새 정부가 국정비전과 국정과제의 하나로 추진하고 있는 $\lceil$공정과 투명$\rfloor$, $\lceil$자유롭고 공정한 시장질서 확립$\rfloor$은 곧 지배구조의 개선을 의미하는 것이다. 그리고 기업 지배구조의 개념 및 목표는 기업 내$\cdot$외부 이해관계자들의 견제와 균형을 통해 기업의 시장가치와 경쟁력을 높이는 것이라는 점에서 지배구조를 개선해 나가기 위한 모든 시장참여자들의 노력이 필수적이다. 특히 대기업집단의 지배구조는 시장에 미치는 영향력이 매우 크기 때문에 훨씬 더 투명해야 하고 바람직한 모델이 필요하게 되는 것이다. 그러나 제도의 완비보다 더욱 중요한 것은 그 제도를 운용하는 정부와 제도의 적용대상이 되는 기업의 의식의 변화라고 생각한다.

이동전화시장에 대한 규제여부를 논의할 때 가장 중요한 요인으로 이동전화시장의 경쟁상황을 들고 있다. 대부분의 이동망 비규제를 주장하는 측의 논리는 이동전화시장은 복수사업자체제로 치열한 경쟁이 전개되고 있기 때문에 고정망에서와 같은 강력한 규제가 대칭적으로 적용되어서는 안된다는 점을 강조하고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 주장의 타당성을 검토하고 합리적인 이동망 시장 규제대안을 모색해보기 위해서 이동전화 시장구조를 살펴보고 세분화된 이동전화 시장 내에서의 경쟁상황을 검토하였다. 아울러 본 고에서는 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 세분화된 이동전화 시장상황에 적합한 정책 및 규제 대안을 제안하였다.

한국 종합주가지수는 한국증권거래소에 상장된 모든 기업들의 가치 가중치에 의한 포트폴리오의 가격의 시계열이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이 지수는 한국 경제의 현재의 활동과 미래의 활동에 대한 예상의 총합의 반영 또는 표상을 표현하는 정보라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 시차변수가 독립변수로 도입될 수도 있으며, 시차변수가 아닌 변수가 독립변수로 도입되는 것이 허용되는 회귀모형을 통하여 구조변화의 회수와 구조변환점을 검정할 수 있는 통계량과 이 통계량의 확률분포를 분석하고 한국 종합주가지수에 적용하여 한국 종합주가 지수의 일별수익률에 구조변화가 발생하였는지의 여부와 발생했다면 발생회수와 변환점들을 발견하는데 그 목적이 있다. 한국 종합주가지수의 일별수익률은 분산의 변화 그리고 평균 및 분산의 동시변화가 1997년 9월 27일에 발생하였다. 자기회귀모형에 의할 때 증권시장의 구조변화는 1999년 11월 16일에 이루어졌다. 평균과 분산의 변화가 일어나 구조변화의 단계를 시작하고 구조변화에 알맞는 환경조성에 2년이 소요된 후에 1999년 11월 16일에 구조변화가 정착되었다. 정착이 이루어진 후에야 비로서 이 두 기간은 서로 다른 경제구조와 증권시장구조가 이루어지고 이에 입각하여 시장의 새로운 운동법칙이 전개되고 있다고 할 수 있을 것이다.

In this study, the methodology for measuring the structure of the Korean defense market and the competition status, and the characteristics of the Korean defense industry and the market are examined. To analyze the structure of the Korean defense market and the competition status, the market share, concentration ratio, and the Herfindal-Hirschman index are employed based on the annual sales of major Korean defense companies. On a basis of the result of the analysis, the suggestions for the Korean defense market to escape from the monopolistic market to be a competitive geographical market are presented. To present the suggestions, markets that have a similarity with the dense market are analyzed. The government's support policy, the selection of the companies led by the government, and the cost of the military are suggested for the defense market on a basis of analyzing similar markets. With the suggestions, when the government pursues the policies, the defense market sticking to principles and fairness is created and the efficiency of the companies operation is achieved, by enhancing the structure of the market fundamentally and the development of the policies in the industry's perspective.

Most of existing studies about employment of people with disabilities have regarded the disabled groups as only one group which has different characteristics respectively. In fact, each of the disabled groups have several peculiarities of their own. So government or policy makers must regard the disabled group as different groups which have their own characteristics(example : education level, house income, wage, working hours, satisfaction level for their job, disability type and degree, service year in a firm, etc) for promoting employment of the disabled effectively and keeping their job continuously. In this study, we examine and verify the existence of segmentations in Korea labor market of the disabled according to their different education level & sex by using MDFA(Multiple Discriminant Function Analysis technique) and seek solutions for easing those segmentations.

This paper measures market power in the Mongolian banking sector using bank level panel data for commercial banks over the period of 1999 - 2006. In the literature, studies on banking competition have largely focused on the banking sectors of developed economies. However, banking competition in developing countries such as Mongolia has been largely neglected. This paper is an attempt to fill this gap. We find that both the monopoly hypothesis and the perfect competition hypothesis are rejected and that the Mongolian banking sector is instead characterized by monopolistic competition. We thus find that the Mongolian banking sector is more competitive than market concentration measures may suggest. We infer that the entries of new banks have strengthened market competitiveness.

본 특집은 한국식품개발연구원의 기술신서 제3집 "중국의 농수산물 생산유통실태와 식품관련 산업현황"(박무현, 박형우 저) 실린 도표 및 그의 중국관련 자료들을 분석하여 현재 중국의 식량생산에 따른 시장구조 변화의 측면을 고찰한 것이다. 특히 이러한 고찰은 중국의 시장구조가 과연 자본주의적인 변화를 추구하는 건지 또는 중국 독자의 사회주의체제 유지를 위한 건지 살펴보는 계기가 될 것이다.

Recently, China has expanded enormously its economic trade exchange bilaterally with other nations and developed as the second largest aviation market in the world. While open skies bilateral agreements were signed between China and other countries, the agreement processes influenced the aviation market structure and market sharing heavily. This paper analyzed the Chinese aviation market by such three angles as market scale, competitive situation, and market concentration. It is concluded that the Chinese aviation market is the oligopolistic market structure tested by the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index. Finally, suggestions are given to the airlines operating in China such as joining the air alliance, paying attention to a different frequent flyer program (FFP) etc.

오늘날 유통업을 둘러싼 시장환경의 급속한 변화와 유통구조의 재편은 지역 재래시장에 심각한 영향을 미치고 있다. 다양화, 개성화된 신소비행태의 확산, 개방화에 따른 상품고 유통시장의 국제화, 정부규제 완화, 지방화 시대의 도래, 정보화의 진전, 다양한 신업태 등장 등 지난 수십 년간 경험하지 옷한 새로운 환경의 도래는 유통업계 전체에 엄청난 변화를 강요하고 있다. 이러한 새로운 유통 환경속에서 자생적 경쟁력이 취약한 지역 재래시중 은 유통 환경변화에 적응하지 못해 침체를 면치 못하고 있다 이 같은 재래시장의 침체와 위축은 지역 영세상인의 생계문제와 진주지역의 경제에까지 영향올 미치고 있는 실정이다. 현재 지역의 재래시장이 직면해 있는 실태를 살펴보면, 첫째, 국내 유통시장 완전 개방9 따른 유통 산업구조의 변화와 극심한 경기침체 등의 경제환경의 변화, 소비자 욕구의 다양화에 따른 소비환경의 변화, 유통구조 변화의 영향으로 따른 신업태의 출현함으로써 기존의 경쟁상권의 판도 변화에 대한 대응력의 부족올 문제점으로 지적할 수 있다. 둘째, 상인자본의 영세성으로 인한 시설의 불비와 낙후성, 공중 및 환경시설의 미비, 주차공간의 미확보 등 시장의 시설적 측면에서 문제점이다, 세째, 시장활성화에 대한 상인들의 자발적인 노려과 이의 실천을 위한 확고한 의지의 결여 및 서로 믿고 신뢰하는 시장문화의 부재, 그리고 시장기능의 악화에 대한 상인들의 깊이 있는 성찰과 인식이 부족한 점을 지적할 수 있다. 넷째, 소비자들이 재래시장올 외면하는 가장 큰 이유는 '품질과 성능에서의 차별화 독자성'의 결여를 들 수 있겠다. 다섯째, 독창적인 커뮤니케이션의 부족이다. 동대문 시장이 상인들의 끊임없는 노력으로 세계적인 의류패션의 메카를 일궈낸 것을 타산지석으로 삼아야 할 것이다.

The unemployment rate in Korea increased sharply since the deep economic depression. The rapid increase of unemployment rate is attributed, in part, to economic shock, but more basically to the structural problem of labor market. Moreover over 2-3 years later, the labor market perspective looks dismal. To overcome the labor market crisis, the fundamental reforms aimed at improving the labor market function is required. Thus the focus of policy should shift from reducing unemployment to increasing employment.
