In this paper, we design and implement a VoIP traffic generator for simulating call processing in IP contact center systems. Creating a VoIP call based on H.323 and SIP and generating RTP traffic which uses G.711 codec, the generator lets many users simulate situations on which they call each other. With this tool, which is named VoIPTG, users can combine H.323 or SIP session control protocol, the number of users, time variation, and voice codecs and then direct various situations for simulation. This traffic generator can be used for testing functions of an IP contact center and especially it is necessary for testing the quality of IP based call recording systems.

Java is an interpreted language that can run on a variety of platforms, also Java has a number of useful features for network. Due to theses features of Java language, Java is used in various fields. In this paper, we will talk about how the malware that threaten the Java Security Manager of the Java Virtual Machine is using the vulnerability of the Java Virtual Machine. And for corresponding measures, this paper suggest vulnerability analysis method of Java system class by using Java Call Graph and Java Access Permission Checking Tree. By suggesting that, we want to lay groundwork for preventing Java security threats in advance.

Since Korea joined the ranks of the developed countries, the interests in people with disabilities are rising. In particular, as disabled people become more active, to improve the transportation vulnerable's the right of movement have been required more strongly. Thus each municipality has been various efforts to do this. In this study we provide a understanding of each local government authority status which associated with operation of special transport systems, a call-taxi for transportation vulnerable and investigate the implementation status of mobility support system for traffic vulnerable which provided with automatic vehicle delivery. Also, with identification of automatic vehicle delivery problems the system, we design and implement a best-effort automatic vehicle delivery algorithm to improve these problems. Algorithm proposed in this study actually applied to commercial system of local governments to resolve the existing problems and to check to operate normally. The results are expected to provide to more exact and faster automatic vehicle delivery to transportation vulnerable and to improve the convenience of transportation vulnerable's movement.

In this paper, for supporting more variable services than typical DSRC, brand call service, truck and an official vehicle services, etc. using location information and mobile communication network could be adapted. emergence helping information providing, multimedia service that are wireless internet, movies and games, are increasingly needed for competible wireless car mobile terminal. Those needs would make a development a wireless telemetries system based on WiBro interface in ubiquitous vehicle environment. We analysis the proposed telematics mobile terminal using simulation which is concerned about fixed bandwidth and dynamic bandwidth.

초고속 통신망의 확대 적용으로 인터넷의 빠른 성장과 함께 음성과 비디오 그리고 데이터를 통합하고자 하는 노력이 시도되고 있다. VoIP(Voice over IP)는 IP를 이용하여 음성과 데이터를 패킷 형태로 통합하여 실시간으로 전송하는 기술이다[1]. 패킷 네트워크에서 VoIP 시그널링 기술을 이용하면 망 자원으 효율적 이용 및 PSTN에 가까운 음질 그리고 인터넷과 연계한 다양한 음성서비스 지원이 가능하다. 콜센터에서도 VoIP를 사용하게 됨에 따라 VoIP망에서의 녹취 시스템이 필요하다. VoIP 녹취 시스템은 상담원과 고객 간의 통화 내용을 자동으로 녹음하여 보관함으로써 고객의 요구사항을 명확하게 파악할 수 있으며 녹취 데이터의 통계 자료 제공으로 효율적인 관리가 가능하고, 선택 녹취, 스케쥴링 녹취, 상담원의 평가 자료를 제공하여 고객 관리의 질적인 향상을 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 성능에 큰 영향을 주지 않고 기존의 VoIP 녹취 시스템의 문제점을 해결한 에이전트를 포함한 VoIP 녹취 시스템을 제안한다.

네트워크의 발전으로 인해 현재 존재하는 소프트웨어 구조에 몇 가지 문제점을 내포하게 되었다. 이러한 환경에 대응하기 위해 생태계 구조를 모방한(Bio-inspired) 네트워크 기반적응 생존형 시스템을 제안한다. 여기서는 생태계의 여러 특성 중 적응성(adaptability) 확장성(scalability), 생존성(survivability)을 모델링 하고자한다. 이 시스템은 상기의 특성을 포함하는 몇 개의 계층으로 구성되어 있다. 독립된 개체의 역할을 하는 에코전트 레이어와 에코전트의 활동을 지원하는 에코전트 플랫폼 레이어, 효율적인 네트워크 활용을 위한 플랫폼 콜레버레이션 레이어로 이루어져 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시스템의 구체적인 기능과 구성 그리고 이 시스템의 활용 분야에 대해 살펴본다.

IDC는 기업 및 개인 고객에게 전산 설비나 네트워크 설비를 유치하여 유지·보수 등의 서비스를 제공하는 곳으로, 서버 장비 및 통신장비의 운영과 관리를 대행하여 서버의 안정성, 보안성과 서버가 제공하는 서비스의 품질을 유지해 주는 시설이다. 하지만 학교나 일부기업에서는 자신들의 고유 서비스를 위해 호스트를 자신들의 NOC(Network Operation Center)에 놓아두게 되고, 그러면 IDC에서 지원하는 다양한 관리 서비스를 제공받지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 IDC 관리형 인터넷 서비스 모니터링 및 관리시스템의 구조를 제안하고 시스템을 구현한다. 웹에서 효과적인 모니터링 및 관리를 위하여 JAVA 기반의 설계를 하였으며, 인터넷 서비스에 대한 효율적인 관리를 위하여 ICMP 프로콜을 사용하였다. 제안된 시스템을 이용하여 원격지의 서버의 상태나 인터넷 서비스의 전반적인 상태를 일정하게 유지하며, 웹을 기반으로 하여 모니터링 및 관리를 할 수 있다. 중요 기능은 데이터의 주기적인 수집과, 수집된 정보를 데이터 베이스에 저장함으로써 네트워크의 상태 변화에 대한 지속적인 관찰이 가능하다. 또한 시스템에 어떤 문제가 발생하였다고 판단될 경우 효율적이고 신속한 대처가 이루어지도록 하기 위하여 관리자에게 보고서를 제출하게 된다.

본 연구에서는 청소년들을 대상으로 정의적 특성으로 분류해 온 도덕성의 성격과 발달 수준을 찾아 이를 기초하여 학생들의 자기 이해를 돕고 정의적 성숙을 가져올 수 있게 하는 자기 평가식 도덕성검사를 Kohlberg의 도덕성 발달 수준을 기반으로 한 온라인 도덕성 검사 시스템을 설계 및 구현하는 방법을 연구하였다. 구현된 시스템을 이용하여 학생들 스스로 자신의 도덕성을 진단하고 평가하여 자기중심성으로 부터 벗어나 협동과 상호존중의 관계를 지향할 수 있는 학생이 되도록 하는 것이 이 연구의 주요한 목적이다. 본 연구에서 설계하고 구현한 도덕성검사 시스템이 성공적으로 적용된다면 검사와 검사의 결과에 대한 진로안내가 한 시스템 내에서 이루어지기 때문에 학생들의 진로지도에 대한 효율적인 성과를 가져올 수 있을 것이며, 또한 쉽고 빠른 검사로 인해 지필검사를 통해 실시하는 것보다 훨씬 경제적인 효과를 올릴 수 있을 것이다.

내년 1월부터 2,000세대 이상 공동주택을 건설하는 사업주는 입주자 모집공고안에 주택에 대한 성능등급(주택의 소음, 구조, 환경, 생활환경 등급, 평가 항목에 따라 1-5등급으로 구분)을 미리 표시해야 한다. 이에 따라 건설업체는 성능등급을 받은 자재를 선호할 것으로 보여져 성능등급을 받은 자재에 대한 관심이 높아질 전망이다. (주)청완산업이 새로 개발한 Double Up System은 화장실 소음 1등급과 구조부문 수리용이성 1등급을 획득, 건설업계의 러브콜이 예상된다. 또한 욕실 배관을 층상배관으로 시공 함으로써 시공의 용이성과 함께 소음걱정 해소, 쾌적한 환경 및 다양한 인테리어가 기대된다.

최근 금융 및 통신 산업 중심의 텔레마케팅 시스템이 증가하고 있는 가운데 아웃바운드 전문 콜센터 솔루션에 관한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 과거의 인바운드 위주의 마케팅에서 탈피하여 좀더 구체적이고 효율적인 마케팅전략이 필수적으로 아웃바운드 기반의 콜센타는 고객의 문의사항을 접수받아 해결하는 상담중심의 인바운드 모듈과 달리. 정보제공이나 상품판매를 위해 먼저 전화를 거는 텔레마케팅 운영방식으로, 본 논문에서는 Caller­ID를 활용하여 특히 소규모 콜센타 운영에 필수적인 인아웃바운드 모듈의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 논의하였다.
