본 논문은 전력서비스거래에 있어서 디지털시대에 걸맞는 새로운 전자상거래 체계의 도입 방안을 탐색적으로 연구한 결과이다. 전기거래cycle의 전자상거래화는 다른 일반상품의 전자상거래와 비교할 때 신뢰확보, 거래교섭, 배송(配送), 대금결제 등에 있어서 유리하다. 따라서 기존 한전의 고객관련DB가 대부분 HDB이므로 web 상에서의 완벽한 연계의 어려움이 있지만, EDA/SQL이라는 Middle-ware를 이용한 전자상거래 시스템을 운영할 때, 사용량검침 및 요금청구서 송달·수금관련 업무에 대한 BPR이 이루어지게 될 것이므로 연간 약 1,200억원 정도의 고정비절감 효과를 얻어 경영효율향상이 예상된다.

컴퓨터와 네트워크 발전으로 인한 인터넷의 확산은 오프라인으로 제공되던 많은 서비스들을 온라인화로 변화하는 계기가 되었다. 이러한 다양한 온라인 서비스중의 하나가 전자 경매이다. 전자 경매란 오프라인 경매 시스템의 취약점을 보완하여 온라인으로 경매가 가능하도록 하는 서비스이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 상호 인증서 교환을 가정으로 하여 안전하고 효율적인 전자 경매 시스템 구축을 위해 공개키 암호화 방식과 해쉬 함수를 이용하면서 사용자의 편리성이 제공되는 전자경매 시스템을 제안 및 구성하였다.

현존하고 있는 HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language)기반 인터넷 전자투표 시스템의 대안으로 웹 환경에서 XML(Xtensible Markup Language)표준기술을 이용하여 이기종간의 시스템에서 동작가능하고 HTML의 구조적 단점을 보완하며 전자투표와 관련한 데이터를 XML로 저장하고, 표준화된 XML문서 인중과 데이터 무결성, 기밀성, 송신 부인봉쇄 등의 보안 서비스를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 부분 서명과 암호화가 가능하며 구현 측면에 있어서 편리함을 제공할 수 있는 XML 기반의 전자투표 시스템을 설계한다.

인터넷의 대중화와 더불어 전자상거래에 대한 관심과 중요성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 전자상거래에서 보다 많은 고객들을 유치하기 위해서는 거래의 안정성 보장, 시스템의 사용 편의성, 다양한 물품의 제공, 저렴한 가격 등과 함께 차별화된 고객 서비스 전략이 필요하다. 고객의 취향에 적합한 상품 정보를 제공함으로써 고객의 만족도를 증진시키고 나아가 지속적인 방문을 유도하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 고객이 전자상거래 쇼핑몰을 방문 시 고객별로 관리되는 선호도를 활용하여 고객의 취향에 적합한 상품 정보를 제공한다. 퍼지논리를 이용하여 제품군간에 근접도를 반영함으로써 사용자에게 보다 좋은 상품 정보를 제공하는 기법을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 스마트항로표지 플랫폼 및 MIoT 시스템 형상에 대하여 고찰한다. 이러한 MIoT 시스템을 기반으로 항로표지의 집약 관리를 구현하고자 할 때 시스템 동작 형상에 대하여 살펴보도록 한다. 또한 MIoT 단말 형상에 대하여 검토하고 그동안 항로표지 집약 관리 현장의 단말에 대한 의문 사항을 정리하도록 한다.

Over the past decades, there have been numerous studies for approaches to build and operate electronic government systems. Among those studies, work breakdown structure(WBS) has been gained attention increasingly. As a general system engineering techniques. WBS is a kind of methods to engineer and manage electronic government systems effectively. WBS is to organizes tasks and data items for management and engineering for electronic government systems. In this paper, the authors proposed a conceptual WBS model for management and engineering electronic government systems. Also, the authors conducted a case study based on the conceptual WBS model. The results of this study provide useful insights and guidelines for applying the WBS to management and engineering for electronic government systems. The authors believed that the conceptual WBS models will be widely used to management and engineering an electronic government systems.

최근 국내외에서 활발히 추진되고 있는 전자상거래는 비즈니스의 모든 프로세스를 전자화하고 디지털 통신망에 접속을 자동화하는 정보화 혁명으로써, 전자상거래의 보편화되면서 신용카드번호, 비밀번호 등 대금결제를 위한 중요한 개인 정보가 네트워크에 노출될 수밖에 없고 해커들의 공격 유형도 다양해 질 것으로 보인다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래의 체계의 특징, 지불 시스템, 인증 시스템의 종류, 개인정보 위협요소들의 분석을 통해 전자상거래 최적환경을 만들기 위한 전자상거래 보안 시스템을 설계하였다.

Nowadays Several Countries like USA and Republic of Korea introduced Electronic Litigation System in the civil sector, and this introduction of electronic system affected several changes dramatically management environments of many firms. Especially in Republic of Korea this electronic litigation system is introduced by the purpose such as decrease paper document, cost down of litigation and the transparence, but till now most enterprises don't prepare about electronic litigation. This introduction of electronic litigation system changes the circumstance of the law environment, firms have to prepare solutions about changes of litigation systems and changes of firma management systems.

A customer satisfaction at business activity has influence on affirmative customer reaction. The customer reaction encouragement system(CRES) is to expand the present customer response concept in this paper. The CRES application can make real-time connection between customers and sellers at EC(B2C) environment, and on the basis of this application, it can derive the positive customer reaction encouragement. In this paper, the comparison results between new EC system applied for the CRES and present EC system are proposed.

XML은 표준화와 운영체제 중립적이라는 특성 때문에 전자상거래에서 중요한 위치를 차지하며, 이미 많은 전자상거래 시스템에서 이용하고 있다. B2B 전자상거래분야를 위해서는 기업간 비즈니스에 대한 업무 규칙과 절차가 표준화되어야 한다. 그러나 기업들이 표준화 된 XML 문서를 사용하는 것이 아니라 기업의 실정에 맞게 시스템을 구축하여 기업간XML 문서 전달을 하고 있어, 이에 따라 많은 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 요구를 기반으로 많은 조직과 기업에서는 XML을 기반으로 하는 전자상거래 표준화 작업을 프레임 워크 형태로 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 TCP／IP 기반의 메시징 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였으며, 시스템을 모듈별로 설계를 하였기 때문에 시스템의 확장성이 용이하다. 본 메시징 시스템은 전자상거래 시스템에 적용하여 효율적으로 이용할 수 있을 것이다.
