  • 최근 초고속 인터넷 서비스의 급속한 확장과 함께 ADSL장비의 안정적인 공급을 뒷받침 할 수 있는 ADSL장비 시험의 국내.외적인 표준 규격이나, 시험 방법에 관한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 ADSL장비시험과 관련된 연구가 국내.외적으로 어떻게 진행되고 있는지 그 동향을 살펴본다. 또한 ANSI, ITU, DSL Forum등에서 제시하고 있는 시험 표준안을 바탕으로 Interoperability Lab(IOL), 국내 xDSL 컨소시엄 등의 국내.외의 연구소의 시험 방법 및 시험 환경을 비교 분석한다.

  • The most of military systems that developed today are composed with many sub-systems for mission execution. The test of military systems for delivery test of mass product such that part test, PCB test, component test, integration test. This paper discusses improving productivity test method that functional test of PCB has a various function. Improving productivity is minimize testing item by man and minimize kind of tester, so that decrease product cost by production time for test. PCB tester be developed many kind of test method that systems were developed by many different engineers. This paper study testing check point for testing that how to minimize of kind of tester, how to automatic test for all of function that have inputs and outputs.

  • The maritime ICT-convergence equipment are essentially required to a type approval (TA) certification that needs environmental and functional tests, to install in vessel. The environmental test is to experiment the possession for required durabilities of the target device in maritime environment, and the functional test is to check the required functions of target equipment based on international standard. In Korea, the environmental testing facilities amount to 227 sites, but there is no functional testing facility. Because of this, we establish a function test facility for the maritime ICT-equipment. In this paper, we analyze and design the functional testing requirement and required interlocking simulators for digital interfaces and navigation communication equipment. We propose the 2-steps of functional testing procedures, which are single test and integration test, to improve the reliability of testing result. The single test is to examine own functions of the target device, and the integration test is to check harmonized operation with other navigation and communication devices.

  • 현재 네트워크 장비 관련 시장에서는 기술력과 가격대 성능비와 같은 객관적인 평가 기준에 의한 공정경쟁이 시장을 지배하게 되었다. 즉, 독립성과 신뢰성을 가지고 있는 사설 시험소들의 시험 결과와 인증 마크가 네트워크 장비 구매자들의 구매 기준으로 적용되기에 이른 것이다. 이에 본 고에서는 우리나라에서 시행 중인 네트워크 장비 시험인증 기관의 체제에 대해 고찰하여, 국내 시험 인증 기관의 시험인증 서비스에 대한 개선 사항을 제안하고자 한다.

  • In the United States and Japan ITS device performance test-beds have been widely developed to enhance the reliability of traffic information and to expedite the standardization of components for securing the compatibility of device. In this study the selection criteria for developing ITS device performance test-bed are investigated by analyzing the cases and studies of overseas. Based on the criteria, a test-bed is developed and test-run. The importance of developing ITS device performance test-bed was identified as the result of reviewing the test run of each selection.

  • This paper describes the importance of the network equipment markets and the necessity of the testing and the verification for the network equipments and the effective system for network equipment test. With the rapid internet service development, the demands of the network equipments(for example, router, switching equipment etc.) are expanded. The network equipments request the high love technologies, so the foreign network equipments are prevailed in the domestic market. But the development of the network equipments in korea is in the beginning stage. To deploy the network equipments into the real network the network equipments should be tested and verified by the certified test labs. To get the verification from the foreign test lab, it takes a lot of expenses and times. For the competitiveness of our products in the international markets, the technique of the test and verification on the network equipments should be level-up. This paper investigates the network equipments market condition and the network equipments test condition in Korea. For the competitiveness of our commodities in the international markets, this paper proposes the testing strategy for network equipments.

  • In this paper, the configuration and design of the test equipment are presented to examine the impact of rapid temperature change in cooling-air that may occur during the operation of the fixed wing aircraft Environmental Control System (ECS) on avionic electronic equipment. At the start of the ECS, the temperature of the air supplied by the aircraft ECS may be increased to 5.0℃ per second. In order to ensure operating of the avionic electronic equipment that is mounted on the aircraft and receives cooling-air from the ECS, testing equipment that can implement the cooling-air characteristic test environment is required. During design of test equipment was verified cooling-air rapid rate of temperature change by performing a thermal/flow analysis, performance of the test equipment implemented was verified by applying an avionic electronic equipment.

  • A simple and useful plane strain testing device was newly developed and its mechanical features were presented in this paper. The new testing device was designed to be capable of testing various stress paths expected under plane strain condition with only the conventional triaxial loading system. The applicability of the new testing device was systematically checked both by theoretical evaluation and by experiments. As a result, it was found that the new testing device has much wider range of application than the conventional plane strain testing devices.

  • 본 논문에서는 극지 빙해역을 운항하는 쇄빙선박이나 해양구조물에 작용하는 해빙의 재료특성을 계측할 수 있는 간이 실험 장비를 제작하였다. 극지 빙해역을 운항하는 쇄빙선박의 빙저항이나 해양구조물에 작용하는 빙하중을 추정하기 위해서 극지 현장에서 실규모의 시험을 수행하게 되는데, 저온과 얼음이라는 악조건을 극복하기 위한 빙역학 기술과 특수 장비가 필요하다. 국내에 한국해양연구원 MOERI 빙해수조가 완공됨에 따라 얼음의 특성을 고려한 모형빙 재료특성 시험용 계측장비가 일부 마련이 되었으나 빙해역 현장 시험에 대한 경험이 전무하며, 계측장비에 대한 지식과 기술 역시 확보되지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 차후 쇄빙연구선 ARAON호를 이용한 빙해역의 실선계측 시 해빙의 강도를 측정하기 위한 계측시스템 마련의 일환으로 시험편 획득을 위한 코어링 장비와, 해빙의 재료특성 중 1축 압축강도를 측정하기 위한 간이 압축시험기 그리고 얼음의 결정구조를 파악하기 위한 편광기를 제작하였다. 또한 극지 현장실험에 적용할 실험기법 확보를 위한 일련의 과정을 마련하기 위해 제작된 장비를 이용해 소양호에서 현장실험을 수행하였고 계측된 결과를 참고문헌과 비교해본 결과 유사한 값을 갖는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
