirty-seven pilot items were developed on the basis of the sub-categories for each domain that was defined through intensive literature review; problem solving & convergent thinking and creative thinking for convergence thinking domain, individual and social propensity for the convergence attributes domain, and convergence literacy as convergence literacy domain. Through an exploratory factor analysis, 30 items in the constructs of the test tool were confirmed. A confirmatory factor analysis result showed that the five construct models well captured the covariance between all the items well. Finally a statistical result shows that the reliability of the items and constructs were well established (Cronbach's α value= .963). Thus, the test tool for convergence problem solving skill developed in this study was statistically reliable.

Exploring the Effect on the Channel Brand Equity by Audience Evaluation of Public Broadcasting Independency and Their News Credibility: focusing on KBS and MBC (공영방송사 방송독립성과 뉴스 신뢰도에 대한 시청자 평가가 채널브랜드자산 인식에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: KBS와 MBC를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study investigates how the audience evaluation on independency of broadcasting and news credibility of KBS and MBC affect their channel brand equity(cognition, image, loyalty, and quality). The results indicate that the audience evaluation on news credibility of KBS and MBC has stronger influence on channel brand equity than the one of independency of broadcasting. On ages, the older generation group has more positive perception on channel image and loyalty of KBS than the college student group and the college student group has more positive perception on channel cognition and quality of MBC than the older generation group. On political traits, the politically conservative groups of both KBS and MBC have more positive perception on independency of broadcasting, news credibility, and channel brand equity than the other groups. Consequently, public broadcasting systems should improve the credibility of news for securing independency of broadcasting. These systems make audience change their perception toward public broadcasting as recovering integrity of news and improving professionalism of news. Public broadcasting systems should conduct a further research to improve the management of channel brand equity by studying audiences' age and political traits.

The Effects of Sensation Information on Perceived Quality and Purchase Intention in Online Shopping Mall: Focus on The Smell Information and The Taste Information (온라인 쇼핑몰의 감각정보 제시가 지각된 품질 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 후각정보와 미각정보를 중심으로)

  • The importance and meaning of smell/taste information on online shopping are studied. The first hypothesis deals with this issue directly. We measure the perceived quality and purchase intention at the context of online shopping with/without smell and taste information. As expected, subjects show higher perceived quality/stronger purchase intention of a bar soap and vitamin C product when smell and taste information are provided. Following Peck and Childers(2003), the moderating effects of Need for Smell and Need for Taste are tested at the second hypothesis. Subjects with High in Need for Smell/Touch show stronger responses in terms of perceived quality and purchase intention. The level of trust about the online shopping mall provides interesting results. When the trust level of the online shopping mall is low, the smell/taste information play more important roles in improving the perceived quality and purchase intention. Subjects at the not-so-trusted shopping mall context result in higher perceived quality and purchase intention if perceptual information is provided. One of the theoretical contributions of this study includes the identification of critical information in online purchase decision making-smell and taste. On top of vision and hearing information, smell and taste information also can play critical roles when consumers do online shopping even at the shopping malls of low trust. In addition, managerial implications are provided.

Influence of Goal Orientation and Self-management of Fencing Epee Players on Psychological Skills (펜싱 에페선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리가 심리기술에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, 109 athletes participating in the national fencing Epee competitions in 2017 were sampled. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of achievement goal orientation and self - management on psychological skills of fencing Epee athletes. The research tools used to achieve these research objectives are psychological techniques developed by Kim, Byung - joon (2001), a sports achievement goal orientation test paper, and an athlete self - management questionnaire developed by Huh Jung - hoon (2001) I used the questionnaires. The results obtained were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 program, test validity and reliability test, frequency analysis, Pearson 's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. First, task orientation and interpersonal management, mental management, self - orientation and training management, interpersonal management, mental management, team harmony, body management and anxiety control, mental management and team harmony have significant correlations. The relationship between goal orientation, self - management, and psychological skills was found to be correlated. Second, to analyze the effect of achievement goal orientation and self-management on psychological skills, multiple regression analysis showed that there was no statistically significant effect but the subordinate had a partial effect.

On Logistic Regression Analysis Using Propensity Score Matching (성향점수매칭 방법을 사용한 로지스틱 회귀분석에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: Recently, propensity score matching method is used in a large number of research paper, nonetheless, there is no research using fitness test of before and after propensity score matching. Therefore, comparing fitness of before and after propensity score matching by logistic regression analysis using data from 'online survey of adolescent health' is the main significance of this research. Method: Data that has similar propensity in two groups is extracted by using propensity score matching then implement logistic regression analysis on before and after matching separately. Results: To test fitness of logistic regression analysis model, we use Model summary, -2Log Likelihood and Hosmer-Lomeshow methods. As a result, it is confirmed that the data after matching is more suitable for logistic regression analysis than data before matching. Conclusion: Therefore, better result which has appropriate fitness will be shown by using propensity score matching shows better result which has better fitness.

Effective Association Rule Method for Personalized Recommender System (개인화 추천시스템을 위한 효율적 연관 규칙 방법)

  • 인터넷 특성상 방대한 양의 정보와 상품 등으로 사용자들이 원하는 정보를 찾기 위해서 많은 시간을 낭비하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 사용자의 시간 소모를 중이기 위해서 추천 시스템이 개발되었다. 현재 인터넷 상의 추천 기술 중에서 가장 많이 사용하는 기법으로는 협력적 여과(Collaborative filtering) 방법이다. 그러나, 협력적 추천 방법으로 추천 받기 위해서는 특정수 이상의 아이템에 대한 평가가 필요하며, 또한 비슷한 성향을 가지는 일부 사용자 정보에 근거하여 추천함으로써 나머지 사용자 정보를 무시하는 경향이 있다. 이러한 문제점이 발생되므로 최근에는 데이터 마이닝(Data Mining) 기법 중 연관 규칙(Association Rule)을 이용한 추천 시스템이 개발되고 있다[1,10]. 그러나, 연관 규칙 기법은 개인별 사용자의 성향을 반영하지 못하는 단점이 있다[4]. 연관 규칙은 단지 대용량 데이터 베이스에서 아이템간의 지지도(Support)와 신뢰도(Confidence)에 근거하여 규칙을 발견하는 특징을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 즉 개인성향을 무시하고 아이템간의 연관성만을 근거로 하여 아이템을 추천하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 연관 규칙을 이용한 개인화 추천 시스템을 구현하기 위해서 연관 규칙과 여과 방법을 통합한 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템에 대하여 성능 비교 실험을 수행함으로써 제안한 방법의 타당성을 제시한다.
