강수량관측소의 주변여건은 강수량자료의 신뢰도를 좌우할 만큼 중요하며, 이러한 강수량 자료는 낙동강홍수통제소의 수문조사, 홍수예보, 레이더 강우의 검보정 등의 기초자료로 다양한 분야에서 이용되고 있다. 그러나 낙동강홍수통제소가 관리 중인 강수량관측소의 주변 환경 여건 변화로 관측 자료의 신뢰도 저하의 우려가 있고 기후변화 등에 따른 돌발홍수, 국지적 강수로 인한 관측소의 설치 위치의 재검토가 필요한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 낙동강홍수통제소가 관리 중 강수량관측소의 현황조사 및 개선방안을 제시하여 신뢰도를 제고하고, 낙동강유역을 대표할 수 있는 관측망을 분석하여 강우자료의 신뢰성 및 정확도를 확보하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 개정된 하천법에 맞는 수문조사시설 관리대장을 체계적으로 DB화하여 편리하고 신속하게 대국민 및 관련 업무담당자에게 제공하는 정보체계를 수립하는데 있다.

시스템을 안정적으로 운용하기 위해서는 신뢰성 기반의 로그관리시스템이 필요하다. 모든 이력이 기록되는 로그의 위·변조를 방지하기 위해 로그 정보를 블록체인 기술로 관리하여 어떠한 상황에서도 시스템 이력을 신뢰할 수 있는 서비스를 제안한다. Hyplerledger Fabric을 사용하여 인증 관리 시스템에 의해 허가된 사용자만이 접근할 수 있다. 또한 분산원장에 한 번 기록된 로그 파일은 더 이상 수정하거나 삭제될 수 없다. 이 시스템을 활용하면 로그 파일의 위·변조 여부를 판단하는데 발생하는 시간, 비용, 불확실성을 크게 줄일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A realistic lifetime seismic-reliability based approach is unavoidable to perform Life-Cycle Cost (LCC)-effective optimum design, maintenance, and retrofitting of structures against seismic risk. So far, though a number of researchers have proposed the LCC-based seismic design and retrofitting methodologies, most researchers have only focused on the methodological point. Accordingly, in most works, they have not been quantitatively considered critical factors such as the effects of seismic retrofit, maintenance, and environmental stressors on lifetime seismic reliability assessment of deteriorating structures. Thus, in this study, a systemic lifetime seismic reliability analysis methodology is proposed and a program HPYER-DRAIN2DX-DS is developed to perform the desired lifetime seismic reliability analysis. To demonstrate the applicability of the program, it is applied to an example bridge with or without seismic retrofit and maintenance strategies. From the numerical investigation, it may be positively stated that HYPER-DRAIN2DX-DS can be utilized as a useful numerical tool for LCC-effective optimum seismic design, maintenance, and retrofitting of bridges.

The satisfaction and performance levels of employees also depend upon the leadership styles adopted by corporate leaders. Meanwhile, organizational identification is a fundamental organizational behavioural concept in business that influences employee belongingness with the organization. Taking into account the relevance of this research topic, this paper aims to understand of organizational identification and leadership styles in SMEs. It also investigated the mediation role of organizational true. For the analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted on employees of SMEs, and the collected data were analyzed using the hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Analysis results are as follows: First, out of leadership style, transformational leadership, transactional Leadership had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, organizational identification had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, in the relationship between leadership, organizational identification and job satisfaction, the mediating effect of organizational true had significant transformational leadership→organizational truer→job satisfaction, transactional leadership→organizational truer→job satisfaction, organizational identification→organizational truer→job satisfaction. The results of this study show that the role of middle managers is very important in SMEs. The leadership of SME managers can also be linked to organizational performance through the job satisfaction of workers. Therefore, SME' CEO should provide opportunities to receive professional training on the leadership of middle managers. In addition, SME' CEO need a strategy to instill a positive image of the organization in workers through the organizational vision.

In order to manage energy efficiency by analyzing the amount of energy, it would determine the nature of the factors involved in the energy utilization. Therefore, accurate measurement of the energy consumption data is an important factor in the energy management. In this study, we are aware of the importance of the data measurement, and proposes the accuracy assessment of electric energy monitoring system. According to conventional statistical methods it is proceeded as follows; i)the measurement error value would be determined by a random variable, ii) setting the confidence interval to consider the distribution of the statistic and determines the confidence level of the measurement accuracy. And using the t-distribution CDF is used to facilitate even small sample data.

The maintenance of an urban transit vehicle accounts for 60-70% of total costs over its entire life cycle, so it is critical to reduce maintenance costs and extend the life times of urban transit EMUs (electric multiple units) through research. For these researches, the reliability and availability data management system was constructed through the case study of several industries in the domestic and international in the field of reliability centered maintenance system. And we created a system to manage reliability and availability data for use in urban-EMU maintenance. In this work, we identified the major functions needed to successfully develop the system. Here we report the successful development of a reliability and availability data management system for maintenance of urban transit vehicles.
