모바일 기기의 신뢰연산을 위한 디버깅 기술 활용

  • 중요 데이터와 서비스를 격리하여 보호하기 위한 신뢰연산기술이 모바일 기기에서 널리 활용되고 있다. 신뢰연산기술은 보통 하드웨어 기반 접근제어를 통해 메모리, 레지스터, 캐시 등의 하드웨어 자원을 공격자로부터 격리하는 신뢰실행영역을 시스템 내에 생성할 수 있게 한다. 하지만 보호 대상 소프트웨어에 악용 가능한 취약점이 존재할 경우 그 보안성이 파훼될 수 있다. 따라서 신뢰실행영역 내에도 소프트웨어에 대한 공격 효율성을 최소화할 수 있는 보안 기술이 적용되어야 한다. 모바일 디바이스에 주로 적용된 ARM 아키텍처에서도 포인터 인증, 메모리 태깅과 같은 다양한 하드웨어 기반 보안기술들이 정의되고 있으며 최신 고사양 모바일 디바이스를 중심으로 적용되고 있다. 하지만 아키텍처 버전에 따라 가용한 하드웨어 보안 기술이 상이하기 때문에 보안기술의 범용성을 향상시키기 위한 방안 또한 중요하게 연구되어야 한다. 본고에서는 모바일 신뢰연산기술의 보안성을 향상시키기 위한 대표적인 범용 보안 기술들에 대해 소개한다. 특히 유저서비스, 운영체제, 하이퍼바이저의 보안성을 향상시키기 위해 제안된 디버깅 와치포인트 기반 보안 기술들에 대해 분석하고 그 한계와 타 아키텍처 확장 가능성에 대해서 논의한다.

Structural Causal Relationships between Store Image Components and Satisfaction, Trust, Loyalty in Grocery Retailing Stores (식품소매점 이미지 구성요인과 만족, 신뢰, 충성도 간 구조적 인과관계)

  • This paper is to identify how variety of products, product quality, guarantees, employee services and physical environment of store which is considered to store image components influence on satisfaction and loyalty, which in turn effects on loyalty in grocery retailing stores. A survey was conducted to collect the data with consumers who had the actual purchase experience within 1 years in grocery retailing stores. Analysis of structural equation modeling with SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 16.0 were performed to test the research hypothesis. The result of the study as follows: First, product quality and employee services influence on both satisfaction and trust, but physical environment of store are effects on satisfaction only. Second, no store image components influence on loyalty. Finally, satisfaction was effect on both trust and loyalty, whereas trust was not effect on loyalty. In order to build strong customer loyalty, marketer have to strengthen the relationship quality such as satisfaction and trust, and formed through store image components that is much stronger on loyalty.

The Effects of Perceived Justice of Service Recovery Efforts on the Customer Relationship Performance in Mobile Social Commerce (모바일 소셜 커머스에서 서비스 회복 노력의 공정성이 대고객 관계성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper aims to examine the effects of perceived justice of service recovery efforts on the customer relationship performance in mobile social commerce. To this end, we classified cognitive-affective trusts and post-recovery satisfaction into the customer relationship performance. This research employs a field survey of customers who experienced service failures in mobile social commerce and a covariance structural model analysis in order to test hypotheses of our research model. The findings present that all justices of service recovery efforts positively affect the cognitive trust, whereas the only procedural justice significantly influences the affective trust. In addition, the results show that cognitive-affective trusts have a positive effect on the post-recovery satisfaction. Our results suggest practical implications that are used to help managers maintain and improve relations with the customers who experienced service failures and to increase the post-recovery satisfaction.

The Relationship among Trust of Instructors, Exercise Flow and Psychological Happiness for Golf Participants (골프참여자의 지도자신뢰와 운동몰입 및 심리적 행복감의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between golf leader trust, exercise flow and psychological happiness for golf practice users. This study surveyed 256 golfers. The data were used to examine the causal relationship between variables using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Main findings were as follows: First trust of Instructors had a positive effect on exercise flow. Second, exercise flow had a positive effect on psychological happiness. Third, trust of Instructors had a positive effect on psychological happiness. Fourth, exercise flow mediated the relationship between golf participant trust of Instructors and psychological happiness. If golf participants have higher confidence in their leaders and more commitment to exercise, the quality of life will be higher.

  • 본 연구에서는 도심지 지하철 터널을 대상으로 지반공학적 위험요소가 공사비 및 공기에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 평가하기 위하여 잔여 리스크 개념을 이용하여 조사개소의 증가에 따른 공사비 및 공기의 신뢰도를 분석하였다. 신뢰도 분석결과, 지반조사 개소가 증가함에 따라 공사비 및 공기에 대한 위험도가 축소됨을 확인하였으며, 이러한 결과를 통하여 도심지 지하철 터널에서의 지반공학적 위험도 분석의 유용성을 확인하였다.

Study on the sampling inspection method for reliability assurance of lot (로트의 신뢰성 보증 샘플링검사 방식에 대한 연구)

  • Sampling inspection methods for quality control have been proposed a lot in the industry. However, the sampling inspection method for reliability, which is a quality over time, has been relatively less presented, and there are not many literatures that are clearly summarized. Therefore, this paper focuses on the reliability conformity test to verify that the reliability evaluation scale value of the target is satisfied during the reliability test. To this end, first, we look at the conditions that both consumers and producers can satisfy in terms of the OC curve and find out what sampling methods satisfy the desired level of producer risk and consumer risk. Next, two methods of the reliability sampling methods such as attribute and variable reliability sampling methods are examined. Specifically, the attribute reliability sampling method is a form of sampling plan where n samples are tested for a certain period of T hours and the lot is accepted if the number of failures is less than or equal to a certain number c. On the other hand, the variable reliability sampling method is a form of sampling plan where the lot is accepted if the reliability evaluation scale such as MTBF satisfies a certain standard. Both sampling plans may also use inspection tables.

Formation of Trust by Duration of Relationship in Services Setting (서비스 환경에서 관계기간에 따른 신뢰의 형성)

  • This paper is to identifies relationship between service quality, trust toward employees, trust toward store and store loyalty by investigate how service quality influences on trust toward employees and trust toward store, and its, in turn, influence on store loyalty and explain the moderating effect in relationships between service quality and trust toward employees, and service qualty and trust toward store in bank services setting. A survey study was conducted to collect the data with the actual service purchasers at domestic mayor banks. Analysis of structural equation modeling with AMOS 18.0 was performed to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows: First, it was found to the moderating effect in relationships between empathy dimension of service quality and trust toward employees, and assurance dimension of service quality and trust toward store. Second, service quality shows differential effects on both trust toward employees and trust toward store by dimension but trust toward employees influence on both trust toward store and it, in turn, influence on store loyalty. To sum up, it have to build empathy of service quality for increase of trust toward their customer who have high duration of relationship and have to build assurance of service quality for increase of trust toward store in bank service settings.

An exploratory study of applying SNS to lecture and professor trust (SNS 활용한 강의와 교수신뢰에 대한 탐색적 연구)

  • This is an exploratory study to verify the impact of applying SNS to lecture on the professor trust and students achievement. The subject of the study is two groups which consist of SNS applied class and the group using legacy online class supporting system and the contents, material, activities of class are same. We verified the differences between two groups with the professor trust divided into 4 constructs such as intimacy, expertise, teaching ability, leadership based on the literature review and students achievement classified into midterm and final. The results shows that intimacy and final evaluation are statistically significant between two groups.
