본 논문에서는 전력시스템에서 상정 사고로 인해서 부하가 급변할 때 계통의 신뢰도를 유지하기 위해서 발전 모선의 전압을 조절하여 부하 모선의 전압을 정상상태의 범위에서 유지시키기 위한 알고리즘을 구조개편 후 비상시에 취할 수 있는 중요한 조치 중 하나로서 재조명한파. 이에 먼저 전력 계통의 상태를 발전기의 예비력을 기준으로 정상상태와 비상상태로 나누고, 계통에서 발생한 상정사고에 대하여 발전 모선의 전압변동을 통해서 부하 모선의 전압을 정상상태의 범위에서 유지하도록 한다. 하지만 심각한 상정사고가 발생하여 발전기의 출력이 정상상태의 예비력 기준을 초과하여 발전을 해야만 하는 상황이면, 이를 계통의 비상상태로 선언하고, 이를 다시 정상상태로 회복시킬 수 있도록 하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제안하였다.

The analysis of RF performance requirement conditions on communication system is critical indicator to predict the performance of system. UWB(Ultra Wide Band) system which the standard is not established yet is difficult to derive the precise system performance requirement condition. Also, there are differences between conventional UWB system and multi-band system about RF performance requirement condition. In this thesis, the differences are analyzed and performance requirement conditions of multi-band UWB system are described on the basis of the differences. Throughput, maximum transmit power, and sensitivity of multi-band UWB system is varied with respect to the number of Sub-Bands. In addition, because of Multi-path effect, if PRF(Pulse Repetition Frequency) is changed, the Multi-path link margin is happened to compensate for Multi-path Energy Loss which is contributed by increasing of the Link Margin. According to Multi-path Margin, the variation of the resistance with respect to sensitivity and interference signal is observed and analyzed through the simulation.

기존의 인터넷 경매시스템에서는 경매 대상 상품을 게시하고 경매참가자들이 입찰가격을 제시한 후 가장 높은 입찰가를 제시하는 경우에 거래가 낙찰되는 형식이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 방식은 사용자의 편의성을 고려하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 경매 참여자에게 지속적인 입찰제시와 확인 등을 요구하기 때문에 고객 편의를 위한 자동 일괄 처리를 만족시키지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 경매 상품에 대한 입찰 히스토리와 경매시간, 경매방법, 낙찰가격 등을 계산하여 해당 상품에 대해 판매자가 어느 시기에 얼마의 초기 가격으로 경매를 시작하면 최대한의 마진을 남길 수 있는지에 대해 메일로 푸쉬해 주는 멀티에이전트 시스템을 제안한다.

In this paper, The modified dead-time compensator for plants with an integrator and long dead time is proposed. The design procedure takes account of the closed-loop performance and robustness. The tuning of the controller can be done using some information about the plant and its uncertainties. The proposed controller is compared to others recently presented in the literature. Some simulation results verify good closed-performance and robustness of the proposed DTC.

이 논문은 x86 기반의 내장형 시스템에서 빠른 부팅을 위한 BIOS 솔루션으로서 LinuxBIOS에 관해 다룬다. 본 논문에서는 특히 LinuxBIOS의 동작 메커니즘과 포팅을 위한 구체적인 접근 방법 및 문제점 등에 대해 상세히 기술한다. 우리는 Embedded Linux를 운영체제로 하는 x86기반 임베디드 시스템에 LinuxBIOS를 적용하여 부팅 시간을 30초에서 11초로 단축시켰다.

A flight termination system, which consists of ground and vehicle systems, forcibly terminates flight if it is deemed dangerous. In order to accomplish this, the system should maintain the link reliability above a certain level throughout the whole flight. However, the national proving ground for guided missiles could not fully meet that condition because of the gradually improving performance criteria. In this paper, we have analyzed the link budget for the flight termination system. Furthermore, we have designed and developed an emergency destruction command transmitter system, which is a ground system of the flight termination system, to provide the necessary link margin. Afterwards, we measured the received signal strength at the vehicle system and compared it with that of the existing transmitter system. We hereby confirmed that the link reliability of the flight termination system improved.

In this paper, the technical analyzing methodology has been suggested to preserve the same transmission quality of a M/W system used for FM broadcasting link after the frequency reallocation. The simulation was also performed for the actual M/W system operating in each frequency band, and its results were evaluated in terms of an availability based upon a fade margin. It was confirmed that only if the relative fade margin of more than 2.6 dB at 1700 MHz is provided, the equivalent service quality may be obtained regardless of the frequency reallocation. The suggested method will be expected to be widely used for accessing service quality of the M/W system concerned with the frequency reallocation.

In this paper, we derive an outage probability for the Erlang capacity and the link margin respectively, calculate them with the same parameters and outage probability, and then analyze a capacity and cell coverage in city, suburban, and open area. So, the Erlang capacity is more real than in a cell, and the cell coverage can be calculated with high reliability by the margin. When the $E_b/N_o$ decreases from 7 dB to 5 dB within the outage probability of 5 %, it is observed that the capacity is increased from 18 Erlang to 31 Erlang with the same margin of 2.8 dB, then the coverage is increased to 0.4 km, 1 km, and 2.5 km in city, suburban, and open area respectively. Also if the outage probability is decreased from 5 % to 2 % in case of $E_b/N_o$ of 5 dB, the result shows a very reliable link with additional increment of 0.88 dB in the margin and a high QoS (quality of service) within decrement of 0.15 km, 0.5 km, and 1.5 km for the same areas with decrement of 3 Erlang from 31 Erlang.

Recently, some of people are keep in research and development of the further more efficient and convenient auction systems using intelligent software agents in electronic commerce. The purpose of this thesis is that a simple auction system has web bulletin boards, is aided by intelligent agent, and generates pertinent auction duration time and starting price for auction goods of auctioneer into a auction system, then the auctioneer gets the highest margin. The seller who want to sell goods, is using internet sends mail that has information for goods to agent of internet auction system. The agent undertake filtering process for already learned information about similar goods. And it calculate duration time and start price from stored bidding history database. In this thesis we propose a mailing agent system pushing information in internet auction that enables to aid decision for auctioneer about the starting time and price which delivers the highest margin.
