This paper proposes algorithm for the system that can search for an image of a frame unit, and we implement it. A system already inserts in images after generating the cord that mechanical decoding and identification are possible. We are independent of an external noise in a frame unit, and a system to propose at these papers can search for an image recorded by search condition to include recording date, recording time, a recording place or filming course etc. This system is composed by image insertion wealth to insert data to an image to data image code generation wealth, a frame generating data image code you apply a code generation rule to be fixed in order to express to a price to have continued like data entry wealth, GPS locator values and direction price receiving an image signal, image decoding signals and an image search signal to include search condition, and to have continuity from users each of an image. Also, image decoding we decipher about the noise that was already added from the outsides in a telerecording process, a copy process or storage processes inserted in images by real time, and searching image information by search condition. Consequently we implement decoder, and provide the early system that you use, and we easily insert data code among images. and we can search. and maximization can get precision regarding an image search and use satisfaction as we use algorithm to propose at these papers.
The purpose of the study aims to analyse the judgement criterion of arrived ship under voyage charterparty with the Merida Case. A ship is an arrived ship if she is in port and either able to proceed immediately to a berth or in such a position that she is at the immediate and effective disposition of the chaterparty. Identification of the specified destination-whether berth or port-impacts on the incidence of loss occasioned by delay in loading or discharging, when the delay is due to the place at which the vessel is obliged by the terms of the charterparty to load or discharge her cargo being occupied by other shipping. The Merida case is an appeal by the charterers from a final Arbitration award of two very experienced arbitrators, dated 20th April, 2009. The arbitrators held that a voyage charterparty, dated 5th February, 2007, of the vessel, The M/V Merida, entered into between charterers and the owners, was a port rather than a berth Charterparty. The Primary relevance of this distinction does to the allocation, as between owners and charterers, of the risk of delay caused by congestion at load and discharge ports. The question of law arising in this appeal is whether the arbitrators were right to conclude that the charterparty was a port and not a berth charterparty. The arbitrators additionary placed some reliance on a post-contractual e-mail from the agents, which suggested that charterers did not dispute the validity of the NOR-and, hence, that this was a port charterparty.

In this paper, we propose a novel method to solve the problem of excessive segmentation out of the method of segmenting regions from an image using Homogeneity Threshold($H_T$). The algorithm of the previous image segmentation based on $H_T$ was carried out region growth by using only the center pixel of selected window. Therefore it was caused resulting in excessive segmented regions. However, before carrying region growth, the proposed method first of all finds out whether the selected window is homogeneity or not. Subsequently, if the selected window is homogeneity it carries out region growth using the total pixels of selected window. But if the selected window is not homogeneity, it carries out region growth using only the center pixel of selected window. So, the method can reduce remarkably the number of excessive segmented regions of image segmentation based on $H_T$. In order to show the validity of the proposed method, we carried out multiple experiments to compare the proposed method with previous method in same environment and conditions. As the results, the proposed method can reduce the number of segmented regions above 40% and doesn't make any difference in the quality of visual image when we compare with previous method. Especially, when we compare the image united with regions of descending order by size of segmented regions in experimentation with the previous method, even though the united image has regions more than 1,000, we can't recognize what the image means. However, in the proposed method, even though image is united by segmented regions less than 10, we can recognize what the image is. For these reason, we expect that the proposed method will be utilized in various fields, such as the extraction of objects, the retrieval of informations from the image, research for anatomy, biology, image visualization, and animation and so on.
By accessing the current status of FPD system use in the hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province as well as the entrance skin dose and the image quality evaluation realized by C-D Phantom, and the image assessment by the medical professionals regarding the radiography for the extremity, the following results were derived. 1. According to the evaluation made in the actual use of FPD system (12 machines), the grid ratio varied from 8:1 to 13:1, and 6 machines used the grid ratio with 12:1, realizing the largest number. Among the machines, there were 8 machines that allowed a removable grid while 3 machines did use a removable grid (25.0%). 2. When it came to the equipments used for the experiment, it showed that the amount of the entrance skin dose increased from 4.13 times up to 4.79 times with the grid use. 3. The difference in the entrance skin dose depending on the changes in the exposure condition(0.5times or 2.0times) was not significantly different regardless of the patients' thickness. 4. In terms of the image quality depending on C-D Phantom, the grid use was distinguished well. However, the images were well distinguishable as the exposure condition got increased. 5. In the clinical assessment, the grid use was less effective for the Hand PA, which was considered to shoot a thin body part. It was evaluated that the grid use was preferred for the Knee AP, which was shooting for a relatively thick body part. Nonetheless, 3 out of 5 people said that they would not use the grid if the entrance skin dose to reduced.

We performed the experimental study on the control of suspended dust in a cement packaging process for various ventilation systems. To effectively remove the dust generated in the cement packaging process, three different kinds of ventilation system, such as local exhaust ventilation, electrostatic scrubber, and local air supply system, were adopted. Dust concentrations in the packaging process were measured with the variation of the airflow rate of the ventilation systems and then their ventilation performance were evaluated. From the results, we knew that the ventilation performance was the best when the local exhaust ventilation and the electrostatic scrubber were simultaneously operated in the packaging process. In the electrostatic scrubber system, the effect of the airflow rate on the indoor dust removal efficiency was negligible so hat he system ust be operated at $2,700m^3/h$ for saving power consumption.
We present an efficient and robust technique to estimate the velocity of moving targets from a single SAR image. In SAR images, azimuth image shift is a well blown phenomenon, which is observed in moving targets having slant-range velocity. Most methods estimated the velocity of moving targets from the distance difference between the road and moving targets or between ship and the ship wake. However, the methods could not be always applied to moving targets because it is difficult to find the road and the ship wake. We propose a method for estimating the velocity of moving targets from azimuth differentials of range-compressed image. This method is based on a phenomenon that Doppler center frequency shift of moving target causes a phase difference in azimuth differential values. The phase difference is linearly distorted by Doppler rate due to the geometry of SAR image. The linear distortion is eliminated from phase removal procedure, and then the constant phase difference is estimated. Finally, range velocity estimates for moving targets are retrieved from the constant phase difference. This technique was tested using an ENVISAT ASAR image in which several unknown ships are presented. In the case of a isolated target, the result was nearly coincident with the result from conventional method. However, in the case of a target which is located near non-target material, the difference of the result between from our algorithm and from conventional method was more than 1m/s.

This paper describes the stabilization of underwater TAS winch system Deploy/Recover operation performance. TAS winch installed on the stern of submarine performs to deploy/recover sensor, towing cable and rope tail which is deployed from the stern and separated from submarine itself. Also TAS winch provides transmission path of power to the sensor and data transmitting/receiving path which data are acquired from underwater environment like sound, depth and temperature. At the step of TAS winch evaluation test, sporadic standstill and rotating speed oscillation phenomenon were occurred. Winch motor provides the available torque to deploy/recover TAS and root cause analysis to the winch motor was done to find exact reason to sporadic malfunction. When winch motor was disassembled, eccentricity of rotor, slip-ring and the other composition part for winch motor were found. These might cause magnetic field distortion. To make TAS winch system more stable and block magnetic field distortion, this paper suggests methods to enhance fixing status installed in winch motor. For reliable data acquisition for TAS winch operation, the deploy/recover function of the improved type of TAS winch was verified in LBTS making similar condition with sea status. At the end of stage, improved type of TAS winch was tested on some functions not only deploy/recover function, but sustainability of TAS operation on specific velocity, steering angle of submarine in the sea trial. Improved type of TAS winch was verified in accordance with design requirement. Also, validity of suggested methods were verified by the sea trial.
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of scattering radiation, which was not considered in the cultural Heritage radiography, by evaluating the relationship between the tube voltage (unit: kVp), film-floor-distance(FFD), and lead screen layout. The density (unit: D) of the test specimens and the scattered radiation increased with the tube voltage. The density of the test specimens showed an average deviation of 1.4 D; it was 0.17 D at 60 kVp, 1.54 D at 160 kVp, and 2.97 D at 220 kVp. The mean density of the scattered radiation was 0.10 D at 60 kVp, 0.40 D at 160 kVp, and 0.46 D at 220 kVp. The density tended to increase when the tube voltage ranged between 60 kVp and 160 kVp, as the FFD distance increased. However, a change in the permeation density was not observed for high voltages(160 kVp-220 kVp). Scattered radiation was observed when FFD was 50 mm, 100 mm, and 200 mm and no lead screen was used and the bottom surface was replaced with the lead screen. No scattered radiation was observed when FFD was 0 mm. The identification rate ranged from 2.08% to 2.67%, according to the FFD, for a 160 kVp tube voltage, and from 2.67% to 3.33% for a 220 kVp tube voltage.

There are unrestricted conditions on the driver's face inside the vehicle, such as changes in lighting, partial occlusion and various changes in the driver's condition. In this paper, we propose a face identification system in an unrestricted vehicle environment. The proposed method uses a near-infrared (NIR) camera to minimize the changes in facial images that occur according to the illumination changes inside and outside the vehicle. In order to process a face exposed to extreme light, the normal face image is changed to a simulated overexposed image using mean and variance for training. Thus, facial classifiers are simultaneously generated under both normal and extreme illumination conditions. Our method identifies a face by detecting facial landmarks and aggregating the confidence score of each landmark for the final decision. In particular, the performance improvement is the highest in the class where the driver wears glasses or sunglasses, owing to the robustness to partial occlusions by recognizing each landmark. We can recognize the driver by using the scores of remaining visible landmarks. We also propose a novel robust rejection and a new evaluation method, which considers the relations between registered and unregistered drivers. The experimental results on our dataset, PolyU and ORL datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Tightness performance that blocks compartments is important for surface ships to achieve superior mission performance and survivability in combat environments. To meet the above requirements, airtightness of the structural elements and the appropriate strength to specific areas are checked during a test run after ship construction. In particular, air tests of compartments adjacent to the water surface are performed. In an air test, air is injected into the compartment up to the test pressure of the test memo. The pressure drop value is checked after 10 minutes to determine if the requirements of the corresponding area are satisfied. In summer, however, when the influence of the outside temperature is large, a phenomenon in which the internal pressure increases during the air test was identified. This phenomenon reduces the reliability of the test result. Therefore, a system was designed to compensate for temperature changes in the compartments through this study. The developed system calculates the amount of pressure change caused by a temperature change in the compartment and outputs a correction value. The pressure change was calculated using the ideal gas equation, reflecting the maintenance, increase, and decrease in temperature during the test process. A comparison of the calculated pressure correction value with the database of NIST REFPROP revealed a difference of 0.126% to a maximum of 0.253%.
