Personalized Recommendation Considering Item Confidence in E-Commerce (온라인 쇼핑몰에서 상품 신뢰도를 고려한 개인화 추천)

  • As online shopping malls continue to grow in popularity, various chances of consumption are provided to customers. Customers decide the purchase by exploiting information provided by shopping malls such as the reviews of actual purchasing users, the detailed information of items, and so on. It is required to provide objective and reliable information because customers have to decide on their own whether the massive information is credible. In this paper, we propose a personalized recommendation method considering an item confidence to recommend reliable items. The proposed method determines user preferences based on various behaviors for personalized recommendation. We also propose an user preference measurement that considers time weights to apply the latest propensity to consume. Finally, we predict the preference score of items that have not been used or purchased before, and we recommend items that have highest scores in terms of both the predicted preference score and the item confidence score.

  • 이동 통신 기술의 발달로 시공간을 초월하여 인터넷에 접속할 수 있게 되었다. 그리고 현재 국내에서도 무선 인터넷 사용이 가능한 단말기의 보급이 크게 늘어나면서 새로운 다양한 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다. 기존의 문자, 벨소리 혹은 이미지를 전송 받을 수 있는 기술을 넘어 이제는 게임을 즐기거나 음악, 동영상 등의 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 수준에 있다. 따라서 서비스를 제공하는 콘텐츠 제공자와 무선 단말기로 서비스를 이용하는 사용자 사이에 서비스 이용에 따른 과금의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 현재와 같이 콘텐츠 제공자나 네트웍 제공자의 로그 정보만으로 요금을 부과하는 것은 문제가 있다. 따라서 사용자에게 부과된 요금에 대해서 사용자와 콘텐츠 제공자가 상호 신뢰할 수 있는 과금 시스템의 개발이 절실히 요구된다.

  • The main purpose of this study is to empirically examine and to develop the optimal model about an influential relationship between the types of source-based trust and knowledge sharing of local government officials. Procedural and distributive justice-based calculative trust in organization, cognition-based trust in organization, cognition-based trust in supervisor, cognition-based trust in coworkers, and emotion-based trust in coworkers were set up as independent variables of this research model, and sharing of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge based on the knowledge content as dependent variables. The research results shows that the suitability of each model has approximate value to the required level, and that emotion-based trust in coworkers significantly affects knowledge sharing for both the individual and integrated factors in hypothetical influential relationship. This study is expected to help to enable knowledge sharing in various situations by dividing the concepts of trust that affect knowledge sharing into a few types, and deriving the influential model of knowledge sharing by types.

  • Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs) has been used for various applications. It is optimized to low power operation than various function and transmission reliability because of limited power by batteries. but it is necessary to guarantee of reliability for using exact data for more diversity purpose. In WSNs environment composed by multi-hop, it is guarantee to end-to-end transmission reliability based hop-by-hop reliability. however, IEEE 802.15.4 standard is not consider link-layer reliability. in this paper, we propose energy efficient Reliable Link-layer Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks.

A Study on the Factors of Shared Accommodation Services

  • This study explore the perceived differences of factors influencing the shared accommodation in China, and the influencing paths of consumers' use of shared accommodation. This paper collects the questionnaire survey of the Chinese shared accommodation user and applies method of Amos V23.0. The results showed that perceived usefulness and perceived pleasure had positive effects on trust, and they also have indirect positive effects on perceived intention through trust, while perceived risk and perceived ease of use had no significant effects on trust. The conclusion is helpful to promote the long-term development of sharing accommodation companies by satisfying the needs of consumers from the point of view of consumers.

  • Today, with the popularity of smart phones and the proliferation of SNS, anyone is exposed to the risk of personal information leakage. Unlike the prior studies of privacy, this research aims to identify the privacy factors affecting the provision intention of individual information from the SNS Users. This study also analyses how the perceived privacy risks and corporate trust affect the provision intention of individual information. The analysis results of empirical data show that despite experiencing the privacy leakage such as direct hacking and being aware of the risk, people are providing firms with personal information. The most influential variables to perceived privacy risk are information privacy policy, information privacy concern, previous privacy experience and information privacy awareness in the decreasing order of importance. Those to the corporate trust are information privacy policy, information privacy awareness, previous privacy concern and information privacy experience. Besides, the corporate trust and the perceived privacy risk also affect the provision intention of personal information. Finally, this study proposes the implications for personal information privacy.

  • The influence of SNS platform in the mobile environment has grown greatly. Among the various social networking services(SNS), this study analyzed the question of 311 women to investigate whether any difference exists between reliability of contents information, informativeness and playfulness as well as how attributes of contents information influence user attitude depending on the difference in type of providing information provided by "Innisfree" Cosmetics, the company account of Instagram. According to analysis, first, no difference exists between reliability of contents information, informativeness and playfulness depending on the type of providing information. Second, reliability and the playfulness of contents information influence purchase intention. Third, contents information "informativeness" and "playfulness" influence loyalty. Fourth, the "informativeness" and "playfulness" of contents information influence User Satisfaction. Considering such result, it is confirmed that the type of providing information provided by company does not influence account attributes and the "playfulness" of contents information is significant factor which influences all user attitude.

  • A multihomed enterprise or AS(Autonomous System) improves reliability and performance by acquiring its Internet connectivity from more than two ISP(Internet Service Provider). Multihoming protocol must allow a multihomed site whose connectivity through one of the ISPs fails to keep its Internet connectivity As one of mechanisms to do this, tunneling mechanism through Non-direct EBGP(Exterior Border Gateway Protocol) is defined. This mechanism makes connectivity to the Internet more reliable, but causes the problem that makes the communication route non-optimal. In this paper, we propose the route optimization mechanism using an extension header in the IPv6 multihoming environment.

선박충돌 원인제공비율 산정제도에 관한 고찰 -전문가 설문조사분석을 중심으로

  • 선박충돌사고 원인의 제공 정도를 밝혀 해양사고를 재발방지를 목적으로 1999년 2월 "선박충돌사고 원인제공비율 산정제도"를 마련하였으며, 2007년 1월 원인제공비율 산정지침을 제정하여 시행해 오고 있다. 이 제도의 또 다른 도입목적은 해양안전심판원의 원인제공비율을 민사재판에서 사법부가 적극 인용함으로써 해양사고관련자들 간의 신속한 분쟁해결과 경제적 부담 감송 등에 기여함에 있다. 그러나 민사소송에 있어 제공된 원인제공비율이 과실비율로 인정되는 등의 이유로 원인제공비율 산정제도가 사법권의 침해하고 있다는 문제점도 지적되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 원인제공비율 산정제도의 시행 이후 이 제도의 시행자 및 사용자 등 전문가 집단을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 제도의 효과 및 문제점 등을 분석하였다. 전문가 집단 응답자의 대부분이 제도의 필요성 (94.3%), 유용성 (88.6%) 및 신뢰성 (73%)을 피력하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이 제도가 필요한 이유로는 "손해배상분쟁의 신속한 해결", "충돌사고 재발방지", 그리고 "이해당사자의 편의제공" 때문임을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 제도의 개선을 위해서는 원인제공 비율의 표시에 있어 보다 객관적인 기준과 정량성 및 전문성의 확보가 필요하다는 지적도 확인하였다. 따라서 원인제공비율 산정제도의 개선방안으로 원인제공비율산정에 대한 신뢰성 및 공정성의 확보, 심판관에 대한 법률적 지식과 법적 소양강화 및 전문법조인의 심판관으로의 영입 등이 필요하다고 판단된다.

The Role of Merchandiser Feedback Comments and Performance Profiles in Building Trust in Group Buying Sites (공동구매형 소셜커머스에서 신뢰메커니즘형성을 위한 머천다이저의 피드백코멘트와 성과프로파일의 역할)

  • Despite the sizable growth of the group buying market, consumer complaints have recently raised skepticism about the future of these sites. Thus, building a trustworthy transaction environment has become a critical issue. In exploring a trust-building mechanism, we pay particular attention to the role of merchandisers who specialize in finding products or services and marketing them to potential buyers on group buying sites. The purpose of this study is to examine whether providing merchandiser feedback comments and performance profiles on group buying sites leads consumers to evaluate the community of merchandisers more favorably and makes them more likely to purchase products or services. Research hypotheses were tested with data obtained from 124 subjects who participated in a laboratory experiment. The results empirically demonstrate that merchandiser feedback comments and performance profiles enhance buyers' trust in the community of merchandisers participating in a group buying site. This enhanced trust, in turn, increased buyers' intention to purchase products or services through the group buying site.
