e-business 시대가 도래하면서 기업의 경영환경 변화에 따라 신속하고 정확한 의사결정과 조직의 유연성 확보, 전략적 경영기능의 강화, 선진 기업의 프로세스 도입이 필수적인 요소로 대두되고 있다. 경영혁신을 하고자 하는 기업들은 모든 정보기술들을 전사적 입장에서 통합 관리하는 시스템의 도입을 필요로 하는데, ERP 시스템은 정보 기술 전략과 BPR을 통합할 수 있는 방법으로 ERP시스템이 업무프로세스의 표준화라는 사상을 바탕으로 전사적인 관점에서 비즈니스의 모든 영역을 최적화 할 수 있는 효율적인 해결책임을 의미한다. ERP는 Enterprise Resource Planning의 약자로서 "전사적 자원관리"라고 하며, 재무관리, 회계관리, 생산관리, 판매, 재고관리, 인사관리 등 전사적인 데이터를 일원화시켜 관리할 수 있고 또한 경영자원을 계획적이고 효율적으로 운용하여 생산성을 극대화하는 새로운 정보시스템이다. 국내에서도 많은 기업들이 ERP를 근간으로 하는 산업의 e-비즈니스화를 촉진하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라 중소기업의 ERP도입 현황과 특징 그리고 도입의 필요성 등을 알아보고, ERP도입 성과와 성공적인 구축방안으로 산학연계의 방안을 제시한다.

Recently, the paradigm of land development has been transformed from the joint development to the step-by-step development due to changes in socio-economic conditions. Nevertheless, the introduction of large-scale transportation facilities such as new transportation system tends to employ the joint development. Although new transportation system is eco-friendly, it occasionally fails at the beginning of the project because of high installation cost. Such phenomenon is caused by not only the system did not reflect the local characteristics but also did not respond to the step-by-step development. Accordingly, in order to introduce transportation system rationally, introducing new methods corresponding to the step-by-step development should be sought. In this study, we assumed that large-scaled land development site be achieved step-by-step development. and suggested the need for a phased introduction through benefit-cost analysis. The findings illustrated that the phased introduction shows economic efficiency with 30% increase of B/C compared to the bulk introduction. It also demonstrates that the bulk introduction under step-by-step development is more efficient than the bulk introduction under joint development.

정보화가 진전됨에 따라 조직이 보유하고 있는 정보를 효율적으로 관리 하고자하는 요구가 증대되고 있다. 따라서 EDI의 중요성은 더욱 커지고 있으며 전자 문서의 효과적인 교환, 유지 그리고 정보로의 가공이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 EDI를 산업정보 시스템에 어떻게 적용시킬 것인가와 그에 따른 기술로서 XML을 도입하여 XML/EDI 시스템 구축 방안에 대하여 제시하였다. 우선 EDI 시스템에 대한 개념, 구성 요소, 도입 효과에 대해 다루었고 전통적인 EDI 시스템이 갖고 있는 문제점을 파악하여 그에 따른 해결 방법으로 XML을 어떻게 도입하여 효과적인 XML/EDI 시스템을 구축할 수 있는지에 대한 XML/EDI 시스템의 구축방안에 대한 방향을 제시하였다.

일반적으로 확장 ERP라 함은 기존의 ERP 시스템에 SCM, CRM(고객관계관리), SEM(Strategic Enterprise Management) 등의 확장 솔루션이 추가 또는 통합된 개념이라고 할 수 있다. 기업의 정보시스템 구조에서 CRM과 SCM의 위치는 ERP를 중심으로 양 측면에 나란히 위치한다 물론 이들 3개 영역은 전자지불 체계와 전자상거래를 기본 인프라로 한다 이 거대한 경영수단들을 확장 ERP라는 범주 안에서 연계시키는 것은 매우 중요하며, 새로이 확장 ERP를 도입하는 기업들과 기존의 ERP 시스템에 확장 솔루션을 추가하려는 기업 모두에게 도입을 위한 전략이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 ERP의 확장 솔루션인 SCM과 CRM의 도입을 위한 전략 방안을 모색하고, 기존의 시스템과 확장 시스템을 비교 분석하여 정리한다. 이 연구에서는 여러 업체의 사례를 기초로 전략적 도입방안을 제시한다.

중소제조업체들은 원가 절감과 생산성 향상을 위해 생산정보시스템을 도입, 운영하고 있으나 이에 대한 성과평가 연구가 전무하여, 최고경영자는 생산정보 시스템 투자여부 등을 결정하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 DeLane and McLean(2003)의 연구 모형을 바탕으로, 생산정보 시스템 투자에 대한 성과평가 모형을 제시하고, 모형 검증을 위해 생산정보시스템을 도입한 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 분석결과 생산정보시스템의 도입을 통해 기업의 순효익(Net Benefjts)이 향상된 것으로 나타났다.

국군에서 99년도에 공식적 웹 문서에 XML을 활용하기로 발표한 바 있다. 그러나 현재 이를 제대로 수용하고 활성화하기 위한 전문 인력과 제반 여건은 크게 미흡한 실정이다. 이 논문에서는 XML 도입에 대비하여 군의 현 시스템을 분석하고, XML의 활성화를 위한 정보시스템 계획을 제시하고자 한다. XML/EDI는 문서 교환 방식을 혁신적으로 개선할 수 있는 정보 기술이며 군의 과학화와 정보화를 위하여 전략적 중요성을 가지고 있다. 그러나 XML을 통한 정보 시스템의 구축은 현 군사 운영 체계와 분리될 수 없는 문제이므로 전략적 정보 시스템 계획 수립의 차원에서 이 문제가 검토되어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 군사 계층별 업무 요구사항을 분석하여 현실태와 문제점을 파악하고, 웹 정보 시스템도입을 위한 조직 구조를 제시한다 실용화 도입의 단계별 조직 계획과 XML 교육 훈련 계획, XML 활용대상 업무의 선정 등을 중심으로 연구한다. 연구의 중요한 산출물로서 전략적 정보 시스템 계획의 애플리케이션 시스템 맵을 제시한다.

This study offers a $3{\times}2$ matrix on the development method pursuant to the level of readiness and necessity for IS of SMEs, and the Delphi method survey through the assistance of a panel of IT experts was employed. Upon analyzing the results, in all rounds, the 1st quadrant and 2nd quadrant resulted in a preference for leasing methods (ASP/SaaS) and the other quadrants resulted in a preference for outsourcing. Quadrants closer to the 1st quadrant showed a preference for leasing methods (ASP/SaaS) and quadrants closer to the 6th quadrant showed a preference for outsourcing. In the case of the IS implementation for the entire company, all three levels of readiness resulted in a preference for outsourcing. The point in which the implementation method changed depending on the level of readiness was when unit systems were implemented, and among the implementation methods, in-house development showed the lowest results.

Purpose Though many information systems researchers have made various attempts to investigate the relationship between information technology capability and firm performance from diverse perspectives, we have not come to a conclusion yet with some mixed results. In this research, focusing on the adoption of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems by firms as a proxy measure for information technology capability, we reexamine whether the association is significantly positive. Design/methodology/approach Previous research on this topic had some limitations to the samples and analysis method. Some research focused only on the 1990s or early 2000s, and other studies failed to adequately compare the impact of ERP adoption on firm performance between the treatment group and the control group. In this research, extending previous analysis approaches with the matched sample comparison of IT leaders and the control group, we attempt to apply propensity score matching in combination with difference-in-difference analysis with a sample of Korean firms that adopted ERP systems in the late 2000s. We match ERP adopters and non-adopters with propensity score matching and compare their financial performance with difference-in-difference estimation between the pre- and post-adoption periods. Findings According to our analysis, we find no positive and significant relationship between ERP adoption and firm performance in profit ratios. This research shows that, contrary to the era of proprietary information systems, standardized information systems today have no additional competitive advantages over competitors.

Modern corporations are faced with widespread, dynamic and accelerating changes. To better cope with the external and internal changes, corporations often utilize information technologies such as RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification). To date, RFID research has mainly focused on adoption strategies and intention on RFID, construction case. The purpose of this study is to examine qualitative and quantitative performance on RFID. To validate the research model proposed in the study, filed survey was conducted with 67 in company using RFID. Then, we compare their quantitative financial results after the introduction of RFID in order to measure the performance of the RFID. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, the relation among qualitative factors showed significant correlations. Second, the difference of financial metrics was existed after the adopting RFID. Third, significant difference was observed among financial ratio. Fourth, the correlation between qualitative and quantitative performance showed no significant relations.
