Effect of Calcium Application on Fruit Mineral Nutrients, Quality, and Browning in 'Fuyu' Sweet Persimmon (칼슘제 처리가 '부유' 단감의 무기성분, 품질 및 갈변율에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was established to investigate the effects of Ca application on fruit mineral nutrients, quality, and browning of 'Fuyu' sweet persimmon (Diospyros kaki). Ca foliar application at 40ml/20L/tree had a greater fruit Ca concentration than did control, Ca fertigation (40ml/20L/tree), and Ca foliar application (40ml/20L/tree) coupled with IBA fertigation (40ml/20L/tree). Fruit mineral nutrient concentrations for Mg, B, and Mn were similar or lower in the foliar treatment compared to other treatments. Fruit color was not affected. Ca treatment, whether foliar applied or fertigated, was effective in maintaining fruit firmness and in decreasing the browning symptom in fruit after MA storage at $0^{\circ}C$ for 60 and 100 days. Although Ca foliar application + IBA fertigation treatment improved fruit firmness, the positive effect on the browning and decay occurrences in fruit was not shown.

  • The SSB(Single Side Band) communication in the 27MHz band has mainly been using between fishiery station and small fishing ship less than 10tons, but the most of small fishing ship are depend on cellular system. When accident for small ship at sea happens, It's very important to communicate continuously for preventing the collision and taking action. At present it is hard to control small fishing ship and provide information properly by using 27MHz SSB channel. Therefore in this paper We present TRS communication system applied for small fishing ship to protect the safy and life at sea and to prepare for emmergency, and also validate it's application.

  • This study was intended to identify the problem of the lien in relation to the real estate auction and present its improvements in terms of procedural laws. To resolve the problem of the lien in the real estate auction, it is valid that the Vollstreckungsgericht needs to set the certain standard in relation to the possession of real estate and notify it at the first date of sale by judging whether the lien can be established. And the institutional improvement is required to obligate one to report the lien in the procedures of the real estate auction and reinforce the survey of the present condition of the lien. And it is necessary to impose the more public confidence on the statement of sale by including the matter of the lien in it. In addition, it is necessary to reinforce legal punishment to the false and fictitious lienholder and establish the legal stability of the lien in the process of the real estate auction.

  • To accommodate the rapid growth of e-commerce transactions, non-face-to-face transactions, businesses use a wide variety of payment methods. However, many of these payment mediums are not secure as shown by increases in fraudulent transactions. In this paper, we analyze a particular e-commerce transaction medium, the Safety Transaction Service (STS). This system protects consumers through a wide variety of safeguards: safety settlement systems (escrow), consumer damage compensation insurance, payment guarantee, and secure bank settlement. In contrast to the safeguards, we identify the limitations and concerns with the STS and potential legal and political improvements. The plethora of payment methods limits the consumers ability to distinguish between the secured and unsecured transaction services. Regulation and consumer based verification of transaction services are essential to root out dangerously fraudulent systems. We propose the development of specific standards to these systems, in particular the need for consumer confirmation and clear settlement documentation. Only through the active promotion of scrutiny and improvement to STS will consumers be protected in e-commerce.

The Characteristics of Commercial Fisheries of the Oregon, USA (미국 오레곤주의 수산업 특성)

  • 본 연구는 미국 오레곤주의 수산업 특성을 개괄적으로 살펴본 것이다. 먼저, 오레곤의 상업적 수산업을 역사적으로 살펴보면 2가지 주요한 계기가 있음을 알 수 있다. 첫째는 자급자족 차원에서의 연어생산을 수출품으로 변화시킨 연어통조림 생산기술의 발전이고, 둘째는 현대식 트롤어업이 도입된 점이다. 오레곤에서 주로 사용되는 어구ㆍ어법은 트롤, 채낚기, 연승, 통발, 형망 등이며, 생산어종은 연어, 게, 새우, 참치, 대구 등이다. 1995년 오레곤은 약 2억 4천 파운드의 수산물을 생산하여 미국 연안주중에서 6위를 차지하고 있고, 생산금액에서는 12위를 기록하였다. 한편, 양식업은 아직 성행하지 않아 그 생산품종 및 생산량은 미미한 실정이다. 그 주된 이유 중의 하나는 양식시설을 하기 위해서는 여러 관계기관의 허가를 필요로 하는 등 행정상의 절차가 복잡하기 때문이다. 오레곤의 수산자원관리는 우리나라에 비해 암계의 어획금지, 통발 등 정치어구ㆍ어법에 대한 인망일수의 제한, 조개류의 판매가능시간의 제한 등 몇가지 특징을 들 수 있다. 오레곤의 수산업관리제도(연안으로부터 3마일 이내)를 살펴보면, 아직 TAG제도를 도입하지 않고 있으며 생산요소역입제한방식이 채택되고 있다. 즉, 상업적으로 허용된 어종을 어획하려는 어업자는 등록절차를 필히 거쳐야 어업행위를 할 수 있으며, 등록수를 제한할 필요가 있는 특정한 어업(연어, 새우, 가리비 등)에 대해서는 행정관청으로부터 허가를 얻고 어업행위를 해야 한다. 즉, 허가어업은 등록어업보다 더욱 제한적인 어업행위를 말하며, 허가권에 대해서는 자유로운 매매양도가 허용되어 있다. 수산물의 마케팅시스템에 대해서는 우리나라에 지배적인 형태인 경매제도가 도입되어 있지 않다. 즉, 모든 수산물은 개인적인 거래계약에 의해서 유통된다. 다만 마케팅경로에 참여하고 있는 모든 구성원은 일정한 등록절차를 마쳐야 하며, 주내에서 거래되는 수산물의 일관된 통제나 관리를 위해 관계기관에 거래량을 필히 신고해야 한다. 우리나라의 중도매인은 주로 생산지의 수협(또는 내륙지 도매법인)과 도매상의 사이에 존재하나 오레곤의 중도매인은 마케팅경로 어디에든 존재하고 있다.

  • Various efforts are being made to live a Green life began to recognize an importance of eco-friendly living. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a mobile-based environmental keeping education service, which is offered well-defined category searching and environmental outreach related designed categories, for the purpose of supporting distribution of educational application. The implemented prototype system not only plays a function of environmental pollution report, related to simple environmental stewardship schemes, but also provides environmental monitoring service and integrated educational system supporting certified online volunteer activity. This study provides an one of famous methods to the youth for environmental monitoring education system based on mobile environments, and suggests an improvement to the environmental education for schools students.

  • Recently, in the cyberspace, the posts that have only insults and abuses without the fact are getting spread rapidly as a trend, it makes the damage to people also, and the social concerns have been raised about its phenomenon. Meanwhile, because of the insulting actions that performed in cyberspace, the results of infringement of personal rights conditions getting difficult to repair. Also, it is difficult to find who the person who acts as a perpetrator is. So, it is hard to report a crime or sued for damages, also, it is really difficult to deal with a criminal contempt. Also, cause of a lot of deficient areas, the Cyber Insult Crime act is need and strengthened penalties or Mitigation about the crime subject to victim's complaint are need. However, give the criminal penalties to criminal is sufficient. So, to construct a new special criminal law, it is not advisable. Thus, governed by the Criminal Code Section 311 is preferably.

  • In investigating missing persons cases, the focus is on strengthening the efficiency of detectives' work in investigating missing persons cases. Disappearance cases are seen as a problem that directly affects social safety and individual well-being. The research has the following structure. The introduction presents the necessity, scope, and methodology of the study. Next, we analyze the definition, causes, types and actual conditions of disappearance cases. In terms of problems in the process of handling missing persons cases, the initial response process, problems in the response of related agencies after reporting, problems due to the prolongation of the case, and problems due to legal restrictions are analyzed. In the plan to improve the work efficiency of detectives for disappearance cases, the revitalization of public interest investigation networks, strengthening of capacity related to disappearance case investigation, professional public interest detective certification system, and establishment of exception provisions for detective activities are discussed. In the conclusion, we present what is necessary for the activities of public interest detectives specializing in missing persons cases.

Aggregate of Korea in 2021 (2021년도 국내 골재 수급 분석)

  • The purpose of this study identifies the production of aggregate every year, and is to understand the supply and demend prospects. In 2021, the total of 135 million m3 of of aggregates was produced in Korea, a slightly increase from the total production of 2020. Of these, about 47 million m3 of sand and about 88 million m3 of gravel were produced. About 46% of total quantity of aggregates were produced with permission and the rest were aggregates produced after declaration. It estimated that of the 135 million m3 of aggregates in Korea in 2020, about 49.6% was produced by screening crushed aggregate, by 36.8% by forest aggregate, 2.6% by land aggregate, 6.8% by sea aggregate and 2.6% by washing each other, and 0.2% by river aggregate. This indicates that screening crushed aggregate and forest aggregate are the main product as in 2021. Leading producing metropolitan governments were Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Incheon, Gyeongsangnam-do, Chungcheongbuk-do, Gangwon-do, Jeollanam-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do in order decreasing volume. In 2021, aggregates were produced in 148 local governments, and The 10 leading producing local governments were, in descending order of volume, Hwaseong, Ongjin, Paju, Pocheon, Gwangju, Youngin, Cheongju, Gimhae, Anseong, west EEZ. The combined production of the 10 leading local governments accounted for 30% of the national total, and. 47 local governments have produced aggregates of more than 1 million m3 each other. In 148 local governments that produced aggregate, a total of 805 active operations produced aggregate with 372 operations by river, land and forest aggregate, 433 operations by selective crushed and washing aggregate.

  • In 2022, the total of 129 million m3 of aggregate was produced in Korea, a slightly decrease from the total production of 2021. Of these, about 44 million m3 of sand and about 84 million m3 of gravel were produced. About 41% of total quantity of aggregates were produced by permission and the rest were produced after declaration. It estimated that of the 129 million m3 of aggregates in Korea in 2022, about 54.9% was produced by screening crushed aggregate, by 32.8% by forest aggregate, 2.2% by land aggregate, 6.2% by marine aggregate and 3.1% by washing aggregate, and 0.3% by river aggregate. This indicates that screening crushed and forest aggregate are the main producers of domestic aggregate in 2022. Leading producing metropolitan governments were Gyeonggi-do, Gyeongsangnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Incheon, Jeollanam-do, Chungcheongbuk-do, Gangwon-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do in order decreasing volume. In 2022, aggregates were produced in 147 local governments, and the 10 leading producing local governments were, in descending order of volume, Hwaseong, Pocheon, Paju, Ongjin, Youngin, Gwangju, west EEZ, Incheon Seo-gu, Namyangju, Asan. The combined production of the 10 leading local governments accounted for 31% of the national total. And 44 local governments have produced aggregates of more than 1 million m3 each other. In 148 local governments that produced aggregate, a total of 800 active operations produced aggregate with 350 operations by river, land and forest aggregate, 450 operations by selective crushed and washing aggregate.
