국가연구개발사업은 연간 4조원이 넘는 국가예산을 연구개발부문에 투자하는 사업으로 이 사업의 효율적인 관리는 국가과학기술 경쟁력 제고에 직결된다. 그러나, 현재 국가연구개발사업의 관리는 부처별로 분산되어 이루어지고 있기 때문에 종합적인 정보자원의 획득과 사업관리에 어려움이 있으며 연구개발사업의 중복투자가 발생되는 문제점이 있다. 이에 국가연구개발사업의 부처간 정보장벽을 해소하고 효율적이고 포괄적인 국가연구개발사업의 기획 및 관리가 이루어지며, 대국민 정보 서비스가 실현된 국가연구개발사업 종합정보시스템이 구축되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국가연구개발사업 종합정보시스템 개요에 대해 설명하고, 본 시스템의 성공 요인 및 기대효과에 대해 논하고자 한다.

다중 데이터베이스 미들웨어 시스템은 기존에 이미 개발되어 사용되고 있는 여러 상이한 데이터베이스 시스템을 상향식 기법으로 통합하여 기존 데이터베이스 시스템에 아무런 수정을 가하지 않고도 사용자에게 단일한 인터페이스로 동시에 여러 데어터베이스에 접근할 수 있도록 하는 시스템이다. 이러한 데이터 통합 미들웨어 시스템은 ERP/CRM/DW/전잔상거래 등 여러종류의 데이터 저장소를 통합 접근해야 하는 분야에서 유용하게 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 한국통신에서 개발된 다중 데이터베이스 시스템인 MDATA를 종합망관리시스템 구축에 이용한 사례를 통하여 데이터 통합 미들웨어 시스템의 적용사례 및 그 유용성을 제시한다.

While most of the real estate information provided on the web is simply based on the information of the properties like addresses, locations, prices etc, this paper suggests methodologies for the development of a total information system of real estate which can provide, in an one-stop mode, value-added real estate information contents. The total information system of real estate designed in this paper includes a geological information system using a GIS, a property information system using photos and videos, a systemized legal consulting system, a web call center where customers can communicate with real estate experties on the web and lastly marketing analyses system using credit card data.

In this paper, we implemented total monitoring system in which LED light turned on only when user detected and LED light turned out only when user disappeared. This system is composed of two modules, one is HW board based on Micro Controller and the other is SW control system based on Web server. Micro controller board is based on ATMega2560 chip which is connected with Infra Red and Ultra sonic sensors. Web based monitoring system was designed can be used in smart device. The validity of this monitoring system was proved by integration test of two modules.

This research aims to build a total information system that systematizes existing sporadic information, which may lead to revitalization and efficiency of overseas urban development. To achieve this, this study firstly analyses the current information systems for urban development in foreign countries and information from the private sector. The results show that the information system that operates in the domestic agencies, are less likely to involve the contents related to information sharing, social network building and business process. However, that used in agencies ordering the overseas urban development projects, mostly provides the information of professionals, project participants and their business. Second, this research selects the information to be provided by the integrated information system and proposes a data collection plan. The information, required to push forward urban development in abroad, is classified into seven categories. Third, this study establishes a target model of comprehensive information system and makes suggestions for institutional improvement. For doing this, it categorizes overseas urban development information, links to classified information, organizes the system into three stages to services through informational channels, and then suggests a target model. Furthermore, it proposes institutional improvement to achieve efficiency of information systems through a comprehensive review of the similar cases such as administrative system of architecture(Seumter) and land information system.

현재 한전의 변전소자동화시스템은 SCADA 및 EMS 둥을 중심으로 상당한 발전을 하였으나 세계적인 자동화기술 발전추세에 부응하고, 전력설비의 운용비용 절감 및 효율적 관리를 도모코자 새로운 변전소 종합자동화시스템을 구축하였다. 따라서 154kV변전소에 이 시스템을 1년간 시범운전하여 적용기기의 성능, 신뢰성, 상호 결합성 적합여부 등을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서는 변전소 종합자동화시스템의 $국내\cdot외$ 기술현황과 시스템 구성을 소개하며 시범적용결과 도출된 문제점과 대책 및 실 적용시 적합한 시스템 구성에 대하여 기술한다.

완전 통합 디지털 계측제어 시스템을 갖춘 APR1400 신형경수로 초호기 신고리 3호기가 지난해 연말부터 가동되고 있다. 본고는 이 최첨단 원자로의 종합 계측제어 시스템을 상세히 설명하고 있다. 지금 세계의 많은 원전들은 디지털 계측제어 시스템의 확보를 위해 확실하고, 효율적이며, 무엇보다 안전한 기술 혁신을 추구하는데 매진하고 있다. 기술이 밀집되어 복잡하지 않고, 모듈 방식의 개인별 계기반과 전산화된 공정, 그리고 스마트 경보 발령 시스템 등을 갖춘 첨단 제어실은 더욱 간편하고 안전한 업무 환경을 제공해 주고 있다. 신고리 3,4호기의 성공 사례를 통해서 독립형 계측제어 시스템을 성공적으로 통합시킬 수 있는 혁신적인 방법이 확인됨으로써 이제는 종합 디지털 계측제어 시스템을 적시에, 안전하고, 경제적으로 실용화할 수 있다는 것을 보여주고 있는 것이다.

본 논문에서는 최근 인터넷 환경에서 증가하고 있는 대규모 컴퓨터 바이러스/웜에 의한 침해사고 발생 시 네트워크 포렌식 등에서 정의되어야할 정보와 이를 활용한 대량 트래픽을 발생시키는 시스템을 탐지하는 방안을 제안하였다. 이에 따라 종합 침해사고 대응 시스템에서의 자동화된 역추적 절차를 제시한다.

본 논문은 클라우드 기반 종합채권관리 지원 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 자동화된 통합인증 및 접근제어 시스템으로서, 각기 독립된 모듈을 통합하여, 부실예측을 예상하고 자산을 평가하여 채권회수에 관한 데이터 및 기법을 다른 모듈과 공유함으로써 채권회수 및 관리의 효율성을 높인다. 또한 제안하는 시스템은 클라우드 환경에서 운영됨으로 인하여 금융 사고를 줄이고, 업무 투명성을 높이는데 목적을 둔다. 따라서 제안하는 시스템은 고객의 접근성 및 보안성을 강화하여 기존 시스템보다 효율적으로 사용될 것으로 기대된다.
