A Study on the Effect of Service Quality and Product Characteristics on the Adoption Intention of New Brands in Taiwan's Influencer Live Streaming Platforms

  • Currently, due to the activation of SNS live broadcasting, online services based on influencer live broadcasting are becoming a major consumption trend around the world. This study aims to verify the relationship between service quality, customer satisfaction, product characteristics, and acceptance intention for influencer broadcasting based on nfluencer broadcasting experiences in an Internet environment. This study conducted a survey of users who experienced live broadcasting on social media in Taiwan from June 29 to August 30, 2020, and a total of 253 copies were used for empirical analysis. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS 25.0. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows. First, it was found that the service quality factors (reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, certainty, and empathy) of Taiwan's influencer live broadcast had a significant effect on live broadcast satisfaction. Second, it was found that the product characteristics of Taiwan's influencer live broadcasting had a significant effect on product satisfaction. Third, it was found that live broadcasting satisfaction and product satisfaction had a significant effect on the acceptance intention of new brands in Taiwan's influencer live broadcasting. This study will provide useful data for establishing efficient marketing strategies to improve live and product satisfaction and increase acceptance of new brands by identifying service quality factors and product characteristics of Taiwan's influencer Live Broadcasting.

The Sponsorship-Marketing Effectiveness of Information Consistency between The fashion Brands and The sponsored Events (패션브랜드와 후원행사의 정보일치성이 후원마케팅 효과에 미치는 영향 - 신규 아웃도어웨어 브랜드를 중심으로 -)

  • Because of consistent growth of the outdoor-wear market, many outdoor wear brands have implemented diverse marketing strategies to catch consumers' attentions. This research was started with a purpose of examining sponsorship marketing and its effects on outdoor-wear brands. Future research should be conducted by modifying and supplementing the points that were not considered in this study. The factors used to analyze the effects of sponsorship marketing on outdoor-wear brands were brand attitude and purchase intention, and the study used questionnaires collected from 396 men in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Province. Analysis of the data was performed using factor analysis, independent sample t-test, ANOVA, and cluster analysis. The study result is as follows. First, there was no difference in sponsorship-marketing attitude, brand attitude, and purchase intention according to the level of information consistency. Second, there was a significant difference in sponsorship-marketing attitude, brand attitude, and purchase intention according to age, income, clothing expenditure, and spending for products. Third, there was no difference in sponsorship-marketing attitude, brand attitude, and purchase intention according to the shopping orientation group.

  • The primary purpose of this research is to develop and test a model that explains the process of how In-store experiences (physical environmental quality, personal interaction, product experience) through perceived risks and brand attitude influence purchase intention. Perceived risks and brand attitude are proposed as mediators that make a significant impact on purchase intention. Through structural equation modeling using 235 consumers who visited the experience store in IT Industry, we find that In-store experiences influence perceived risks, brand attitude and then enhance purchase intention. Thus, IT companies should make every effort to create In-store value for visited consumers. Based on these results, managerial implications for experience store operation and marketing strategy are discussed. Finally, limitation for this research and further research issues are suggested.

  • In 1990s with the increasing of consumers' standard of life and change of life style, there has been an increase of import from overseas license brands and a new participation of big enterprises, as well as small and medium enterprises in local fashion market. As a leading fashion company with a long tradition and technique, the INDIAN brand of Sejung Inc. needs to establish a new image to preoccupy relative superiorty in the competition with other brands and satisfy future consumers in the present situation of 1990s. Therefore, for developing of its image, we made an investigation of three-dimentional marketing about business environment, and after setting up the B.I concept, we initiated to express a visual image. Through a made-up question after the completion of those works, we decided our logo mark and completed the entire design system, including the basic and applied elements of main design items of INDIAN B.I Finally, to maximize the effect of the brand identity, it is necessary for us to keep the principles in making the shape of design, to take care of them thoroughly, to make all the members' thinking and behavior unite concerned with the brand, and to execute continuous educational programs for practice of B.I. conciousness with the public relations when B.I. will be appeared on the market.

Differences between Sale Prices and Lotting Prices in New Multi-family Housing Considering Housing Sub-Market (주택하부시장 특성을 고려한 신규 분양가와 입주후 가격 변화에 관한 연구)

  • This study tried to find differences between housing lotting prices and sale prices owing to new multi-family housing price regulation. As the results of this study, they are as follows; First, this study shows housing market in Busan has a preferences of new housing which has a new housing form differing from the existing housing form. For example, the mixed-use apartment with higher stories shows steeper incline than the apartments with the existing forms. Second, the new housing prices are affected by the information that affect the price of the old existing housing. They are rates of green area of an apartment complex, the number of household, accessibility to downtown Busan and etc.. They are also confirmed factors that affect a rise of used-housing price in other studies. Third, brand value of apartments affects new housing prices. For example, if the major construction companies build the new apartment, it shows a rising trend than any other housing. Therefore, the local construction companies are expected to be put on a disadvantage places than major construction companies. Fourth, the lotting prices are the most important cause that lead to rise the new housing prices. Accordingly, the present lotting prices are expected that upward tendency the purchasing prices of the new housing will not continue, because the lotting prices have risen since the government removed lotting price regulations and exceeded the level of used-housing prices. And it denote that importance of housing sub-market which indicates rates of old existing housing market rising, frist preference Gu, second preference Gu, rate of multi-family housing.

The effect of similarity, time of release, and message type on the evaluation of extended brand in the era of consumption polarization (소비 양극화 시대에 확장 유사성, 출시 시기, 메시지 유형이 확장 브랜드 평가에 미치는 영향)

  • Numerous products are on the market every day and consumption is becoming increasingly polarized. Some products have been introduced to the market for the first time and others are the existing products that have upgraded performance. For companies, new products must be released constantly to prevent losing existing customers and to increase loyalty. However, when companies released new product, they communicate consumer brand name and core benefits of the new product. Moreover, if a new product fails, the amount that the company has to pay is bound to grow. So companies often use brand extension strategies that use the names of famous brands that are already loved by their customers for new products. In this study, the effect of extension similarity, time of release, and message type on brand extension was investigated. Result shows that using abstract messages rather than specific messages is more effective when similarities with existing brands are poor. In particular, the closer the release period is, the more effective these effects are. However, in case of extending the brand with high similarity products, it is effective to focus on concrete messages when the release time is near, and to communicate abstract messages when the release time is long. This result suggests that companies should take into consideration not only the similarity of extension but also the timing and characteristics of messages when extending the brand.

  • The purposes of this study were to explore the influence on fashion brand image and brand loyalty according to fit of the fashion brand with cultural art field, motivation in culture marketing of the apparel company, and involvement of the consumers in art activities. The subjects ware 274 male and female in 20s and 30s living in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. The study was obtained through the use of an experimental design which was $2{\times}[2{\times}2]$ mixed factorial design. The summary main results were as follows. First, as far as the effect of the three variables on the social contribution image of the fashion brand, the results of the 3-way interaction are positive. Second, as far as the effect of the three variables on the product image of the fashion brand, the data suggests that only the main-effect of motivation in culture marketing of the apparel company is meaningfully positive. Third, as far as the effect of the three variables on fashion brand loyalty, both fit of the fashion brand with cultural art field and involvement of the consumers in art activities variables show positive results.

  • Domestic franchise industry is a promising business to more than 10% per year growth rate and emerging as core of retail. In addition, due to the socio-cultural phenomena, including the retirement of the baby-boom generation, the growth of the franchise industry for some time expected to continue. But Domestic franchise reveals that limits to ensure for new franchisees because that few industries are concentrated to advance for franchisor and franchisees. Franchisors that within the industry came to a saturated, are for the growth and expansion of business into new industries to deploy as second, third brand. But reality is that the more success rather than failure. Therefore, in this study is a new brand development approach and case study results it focus on the BEERBARKET's successful story of INTO FRANCHISE SYSTEMS, INC. Case analysis results of this study, are reveled that franchise headquarters derived through research methods and research information, environmental survey and analysis should be continuously and objectively. Thus, based on the derived contents, the new brand Biz-Model should be established for recognition from the industry and customers. Ability to respond sensitively to changes in the environment and business activities can be associated with linking franchise headquarters belonging to the saturated competitive environment more is needed. Through proactively respond Franchise New business launching instance that BEERBARKET's successful story of INTO FRANCHISE SYSTEMS, INC. suggests the need to study about how to respond to environmental changes.

  • 제조물 책임법(PL: Product Liability) 시행을 앞두고, 최근 고객 및 기업에 주목을 받고 있는 제도가 리콜제도이다. 본 연구에서는 고객 보호측면에서 국내에서 시행중인 리콜제도에 대한 고객반응을 연구하여 장차 시행될 PL에 대한 대응방향을 제시하고자 한다. 기존의 연구에서는 리콜에 대한 고객의 반응을 알아보기 위한 방법으로 경쟁을 고려하자 않은 리콜 시나리오를 구성하여 기존과 잠재고객의 반응을 파악하였다. 본 연구에서는 리콜 관련 신문보도 이후 고객의 반응을 알아보고자 경쟁관계에 있는 국내 2개 자동차사의 브랜드에 대한 상대적인지도, 리콜 정보에 대한 상대적 심각도, 그리고 각 기업의 리콜대응에 대한 고객 만족도 등이 향후 신규구매 및 재구매에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 로지스틱 모형을 이용하였다. 그 결과, 향후 재구매시는 기업의 상대적 사회적인지도, 리콜정보에 대한 상대적 심각도 등이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 반해 신규 구매시는 향후 구매하고자 하는 제조기업과 구매시 고려하는 상품정보가 관련성이 있는 것으로 파악되었다.

  • 초기에 하나의 상품 카테고리만을 다루던 전자상거래 사이트들이 브랜드 확립 후에 다른 상품 카테고리까지 확대해 나가는 모습을 많이 보아왔다. 고객이 아직 방문하지 않은 신규 상품 카테고리의 상품에 대하여 기존 상품 카테고리에서 만들어진 사용자 프로파일을 활용하여 개인화된 추천을 할 수 있다면, 고객이 다양한 상품 카테고리를 방문하도록 유도할 수 있을 것이다. 하지만 일반적으로 전자상거래 사이트에서는 상품 카테고리별로 사용자의 선호도를 파악하여 개인화된 추천을 수행하기 때문에, 해당 카테고리 내 상품의 구매나 방문 기록이 없다면 개인화된 추천을 수행하기가 어렵다 . 본 논문에서는 협업 필터링을 통해 신규 상품카테고리 내의 상품을 추천하기 어려운 고객들을 대상으로 기존의 사용자 선호도 데이터를 활용하여 신규 상품 카테고리 내의 상품을 추천하는 방안의 타당성을 살펴보도록 한다. 즉, 기존 사용자의 특정상품 카테고리 선호도 데이터를 통해 사용자간 유산도를 계산하고, 이를 추천하려는 타 상품 카테고리 내의 상품들에 대한 예측 선호도 계산에 활용 타당성을 살펴본다. 이를 실증적으로 검토하기 위해서, Yes24 사이트의 서적, 음반, DVD 3개의카테고리 내의 상품을 방문한 웹 패널 데이터를 이용하여 타당성 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 동일 상품 카테고리 내의 선호도 정보를 가지고 현업 필터링을 수행하는 것보다는 추천 성과가 낮았지만 활용할만한 추천 성과를 보였으며, 활용하는 상품 카테고리와 예측하는 상품 카테고리별로 추천성과가 상이했다.
