Insurable value agreed by the parties shall be presumed specified at the time of the accident. It is nevertheless provided that where agreed value considerably exceeds certain amount evaluated at the time of insured accident, the amount shall be insurable value. It casts doubt on what constitutes such an excess in valuation in marine insurance. Because of the relatively short periods and less volatile economies, maritime insurance, with the statutory insurance value, has deemed insurable value conclusive. In other ways, the provision of default rule substitutes the amount evaluated at the time of insured accident for statutory insurance value. However, over-valuation of agreed value determined by the comparison of statutory insurance value leads to non sequitur in valued policy. Maritime insurance, in the case of over-valuation of agreed value, construes certain amount evaluated at the time of insured accident as insurable value. Accordingly, beyond the application of statutory insurance value, the amount should be considered for over-valuation of agreed value.

치과마취시의 응급사항이란 마취를 시행하는 도중이나, 후에 정상적으로 기대되었던 현상외의 변이로 나타난 합병증과 같다고 생각되며 이들 합병증의 치료를 소홀히 하였을때 치명적인 상태까지도 도달할 수 있다. 마취의 효과는 주사침이 조직내로 자입된 후, 마취액이 주입되어 해당신경이 분포되는 부위에 동통감각이 소실됨으로써 얻어지게 된다. 그러므로 주사침의 자입시나 주입된 마취액에 의한 부작용이 없어야 한다.

This study was performed to improved the quality of dried persimmon. For this, the investigation of quality factor and processing experiments were performed. The moisture contents of dried persimmons were 30 to 36% and it was the most important component of the quality. Tannin contents were 0 to 20% and non-treated persimmon had higher tannin contents than treatment of carbon dioxide and alcohol. Total sugar contents were 55 to 60% and it was composed in glucose and fructose. Processing of dried persimmon by artificial-drying seemed to be useful when it needed to shorten the drying time or it continued rainy day during sun-drying. From the result of quality evaluation, sliced dried persimmon was better than whole dried persimmon in quality, so the sliced dried persimmon was expected that it has a little marketability.

The purpose of this paper is to develop strategy for successful ecotourism in Sundarbans, Bangladesh, based on studying and explaining the ecotourism destinations success factors in already developed successful ecotourism mostly in developing countries. This thesis will analyze the economic potentiality of Sundarbans as an ecotourism spots of Bangladesh and its proper utilizations to enhance ecotourism as a profitable approach for economic growth of Bangladesh. The findings of the study are the current condition of Sundarbans and some applicable recommendations according to the needs.

In this age of digital technology, we often experience overwhelming and inescapable feelings of weakness, vulnerability, loneliness and fear that propel us into a state of gloom or frustration. Poetry can also serve as a therapeutic medium for overcoming them because it provides unique opportunities for self-discovery and is a catalyst for healing and self-integration. This study examines the healing properties in English poetry. First, Poetry has expressed innermost feelings, which can serve as a catharsis the emotional release. Therefore it can nurture and strengthen the human capacity. Poetic language heals our soul and mind. Rhythm which comes in many forms and poetic form also are important components of the therapeutic value of poetry. So we can say English poetry can be used as a therapeutic means for healing and personal growth.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the characteristics of a digital culture, its negative effects, especially automatism of perception, a poetic strategy against automatism of perception and the utility of poetry including the therapeutic function of poetry. The new technologies offer us various experience, great opportunities and rosy future by freeing us from boring and laborious tasks, and difficult decisions. Through the excessive and habitual use of new technologies, we may become too dependent on machines, losing our thinking abilities, sensibility, perception and creativity. Therefore, we need poetry to recover the sensation of life and make us feel things. Reading poetry allows us to look into someone else's soul and cultivate the ability to empathize. As a healing fountain, poetry leads us to a way for a change of heart, a recovery of psychic health and universal love through perfect communion in ourselves and in society. Furthermore we need a systematic and in-depth study of digital poetry as well as traditional poetry.

The purpose of this study is to develop conceptualization models of reading, information, ICT, and digital literacy through conceptual differences of these literacy by reviewing and defining the concepts of literacy as well as reading, information, ICT, and digital literacy. Computer literacy has emerged as a concept that explains the phenomenon of contemporary social, cultural, and information technology development, and since then, computer literacy has since changed to IT, ICT literacy, and digital literacy. As a result of the study, a conceptualization model of the reading, information, ICT, and digital literacy was developed. In this model, these literacy whose terms have changed according to the technological development of media, have been classified as medium-centered literacy. And reading and information literacy that focuses on the cognitive process of understanding, utilizing, and evaluating texts and information is categorized as process-oriented literacy. In the digital environment, reading and information literacy is a core competence to critically think and evaluate the texts that are on media, and further research is needed to reduce the reading and the information gap among readers.

원자력발전소의 상온수압시험에는 여러가지 목적이 있으며 그 중에서 가장 중요한 것 중 하나는 원전 주요 기기로부터의 누설여부를 알아내는 것이다. 동 시험에서 누설 여부를 알아내기 위해 현재 국내에서는 미국 규격에 따라 육안검사를 수행하고 있으나 프랑스의 경우, 음향방출 누설시험과 육안검사를 수행토록 하고 있다. 저자는 1992년과 1993년 중국 광동 원전 1, 2호기의 가동전검사에 참여하여 프랑스의 RSEM 규격에 따라 실시된 상온수압시험시의 음향방출 누설시험과 누설 육안검사에 대하여 기술 지원 업무를 수행하였다. 동시험에서는 시험 최고 압력인 228bar에서는 음향방출 누설 감시시험과 누설 육안검사를, 감압단계인 155bar 에서는 누설 육안검사를 수행하였다. 본고에서는 동 규격에 따라 최초로 수행된 중국 광동 원전 가동전검사 수압시험시의 음향방출에 의한 누설감시와 누설 육안검사에 대해 검사 기술, 검사 방법, 검사 절차, 그리고 검사 대상부위 등을 기술하였다.
