LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)는 디지털 기기의 주요 구성 요소이며, 모든 크기의 FPD (Flat Panel Display) 시장에서 지배적인 시장점유율을 보인다. 그러나 많은 전문가들은 LCD 산업이 수년 내에 OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diodes), 3차원 디스플레이, 플렉서블 디스플레이와 같은 차세대 디스플레이 기술의 강력한 도전에 직면할 것이라고 예상한다. 이러한 경쟁환경에서 LCD 산업이 살아남기 위한 방안으로 본 연구에서는 LCD 산업의 경쟁력의 원천을 밝혀내고, 이를 극대화하는 전략적 방향을 제시한다. 이를 위해 먼저 LCD 산업구조와 가치사슬을 분석하여 LCD 산업의 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 기본적인 전략적 대안을 개발한다. 이 단계에서 얻어진 통찰력을 바탕으로, 인과지도(causal loop diagram)와 시스템 다이나믹스 (system dynamics) 방법론을 활용하여 기존의 LCD 산업구조에서 판매량, 시장점유율 및 이익 등의 핵심 지표에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 구조적 특징을 규명한다. 또한, 여기서의 다이나믹스 모형을 바탕으로, LCD 제조업자의 관점에서 프로세스 역량을 극대화할 수 있는 전략적 대안을 모색한다.

Despite the recession of the global market, the domestic electronic appliance companies dominated TV market in North America. They took both the premium and mid-priced product market and achieved both profitability and volume due to strong product competitiveness and brand power. Despite doing well in the North American market, the domestic TV manufacturers are worried about product development, marketing and sales strategies to remain the continuous competitiveness in the TV market. This study proposes the a sales prediction model of electronic appliances using sales data of S company from the North American market. We develop the sales prediction models based on multiple regression analysis and artificial neural network and compare two models. Especially, this study analyzes the relevance between the TV sales and TV main features in order to improve the price competitiveness or improve the value of TV products.

케이블망 개방(open access)은 케이블망사업자가 자사의 ISP 뿐만 아니라 경쟁 ISP도케이블모뎀망에 접속할 수 있도록 허용하는 것이다. 미국의 경우 케이블망과 DSL 망모두에 대해 망개방 의무가 부과되지 않고 있다. 영국의 경우 케이블망 개방에 대해서는 규제를 하고 있지 않으나, BT와 Kingston의 DSL 망에 대해서는 개방 의무를 부과하고 있다. 케이블망 개방에 대한 비규제 접근 배경측면에서 미국은 광대역서비스 시장의 설비기반정책에 중점을 두고 케이블사업자의 망투자 유인제고에 목적을 두고 있으나, 영국은 초고속인터넷서비스 시장에서 케이블사업자들의 시장지배력이 없다는 점에서 규제개입보다는 ISP와 케이블망 사업자간 접속이 시장기능에 의해 이루어지는 것이 더 바람직하다는 점에 기인하고 있다. 이런 점에서 미국의 규제완화 접근이 경쟁사업자에게 망 접속 제공을 요구하고 있는 영국에 비해 기술방식간의 설비기반 경쟁정책으로 나아가고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 향후 어떤 정책이 광대역서비스의 보급을 더욱촉진할 것인가에 대해 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 케이블망 개방 관련기술방식과 케이블망 개방 관련 논쟁에 대해 살펴보고, 영국과 미국의 케이블망 개방에 대한 규제접근을 검토하였다.

This study analyzed changes in the market concentration of Korean ocean-going shipping companies using shipping revenue based CR (Concentration Ratio), and HHI (Herfindahl - Hirschman Index) to examine the effects of the government's selection and concentration based the shipping reconstruction scheme. The results of this study showed that the market structure of the Korean shipping industry has changed from a competitive market to a rather concentrated market, as CR as well as HHI values have increased from 2019 to 2021. In particular, the market share of the deep-sea shipping lines has risen significantly compared to the intra-Asian short-sea shipping lines and the tramp carriers, implying that the Korean liner shipping market has become a monopoly, or highly concentrated oligopoly market. Compared to other shipping markets, the high rise in ocean freight rates (i.e. Asia-Europe America) was the leading cause of the increase in the revenues of the ocean-going shipping lines, and the increased fleet through preemptive government support has enabled them to achieve more revenues. As a result, it can be interpreted that the government's fleet expansion strategy has been more effective than expected, but it is too early to conclude if the market structure of the Korean ocean-going shipping companies has been strengthened.

It is well known that international cooperation is considerably more difficult because of the difference of interests, level of technology of the partners, social and culture as well as various macro-environmental conditions. This case study aims to investigate the success factors of international R&D collaboration between two firms. For it, an in-dept interview was conducted to the Etri-Microsoft Information Security Lab. A comprehensive research on theories, such as resource-based theory, network theory, relationship marketing theory and market power perspective was done as well. The results show clear objectives, communications based on trust, core competence on which the counterpart can rely on, consideration on the government decision process as well as the environment are important for success.

So that this study confirms going concern's availability laying focus on entertainment industry possibility of default judge, focus in cash flow that is important accounting indicator pointer to do cause of bankruptcy, payable capability, insolvent estimate etc and analyzed effect that governance gets in cash flow. The sampling period was from 2005 to 2008 and the number of samples was 44. In analysis technique, implement basic statistical, t-test, correlation, regression. Is as following if summarize result. CFO, for debt ratio, negative(-), enterprise size was exerting positive(+), and cash flow by investment activity enterprise size negative(-) influence reach.

일본의 상호접속은 전기통신사업법에 법적인 근거를 두고 설비를 보유한 특정 전기통신사업자가 설비를 보유한 다른 전기통신사업자로부터 상호접속의 요청이 있는 경우 다음의 특별한 사유를 제외하고는 상호접속을 이행토록 강제하고 있다. 특히, 1종 지정전기통신설비를 보유한 사업자(현재 NTT 동일본, NTT서일본이 각각 지정)는 고정계의 필수설비를 보유한 시장지배적사업자로, 필수설비 접근의 제한 및 지배력남용을 방지하기 위하여 강한 규제를 받고 있다. 특히, 상호접속부문에서는 LRIC에 의한 접속료 규제를 받는 유일한 사업자로 NIT가 지정되어 있는 상황이다. 반면, 2종 지정전기통신사업자(이동계 지배적사업자)와 기타의 전기통신사업자는 이러한 접속료 규제를 받기는 하지만 1종지정전기통신사업장와 같은 접속약관인가가 아닌 신고제를 적용받고 있다. 다만, 이용자들의 end-to-end 서비스의 보장을 위해 상호접속을 실시도록 하고 있다. 이에 본고는 현행 일본의 상호접속관련 규정 및 접속료 산정 guideline인 접속료 규칙을 살펴보고자 한다.

2007년 애플의 아이폰 출시 이후에 본격적으로 터치센서 시장이 성장하면서, 최근에는 스마트폰 뿐만 아니라 태블릿 PC, 노트북 PC, AIO(All-in-One)-PC 및 DID(Digital Information Display) 등 각종 디스플레이 제품으로 응용이 확대되고 있다. 터치패널 시장은 장기적으로 이러한 IT 제품을 넘어 자동차 시장과 같은 타 분야로 확대될 잠재력이 높다. 터치센서 기술은 슬림화, 경량화, 다기능화 등을 지향하는 고기능화 전략과 시장지배력을 확보하기 위한 저가격화 전략이 상충되면서 단일 전극층 터치센서, 플랙시블 터치센서, 내장형 터치센서, 대면적 터치센서, 지문인식 및 디지타이저 등이 내재화된 다기능 융/복합 터치센서의 개발이 촉진될 것으로 예측된다. 본고에서는 이러한 터치센서 기술동향과 산업동향을 기술하고자 한다.

From the perspective of corporate governance, we examine the acquirers' performance of mergers and acquisitions in KOSDAQ Market. The empirical results of our study show that inside an executive shareholders and outside minor shareholders, affect acquirers' performance in M&A's : the ownership of outside minor shareholders is positively correlated with the performance of acquirers. and, the ownership of insiders, such as that of an executive shareholders, does have significant effect on the performance of M&A's. Since the current literature concludes that the improvement of corporate governance in KOSDAQ Market would enhance the shareholders' wealth, the results of our study implies that outside minor investors, as well as insiders, are playing an important role in the corporate governance.
