인구증가와 급속한 산업화에 따른 대량생산, 다량소비로 인해 쓰레기의 발생량은 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며 생활수준의 향상으로 쓰레기의 질적 특성도 변화되고 있다. 정부는 분리수거로 쓰레기 감량화 유도를 위해 지난 ’95년부터 쓰레기 종량제를 전국적으로 실시하고 있으나 수거∙운반단계에서 발생하는 문제는 크게 개선되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 쓰레기 방치에 따른 악취, 미관저해 등의 환경 위생적인 측면과 교통 안전 등의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 새로운 개념의 수거∙운반방식 도입의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 쓰레기 자동집하시설은 지하관로를 통해 쓰레기를 수거하는 방식의 최첨단 시스템으로 지상에서 쓰레기를 볼 수 없는 쾌적한 주거환경 조성 및 기존의 수거∙운반 단계의 단점을 해결한 쓰레기 수거 시스템이다. 이미 유럽 및 일본 등에서 도입되어 운영되고 있는 쓰레기 자동집하시스템은 삶의 질 향상과 함께 에서 운영비 절감 등 경제적인 면에서 우수성이 검증된 바있다. 국내에 쓰레기 자동집하시설이 도입된지 10여년이 지났으나 그동안 주상복합 및 병원, 오피스텔 등에만 적용될 정도로 시장이 매우 미미했었다. 최근들어 쾌적한 주거환경에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 지자체 및 발주처가 확대적용할 예정이어서 새로운 시장으로 떠오르고 있다. 최근 토지 공사가 성남 판교 집하시설과 용인흥덕지구 집하시설 입찰에 들어갔고, 주공도 광명소하지구 집하시설을 입찰에 붙였는데 건설업계의 관심이 집중되었다. 이와 관련 본지는 쓰레기자동집하시설 도입 필요성 및 원리, 국내 적용 현황 등에 관해 자세히 알아보고, 우양기건(주)(대표 강석대)가 인천광역시 도시개발공사로부터 분리발주 받은 송도4공구 1, 2단지 쓰레기관로수송설비공사의 시공사례를 알아본다. 향후 쓰레기 관로수송설비공사는 주택 단지 형성시 반드시 필요한 공사중의 하나이며 지자체로부터 분리발주될 가능성이 높은 공사 중의 하나이므로 우리 설비건설업계가 관심을 가져야할 분야이다.

This study analyzed relation with performance on the job by strategy of outsourcing as study about outsourcing and system operation performance of mid-size ERP systems. To summarize the results of this study, first, mid-size ERP outsourcing companies in stages, rather than the big bang approach to introducing more effective measures could get the conclusion. Second, ERP outsourcing, the business strategies of the big bang as significant were analyzed in terms of partnership. This section introduces the methodology and business partners, regardless of outsourcing could be distinguished from the very important variables. As a result, the standard for business enterprises mid-size mad to keep a systematic business analysis is very difficult. Therefore, a gradual introduction of a step by step implementation of such a methodology capable of performing reliable business methods are needed.

A preliminary study was conducted to introduce the concept of asset management in developing maintenance strategies for public facilities. A survey was carried out to analyze public institutions' maintenance status, thereby leading to an asset management system. The survey identified the maintenance priorities for the asset management system, evaluated the weight factor in selecting facilities, and analyzed the current maintenance system. The purpose of the study is to assess the system transitioning to asset management systems considering the life cycle of the facilities from safety management-oriented maintenance policies. As a consequence of the survey results, the study presents data for establishing an asset management system.

물류산업 분야에서 EDI를 도입하기 위한 노력이 해양수산부와 항만 운영회사를 중 심으로 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 우리 나라 물류 ED 시스템 은 종이 서류를 전자 서류로 대신하는 시스템 구조를 채택하고 있기 때문에 이 문제를 극복 할 수 있는 새로운 시스템의 출현이 요구된다 하겠다. 본 논문은 우리 나라에 도입되어 운 영되고 있는 물류 EDI 시스템이 보다 한 차원 높게 발전하기 위해 요구되는 시스템의 성공 요인을 제시하는데 있다. 국가 또는 항만 단위의 물류정보 시스템이 보다 효율적으로 운영 되기 위해서는 단순한 전자 문서 전송방식보다는 데이터의 공동 이용 방식을 채택하는 시스 템으로 전환되어야 한다. 그 이유는 항만을 중심으로 전송되는 물류 데이터는 그 특성상 약 간의 수정을 거쳐 반복적으로 물류 조직 사이에 전달되기 때문이다. 본 연구를 위해 독일, 프랑스, 영국, 미국, 일본 등 발전된 물류정보 시스템이 검토되며, 아울러 KL-Net이라 불리 우는 우리 나라 물류정보 시스템의 고찰이 이루어지고 있다. 선진화된 항만의 물류정보 시 스템으로부터 시스템의 성공 요인이 도출되며 이 시스템을 실현하는데 경험하게 될 몇 가지 어려운 점이 논의되고 있다.

With the rapid development of the Internet, public agencies and private companies introduced 'IT outsourcing in order to maintain and repair the information systems. Also they have utilized the SLA in order to manage it. Although IT outsourcing as a way to promote effective SLA are being introduced, the introduction of service level agreements or those introduced universal effectiveness did not demonstrate in the public agencies. The importance of outsourcing in the information systems is growing, but the increase in size of the business information, IT technology diversification, expansion of information between systems interconnection, information system operating and maintenance costs with the increase of information systems to streamline operations, increase the need for versatility is growing gradually. In this paper we investigates IT outsourcing in public agencies as a way to promote effective service level agreement(SLA) with the introduction and consideration, and through the application of SLA mutual customers and IT service organizations make a clear point of management and IT service levels and IT services for improved mind and strengthen the effectiveness of preventive activities can be seen.

With the evocative interests in food safety, food traceability has been spotlighted by researchers as well as consumers. However, food traceability systems are not yet in reality even though there are continuous needs from market. Also, studies about food traceability focus on technical aspects without considering the spectrum of the adoption. In this study, we chose ginseng whose traceability systems are not easily adopted. Innovation-resistance model is employed to find out factors affecting either adoption, resistance or both. As results, we find out the followings. First, relative benefits and reasonableness of cost do not affect adoption and resistance of innovation. Second, there is difference between continuously resisting group and adoption-postponing group.

Recently implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems with packaged business software is growing rapidly. The purpose of this article is to provide further insights into the business process change and change management in implementation process of ERP systems. This paper examine an survey of some 146 firms' adoption and implementation of packaged ERP software. In this paper, we propose an integrated approach of business process change and change management of the implementation process. This research highlights the importance of change management for implementing ERP. In addition, we empirically reveals that the eventual success of ERP systems depends on effective business process change and change management during the ERP implementation.

연구자의 R&D 전주기 과정을 지원하기 위해 KISTI에서 2006년 개발된 OntoFrame$^{(R)}$은 과학기술 온톨로지와 DBMS 기반 추론 시스템을 적용하여 추론 서비스를 제공하였다. 2007년 개발중인 OntoFrame$^{(R)}$의 추론 시스템은 대량의 인스턴스를 대상으로 빠른 추론 성능을 제공하기 위해서 저장 구조 변경 및 추론 프로세스 변경을 통해 추론 시스템의 성능을 개선하는데 중점을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 추론 시스템의 개선을 위해서 RDF 트리플의 데이터 구조 및 테이블 구조 변경, EMPV(Expanded Multiple Properties View) 개발 및 도입, 추론 서비스와 추론 시스템의 프로세스 변경, 저장 구조 관리기의 개발 연구를 수행하였다. 데이터 구조 및 테이블 구조 변경을 통해서 저장 공간의 오버헤드를 개선하였고, EMPV의 도입을 통해서 트리플 저장 구조의 비효율적인 자료 접근 방식을 개선하였으며, 프로세스 개선을 통해 추론에 소용되는 시간을 단축하였다. 또한 관리기 도입을 통해서 사용자 편의성 및 추론 시스템의 관리 기능을 제공하였다.

This study investigated the applicability of the Management System for Records Standard (ISO 30301) in university archives. To examine the current state of the university archives, we surveyed 57 university archives based on the requirements of ISO 30301. We analyzed the current state of the university archives through survey results and professional interviews. Subsequently, we suggested eight things that need improvement for the adoption of ISO 30301 in university archives.
