VHDL을 이용한 MPEG-4 CELP 부호화기의 구현 (Implementation of MPEG-4 CELP Encoder using VHDL)

  • MPEG-4 CELP의 알고리즘은 전송환경에 따라 선택할 수 있는 다양한 전송률을 지원하며 각종 옵션을 추가함으로써 다양한 기능을 부가할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG-4 오디오 CELP 부호화기를 VHDL(Very High Speed Intergrated Circuit Hardware Description Language)을 이용하여 구현하였다. MPEG-4 CELP의 부호화 과정을 크게 3부분으로 나누어 LPC 분석부, 코드북 검색부, 비트열 생성부로 나누어 설계하였으며, 내부 메모리의 크기를 줄이기 위하여 중복적인 성격을 갖거나 계산과정에서 나오는 중간 결과 값들을 저장하지 않도록 알고리즘을 최적화하였다. 또 계산 값의 동적 범위(Dynamic Range)가 크거나 정밀도가 요구되는 부분에 대해서는 배밀도(Double Precision) 연산을 사용하여 값의 오차를 줄였다.

  • In this paper, conventional biological treatment methods to compensate for the shortcomings bio-Ceramic -technology to develop fusion as a preliminary step of the analysis and review process to restore contaminated soil and BTEX (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene) contaminated by Soil physical and mechanical properties were analyzed. As a result, pollution levels and other contaminants by supporting the sample tests carried out by mechanical properties testing, and the difference between unpolluted soil were compared.

  • In this study, a revegetation reinforced earth retaining wall to strengthen the strength than construction and make up for the weakness; eco-friendly part, of the existing facilities is new construction method. The special attention is that Eco-Metal reinforced retaining wall is not use concret. Before test construction on the scene, the stability of Eco-Metal reinforced retaining wall was checked by an experiment with a model and numerical analysis. The result of an experiment with a model was that the loaded tensile stress 40.2KN/m was more than long-term design tensile strength 29.4KN/m at Geogrid and a safety factor of numerical analysis was 1.14.

  • This study is concerned with how to optimize the Input sequence of product models with sequence -dependent setup time in Mixed-Model Assembly Line (MMAL) using conveyor system. Usually MMAL consists of a number of stations linked by conveyor belt and each station has a work zone limited by upstream and downstream boundaries. To avoid improper interference between operators in the adjacent stations and excess of machine moving range, operators are forced to complete their operations within their predetermined work zone. In this study, our goal is to determine sequence of models for minimizing the total work unfinished within their work zone. A generalized formulation of the product sequencing problem in MMAL is presented and we developed an optimal procedure using Branch & Bound. Also we developed a heuristic procedure using local search.

  • Mechanical properties of the materials used for transportations and industrial machinery under high strain rate loading conditions such as seismic loading are required to provide appropriate safety assessment to these mechanical structures. The split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB) technique with a special experimental apparatus can be used to obtain the material behavior under high strain rate loading conditions. In this paper, dynamic deformation behaviors of the aluminum alloys such as A12024-T4, A16061-T6, and A17075-T6 under both high strain rate compressive and tensile loading conditions are determined using the SHPB technique.

$YMnO_3$ 와 Bi 첨가한 $YMnO_3$ 의 저온성장과 표면분석 (Low temperature growth and surface analysis of $YMnO_3$ and Bi modified $YMnO_3$ films)

  • Bi가 첨가된 강유전체 YMnO$_3$ (YBM)와 YMnO$_3$을 펄스 레이저 증착법을 이용하여 MgO(111)기판 위에 증착하였다. 증착시 기판온도와 산소분압에 따른 YBM 박막과 YMnO3 박막의 결정성장거동에 대하여 연구하였고, Bi의 첨가량에 따른 YBM 박막의 저온결정성화 효과에 대하여 관찰하였다. YMnO$_3$는 830 $^{\circ}C$이상에서 산소분압이 감소함에 따라서 c축 우선성장 거동을 보였다. 그에 비해 YBM은 700 $^{\circ}C$이상에서 산소분압이 증가함에 따라 c축 우선성장 하는 것을 관찰하였다. 이것은 Bi 첨가효과로 인해 저온결정화와 높은 산소분압에서 c축 우선성장을 하는 것으로 생각된다. Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM)분석과 Secondary Electron Microscopy(SEM)을 통하여 Bi의 첨가량이 증가함에 따라서 표면거칠가 감소하고 grain size가 증가함을 알 수 있었다. Bi의 거동을 살펴 보기 위해 Rutherford Backscattering spectroscopy (RBS)분석을 해보았다. 이 분석을 통해 Bi를 첨가한 YMnO$_3$는 Bi가 표면에 산화물형태로 존재함을 알 수 있었다.

  • There are many factors that generate the early deterioration of the concrete structure. As the one of the representative factors, we can think an invasion of the water, air and so on. The water and air invade in inside void along the capillarity and they become the cause that the durability like corrosion of layer department due to freezing and thawing, inside steel frame corrosion, and so on blacks. Therefore with covering permeability covering waterproofing material of fluid condition in outer wall, intercepting the deterioration factor due to the infiltration of water from outside and for salt damage of concrete layer department, freezing damage and neutralization, it needs to improve durability of structure. This study separately examined physical and chemical specific of quality liguid siliceous of waterproofing material. Therefore as this applys the construction site, it improves the durability of concrete structure. Further this presents the application plan from the construction market against the new material.

  • In these days, repair materials for leakage cannot help but being taken in temporary way without any noticeable countermeasure. This kind of repair is socially criticized many times that is defective construction even if tills costs a lot. It was not arrange the standard for performance evaluation test method and quality maintenance for materials, even it has been used various injection repairing agent. In conclusion, We suggest that the test method for repair materials for leakage to establish the leakage repairing technology as increase of structure demand, so that the necessity of the establishment of the quality control standard and the performance testing way on the relevant water-proof seal is increasing a lot to regulate the water-proof technology and the leakage repair technology.

  • 무선 이동 통신의 발달로 인해, 각 이동 단말 장치에 따른 데이터 동기화 방법이 다양해짐에 따라 공통된 동기화 프로토콜 규격의 필요성이 대두되었다. SyncML 은 이기종 시스템 간의 상호 운용성을 보장하는 데이터 동기화 표준으로서 사용자와 벤더들에게 많은 장점을 제공하는 프로토콜로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SyncML 프로토콜에 대한 간략한 설명과 함께 SyncML 을 이용하여 개발된 서버의 프레임웍을 제시하고, 데이터 동기화를 처리해 주는 Sync Agent에 대하여 기술하였다.

자동변속기유가 연비에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (A Study for Effects of Automatic Transmission Fluid on Fuel Economy)

  • In order to improve the fuel economy by design change of automatic transmission, various technologies such as increased shift stages, slip control of lock-up clutch and compact and low-weight design have been developed. And also many OEMs have developed their own ATFs as a part of these automatic transmissions. In this study. to investigate the effects of ATF characteristics on fuel economy, we got the worldwide OEM ATFs and made some reference fluids. And physical properties, frictional characteristics and fuel economy using dynamometer test for these fluids were evaluated. From the investigation, it was found that viscosities of ATFs are correlated with fuel economy in dynamometer test and reducing the viscosities made it possible to obtain fuel economy.
