In trust-based networks, it is very important how to decide a node is trustworthy when one node performs communications with other node. In current networks based on trust, a node creates a new trust value from observation and then establishes an intercommunication path through the process of evaluating a targeted communication node. In our paper, we propose four trust models in which a new node enters a cluster and finds a target node to create a communication in ad-hoc networks. The proposed models have been classified according to the existence of reputation server and the trust evaluation functions. Through the proposed model, we found that new node finds target node more quickly in which there exists a reputation server in the cluster and considers neighbor node's recommendation as well as own experience information when calculates trust values. As our performance analysis, we focus the communication delay time to generate a final trust value for each trust model.

The study analyzes the relationship between job stress, organizational trust, and the job change intentions of beauty industry workers. Three-hundred sixty-nine workers in the beauty industry with longer than three months of working experience were chosen as this study. The study used to perform frequency analysis, exploratory factor and reliability, correlation, confirmation, and structural equation model verification. The following results are as follows. First, job stress had a positive influence. Second, stress related to fairness had a negative effect on organizational trust. Third, organizational trust had a negative effects. In conclusion, organizational trust and stress related to fairness are the important variables. Furthermore, this study suggests that each organization needs to make an effort to increase organizational trust and to relieve stress related to fairness in order to reduce the job change intentions.

하이브리드 굴삭기는 에너지 재생 및 연비향상을 위하여 기존의 유압부품들 중 일부를 전기부품으로 대체하여 시스템을 구성하고 있다. 따라서, 하이브리드 굴삭기의 신뢰성을 평가하고 보장하기 위해서는 기계적인 부하와 전기적인 부하가 복합적으로 영향을 미쳐 발생되는 고장모드를 고려하여 신뢰성평가기법을 개발하여야 한다. 특히 하이브리드 굴삭기는 가혹한 실외 환경조건에서 운용되므로 새롭게 개발되는 부품들에 대하여 설계 결함을 조기에 발견하기 위한 복합 내환경 시험과 초가속 수명시험이 수행되어야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 FMEA, FMECA, FTA 및 HALT 등의 다양한 신뢰성 기법을 사용하여 하이브리드 굴삭기의 신뢰성평가기법을 개발하였고, 개발대상 하이브리드 굴삭기의 주요 동력전달 파트인 선회구동 시스템에 대한 신뢰성평가장비를 개발하고 구축하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 하이브리드 굴삭기 신뢰성평가기법은 하이브리드 자동차의 부품들에 대한 신뢰성평가에도 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

발전 설비는 기대 수명동안의 안정성을 확보하기 위하여 해당 규격에 부합하도록 설계하여 건설된다. 하지만 가동 중 다양한 복합 환경에 노출됨에 따라 구조물을 이루고 있는 재료의 열화 현상이 가속화되어 예기치 못한 파손이 발생할 수 있다. 기계적 물성은 재료의 기계적 거동을 나타내는 주요 척도가 되며 이는 신뢰성 및 안전과 직결된다. 하지만 기존의 역학물성을 측정하는 대부분의 시험법들은 특정 크기의 시편을 요구하고 파괴적인 시험법이기 때문에 가동 중 시설물에 적용하기가 불가능하였다. 이러한 한계점을 극복하고자 비파괴적이고 정량적인 시험이 가능한 연속압입시험법이 최근 각광받는 시험법으로서 많은 연구자들에 의해 연구되고 있다. 이 시험법은 시험 대상물의 형상에 제약을 받지 않으며 시험 절차가 매우 간단하다는 장점을 가진다. 또한 대상의 국소 부위에 시험할 수 있어 취약 부위 판별이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 대표응력-대표변형률 기법을 통하여 인장물성을 평가하고, 압입 하중 차이를 이용하여 소재에 존재하는 잔류응력을 평가하는 기법을 소개한다. 또한, 연속압입시험을 이용하여 실제 발전소 파이프의 취약부위로 알려진 용접부에 대하여 인장물성 및 잔류응력을 측정함으로써 실제 산업체의 신뢰성 평가가 적용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

This paper provides an empirical analysis of the effects of trust determinants on firm performance in the buyer-supplier relationships by considering warehousing firms in Busan, South Korea. We employed AVAS transformation regressions to address the limitations of linear regressions and found nonlinear relationships between firm performance and trust determinants. Specifically, "longterm and repeated interactions," "geographical proximity," and "cultures and norms of firms and formal institutions" had positive linear relationships with firm performance, and "information sharing and reciprocity" induced an increasing pattern in firm performance. Finally, "interdependence and asset specificity" and "uncertainty removal" led to a decreasing pattern in firm performance. These results suggest that the relationship between trust and firm performance is contingent on the trust determinants that are important source of trust in buyer-supplier relationships and the influence of trust determinants on firm performance varied according to their levels.

신제품으로 개발 중인 초소형 CMOS RF 전압 제어발진기(VCO) IC 에 대한 공인된 시험 규격은 현재 개발되어 있지 않다. 또한 제조업체들은 고유의 시험방법을 보유하고 있을 것이나 공개하지 않고 있는 실정이다. 한편 일부 해외 제조업체에서 국제 규격인 IEC 또는 JEDEC 을 기준으로 시험방법을 제시하고 있지만, 이러한 시험규격들은 개별 부품을 솔더링하는 하이브리드 공정을 이용하여 제작된 VCO 를 대상으로 한 것이다. 그러므로 CMOS 반도체 공정을 이용한 IC 형으로 개발 중인 VCO 를 평가하기에는 적합하지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 신개발 부품인 CMOS RF VCO IC 에 대한 신뢰성 시험 및 평가 기준을 수립하고, 신뢰성 확보를 위한 신제품 개발 단계에서의 신뢰성 평가 프로세스를 개발하고자 한다.

원자력산업계에서는 원전 계측제어계통의 디지털화를 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으나, 원자력산업의 특수성인 시스템 안전성 확보에 필요한 소프트웨어 개발기준과 규제방법이 정립되지 못하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 디지털 계측제어계통의 핵심 기반기술인 고신뢰도 소프트웨어 개발 방법론이 확립되지 못하여 소프트웨어 공통모드고장 문제, 정량적인 소프트웨어 신뢰도 보장 문제 등이 논란의 대상이 되고 있다. 이와 같이 원전 계측제어계통 디지털화 성공을 위해서는 소프트웨어 신뢰도 확보가 관건이며 고신뢰도 소프트웨어 확인 및 검증 기술 개발이 절실히 요구된다. 본 기술보고에서는 디지털 계측제어계통 소프트웨어에 대한 규제요건을 소프트웨어 신뢰도 보장을 위한 개발자, 사용자, 규제자 사이의 합의 기준측면에서 분석하였다. 또한 최근의 미국 원자력규제위원회의 디지털 계측제어계통 소프트웨어에 대한 규제방법과 규제동향을 살펴보았으며 마지막으로 고신뢰도 소프트웨어 개발과 확인 및 검증 방법, 규제 요건, 규제 방법 등에서 공통적으로 고려해야 할 기술적 측면의 현안과 이의 해결을 위한 연구 현황등을 파악하였다.

온라인 사회연결망의 신뢰 관계를 활용한 양질의 서비스를 개발하기 위해서는 신뢰 관계가 존재하지 않는 사용자들 간의 신뢰 관계를 예측할 수 있는 모델에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 신뢰 관계 예측 모델의 정확도를 향상시키기 위해서는 사용자 인정 기준을 통해 대상 사용자를 선정할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 인정 기준 변화에 따른 신뢰 관계 예측의 정확도 변화를 분석하여 사용자 인정 기준을 강화하여 신뢰 예측 결과의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있음을 보인다. 본 연구의 결과가 최적의 사용자 인정 기준을 찾기 위한 실마리를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This thesis is surveying the notions and the countermeasures of the farmers, who produce environmental-friendly crops, on a market and buyers. It ultimately tries to find out ways to increase the sale and the consumption of environmental-friendly crops from the side of the farmers. In chapter 2, analyzing the reality of consuming environmental-friendly crops and consumers inclinations. Also, on the basis of this, in chapter 3, I demonstrate how environmental-friendly producers countermeasures for the consumers are. I try to analyze the trust of the consumer buying environmental-friendly crops, which have been pointed out as a decisive factor for environmental-friendly crops by a lot of researchers, and analyze producers methods dealing with consumers approach to consume environmental-friendly crops. Regarding ways of the reconsideration about the trust, I have shown the problems about the quality authentication, forming consumers trust, and the ways of the consumer management. For the channel and method of the sale I have scrutinized not only a farmers notion about an internet homepage and his or her use but also producers principal sales route, cognition, and correspondence about it. Finally, I have examined the counter plans of the producer to increase sale and to facilitate consumption.

This study investigated how presence will affect the user's trust in educational serious game. To achieve our research purposes, we divide presence into two parts: virtual presence and social presence and identify the relationship between trust and trustworthiness. and also, we separate out trust such as trust in learning and trust in fun according to users purposes. We conduct the survey using the english serious game for university student. The results show that presence significantly influence on trustworthiness and also trustworthiness effect on trust in learning and fun.
